The staff is fantastic, the kingdom room was great, the ground are beautiful and well maintained. The pool was great and exercise room serviceable. It reminds me of a smaller version of the Grand Floridian.

とても快適に過ごせました。プールもキレイで、プールサイドにタオルも常設されていて良かったです。ディズニーランドにもシャトルバスですぐ出し、また利用したいと思います。ミッキーのスリッパが可愛かったです。

Upon reaching the kids were thrilled. Bus to ferry around is a plus point. The room is spacious and decent clean but after so many years the toilet is showing signs of aging. One of the bath towel is soil so I took a star off. The pool is fun with the slide but the jacuzzi pool may need an upgrade.

Beautiful resort. It’s a lot like the Grand Floridian, except more affordable! The lobby is stunning and be sure to grab a drink and enjoy the water view while listening to the piano playing in the afternoon. I was surprised the outdoor pools did not have water in them in March and when it was nearly 80 degrees. I wanted nothing more than to take an afternoon break and swim in the pool. It’s a super short walk to the park. Don’t bother with the bus. The walk from the bus drop off point is almost as long as walking straight from the hotel.

Great gym facilities, indoor and outdoor pool, by the sea, shuttle to Disney MTR, fun activities such as mini golf area, maze activity, mini go kart, tennis courts. Would be great if there is a mini-mart with daily essentials and pharmacy as getting to the nearest mall is not easy.

レストラン朝食中で女性のスタッフがトレーからナイフとフォークを大量に床に落とした。床に散らばったナイフとフォークを平気でテーブルにセットしたのに驚愕。自分のテーブルのナイフとフォークも清潔なのか不安になった。バスタブに前の客の髪の毛がいくつも落ちていて掃除も不十分なのも気になった。

The staff were friendly and helpful as always. Good options in the room not as kid friendly as expected. Breakfast needs a simpler option than a buffet or a set menu. A simple cafe. Room was lovely. Clean and everything worked. Coffee machine was awesome.

Experienced Bed bugs Vs mosquitoes in a room. Staff response was ok we changed rooms with no issue and they swept the room but they found no evidence of insects but the bites stopped after we changed room. They offered my kids some Disney themed stuff animals for the inconvenience . Other wise location is good if you plan To go to Disney rooms were ok but dates pool and gym were nice.

We booked two rooms and both room the mattresses wasn’t clean enough so a few of us had big bites that night. And also around 10 or 11 the air con wasn’t cold enough anymore which made it very hard to sleep.

Foi o melhor hotel que eu e minha esposa já ficamos. Todos os funcionários sempre muito simpáticos e solícitos, limpeza de tudo estava impecável, tudo o que disponibilizaram no quarto era ótimo. O café da manhã foi o melhor que já tivemos, o Mickey estava lá e interagiu de um jeito tão divertido que ficamos emocionados. Com certeza é a experiência Disney que esperávamos.

立地がとっても良い。香港ディズニーランドまで徒歩10分で行けます。バスになる人もいましたが、パークからの帰りはバスを待つよりも歩く方が圧倒的に早いです。また、パッケージエクスプレスを使えるので、パークで購入したものをホテルまで届けてくれるのがとても助かりました。閉園の3時間前までに買えばロビーのインフォメーションカウンターに届けてくれます。手ぶらで花火を見られてかなり楽でした。デラックスルームに泊まりました。部屋は綺麗で清潔です。お水は大きなビンが2本。ただ、壁が薄いらしく他の部屋のシャワーの音や子供が泣く声が聞こえました。その他は大満足です。

深夜着便で香港に着きましたが、事前に遅くなる旨を伝えたところ、スムーズにチェックインができました。施設は清掃が行き届いており、快適でした。 wifiの調子が良くない時があり、何度か再接続を行いました。ホテル近隣には、コンビニなどはありません。市内で買ってから持ち込まれることをおすすめします。香港ディズニーランドには徒歩で行くことができます。ディズニーの世界観に浸りたいのであれば、おすすめです。

スタンダードルームに宿泊しました。部屋は充分広く、ベッドも大きいです。ベッドタイプはダブルベッド二台をリクエストして、きちんと対応していただき大変有り難かったです。またこのホテルを選んだ理由は、浴槽付きのルームタイプがあったことです。パークから帰って湯船に浸かって疲れを癒すことができて大変満足しています。ホテルのスタッフさん、皆さん親切で大変たすかりました。特にウォルトカフェの女性スタッフさんの心のこもったおもてなしに感動しました。ミッキーとのアクティビティも沢山利用でき、写真もたっぷり撮れたので本当にこのホテルに宿泊ができて良かったです。次回も香港ディズニーに旅行するときは必ずこちらのホテルを予約します。

Be wary if you are not Asian. The staff have a focus on ignoring westerners. The grounds around the resort are immaculate, and the attention to detail is incredible. A pity the staff are not trained to offer the same attention to detail to the patrons of this resort. We were alienated in the restaurants and treated as second class. The food and beverages prices here are well and truly over inflated and I’m sure that when Walt Disney created the Happiest place on Earth he did it with the intention of not ripping people off which sadly isn’t the case here.

