Was very nice. The pool area needed some maintenance as the jacuzzi was broken and was being hidden by plants but the rest of the hotel was lovely.

Nice hotel conveniently located to access transport (MRT and tram) as well as Causeway Bay shopping district. Pool is a decent size and provides opportunity to relax and cool down.

물을 보통 룸당 하루에 하나는 주던데 갑자기 정책이 바뀌어서 아예 못 주게 됐다는 건 사전에 몰랐던 거라 당황스러웠습니다. 물 말고 다른 어메니티는 이해합니다만. 호텔 안에 피트니스 센터도 있고 식당도 있고 스파도 있고 좋은 거 같은데 편의점이 없는 것도 저로서는 조금 의아했지만 처음부터 고려하지 않았을 수도 있을 것 같아요. 방 깔끔한 거 좋고 욕조가 있고 샤워공간 분리되어 있는 거 좋았어요.

Fine 3-days stay. Location was ok and close to MRT-station making it easy getting around. I chose the hotel due to the standard and the pool….but as I arrived I found the pool closed until March - nobody told me this when checking in, which I find as a bad service! Room was nice, However.

Stunning views from the 40th level toward convention centre and ferry terminal. Hotel is elegant and well maintained. Pool area is accessed via fitness centre. Men’s entry was obscured by a curtain and not well signed so guys it’s not a shower cubical.

I absolutely loved my stay at Harbour Grand. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everyone was so nice, friendly and professional. Especially Queenie and Danny who helped me on a few occasions. The viewing platform on floor 42 is incredible. Queenie told me that it had just reopened after bad weather. What a view. I loved my stay from start to finish and will always choose this hotel in Hong Kong

Nice hotel lobby, friendly front desk and concierge. Spectacular view from La Vie 188 bar on level 41. The room has a good view of HK harbour. Only down side is that carpet is worn out and dusty and time to replace with laminate floor. Room furniture also due for replacement.

There are lots of dining places near the hotel. There are several supermarkets and convenience stores. Walking distance to the Fortress Hill MTR. Excellent view and the front desk staff are super helpful and friendly. The only downside is the beddings were not clean as I got itched all over my body.

I received a complimentary room upgrade thanks to the initiative of the front office staff member, Gigi. The hotel is terribly outdated, and the room was dusty, indicating that housekeeping standards are below par. Unlike other hotels, no plastic or recycled bottles were provided. The bedspread and such caused me to develop rashes, and my skin became incredibly itchy after bathing. The hotel breakfast was the worst I’ve experienced among all the hotels I stayed at in Hong Kong and Macau. In the surrounding area, food options are quite limited, aside from cafés and perhaps a few small Japanese shops. The only redeeming feature of this hotel is the absolutely stunning harbour view. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it and would suggest staying at the Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour instead, where I spent my first week.

Overall I think it looks grand from the big lobby with harp music in evening during our check in. Staff was helpful and prompt in getting us free upgrade to a bigger size room with a bit more harbour view and complimentary sparkling juice for our anniversary. Also helpful and fast in getting taxi in the morning. But I don’t like many big tours in the lobby. We like the room with big round tub but it is quite dated with the furnishing. And on the second night, we saw a baby cockroach (not the German type) in the bathroom.

Original checkin was a lower floor with views directly into room from adjacent office building. After complaining, we were upgraded (at additional charge) to the Club Floor which addressed our concern for privacy and added more value to our stay. However the rooms are very small with limited space for open luggage.

Nice location with easy access to airport bus and metro. Lots of food opinions nearby. Hotel is nice and clean. Room vent was making some rattling noises at low speeds. I had to ask for complimentary wine so if you are entitled to it staff will not give it to you unless you mention it. Otherwise very pleasant and accommodating staff.

The sea view from the room is the best. The room is spacious and clean although the decor and furniture is due for an update. The view from the top floor lounge bar is breathtaking. This is my third time staying at this hotel and it didn't disappoint me. I will certainly come back.

Great hotel in a great location within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the metro. Maria on the front desk was especially fantastic giving us a full itinerary of ideas and places to visit on checking in. Rooms was starting to show signs of ware but overall it was comfortable and clean.

The hotel offers the best harbor view of Hong Kong Island and the Kowloon Peninsula. Of course, it is a bit outdated compared to newer hotels, but the rooms are pretty big. Walkable to Fortress Hill MTR station along Kings Road. However, very difficult to flag down taxis as the location is on the inner side of the busy streets of Hong Kong. You need to walk to the main roads to get a cab. The hotel does not have a blinking light installed outside to call for taxis.

The hotel offers the best harbor view of Hong Kong Island and the Kowloon Peninsula. Of course, it is a bit outdated compared to newer hotels, but the rooms are pretty big. Great place to stay and great value for money! We stayed at the Club Deluxe room. The hotel lobby and rooms look very classy, rooms are very stylishly decorated and spacious. The view was a little bit blocked by the building next door, but still pretty and we didn't mind. We love that the hotel location is very near to Fortress Hill Station as well and everything is within walkable distance.

Stayed March 2025 for 4 nights. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We stayed in a club room which includes breakfast on the 41st floor with amazing harbour views, afternoon tea and cocktails in the lounge. Fortress MTR station is 100m away for access to the mainland. We got the airport express and then a taxi on arrival.

I received a complimentary room upgrade thanks to the initiative of the front office staff member, Gigi. The hotel is terribly outdated, and the room was dusty, indicating that housekeeping standards are below par. Unlike other hotels, no plastic or recycled bottles were provided. The bedspread and such caused me to develop rashes, and my skin became incredibly itchy after bathing. The hotel breakfast was the worst I’ve experienced among all the hotels I stayed at in Hong Kong and Macau. In the surrounding area, food options are quite limited, aside from cafés and perhaps a few small Japanese shops. The only redeeming feature of this hotel is the absolutely stunning harbour view. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it and would suggest staying at the Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour instead, where I spent my first week.

Stayed 7 nights the lobby is Grand but the room need renovations it's like 30 years old furnishings, the carpet is worse. Staff are helpful and polite but the hotel doesn't provide bottles of water or have a water dispenser machine in room or outside floor area. We were told to buy water from the hotel or boil water. So have to buy bottles of water every second days from nearby supermarket. No coffee machine in room too, hotel only provides packages coffee powder and creamer, just like 30 years ago you need to boil water ha ha. As a platinum member I had stayed many hotels, most of them provide water and coffee machine, room are modern and charge same rate or less, so Harbour Grand was a 5 stars hotel 30 years ago but now maybe 3 stars or less but still charging top rates without providing water and coffee machine. Sorry not recommended unless renovations and provide basic like water and coffee.

My 3rd time here Great other graat bay view, close to mtr and tram. The area is getting even better very local but great for tourist too. The othel btw needs a refresh: my 1st time here was in 2008. Now is paying the bill of the age, with the same furniture. There is also a roof top for the night view.