This is the second time that we stayed in this Disneyland Hotel. The staff were fantastic and made us feel welcomed and valued. I liked all the extras available at the Club level and loved the location which is a convenient walk to the Park and short taxi ride from the airport. A big let down is that the hotel is well and truly showing its age and in desperate need of a refurbishment. The carpet looks tired, doors need a new coat of paint, the bathroom tiles old and crack only patched by ever thicker sealant, and there is extensive moulding in the shower area creating an unpleasant smell. The premium price charged only be justified by being a Disney branded hotel next to a theme park.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff was excellent and most spoke English so communication was not an issue. Room was spacious and grounds were beautiful. The shuttles to/from the park and other hotels were convenient and very prompt.it would be nice if they also had a shuttle to and from the airport, but there are taxis and Uber that arrive within a few minutes. Wonderful stay!

Wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff was excellent and most spoke English so communication was not an issue. Room was spacious and grounds were beautiful. The shuttles to/from the park and other hotels were convenient and very prompt.it would be nice if they also had a shuttle to and from the airport, but there are taxis and Uber that arrive within a few minutes. Wonderful stay!

Our experience at the hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. The pool area food and bar service was poor, slow, and not up to the standard you’d expect from Disney. The food overall was not good and extremely overpriced. The “Magical Breakfast” was the biggest letdown. We were seated in the back corner and felt racially segregated, treated very differently compared to other families. The food was subpar, and the character experience was rushed—barely a minute for a photo with just two characters. If you’re travelling from countries like Australia, be prepared that you may not receive the same treatment as other guests. This was not the magical Disney experience we had hoped for.

Staffs were all very helpful especially the bell service and taxi coordinator. They were always in the entrance waiting to help people move luggage’s or strollers. The property decor was beautiful, the lobby smells so fresh. Love the whole Disney Victorian theme, perfect place to stay when visiting Disney land. Breakfast buffet at enchanted garden was delicious, had a good variety of food and drinks. Mickey came over to take pictures with us during breakfast! I felt like I was on vacation as soon as I entered.

Hotel had a fresh scent throughout lobby. All employees were excellent. Excellent transportation throughout facilities including a nearby rail station to take you to the city. If only there was more convenience stores it would be perfect. I think there used to be a 7-eleven in the area but it is hard to find.

This is the second time that we stayed in this Disneyland Hotel. The staff were fantastic and made us feel welcomed and valued. I liked all the extras available at the Club level and loved the location which is a convenient walk to the Park and short taxi ride from the airport. A big let down is that the hotel is well and truly showing its age and in desperate need of a refurbishment. The carpet looks tired, doors need a new coat of paint, the bathroom tiles old and crack only patched by ever thicker sealant, and there is extensive moulding in the shower area creating an unpleasant smell. The premium price charged only be justified by being a Disney branded hotel next to a theme park.

パークからホテルのシャトルバスも余り待つ事なく巡回していて便利でした。部屋も広く、清潔でしたが、幼児がいたので、バスタブにシャワーが付いていたら良かったな、と思いました。スタッフの皆様の対応も申し分無く、また香港ディズニーに行く際は泊まりたい時思いました。

A beautiful well kept hotel that is within a 10 minute scenic walk to Disneyland. The only downside for me was the lack of a convenience style store to allow for the purchase of small food items as I found the restaurant's to be overly reliant on set menu's that were too large. The hotel would benefit by considering those who don't always want to spend big on 3 meals a day.

Beautiful resort. It’s a lot like the Grand Floridian, except more affordable! The lobby is stunning and be sure to grab a drink and enjoy the water view while listening to the piano playing in the afternoon. I was surprised the outdoor pools did not have water in them in March and when it was nearly 80 degrees. I wanted nothing more than to take an afternoon break and swim in the pool. It’s a super short walk to the park. Don’t bother with the bus. The walk from the bus drop off point is almost as long as walking straight from the hotel.

Be wary if you are not Asian. The staff have a focus on ignoring westerners. The grounds around the resort are immaculate, and the attention to detail is incredible. A pity the staff are not trained to offer the same attention to detail to the patrons of this resort. We were alienated in the restaurants and treated as second class. The food and beverages prices here are well and truly over inflated and I’m sure that when Walt Disney created the Happiest place on Earth he did it with the intention of not ripping people off which sadly isn’t the case here.

The staff were friendly and helpful as always. Good options in the room not as kid friendly as expected. Breakfast needs a simpler option than a buffet or a set menu. A simple cafe. Room was lovely. Clean and everything worked. Coffee machine was awesome.

Beautiful room with balcony view and the indoor swimming pool especially is excellent and not too crowded. The hotel is overpriced in terms of the stay though and the breakfast buffet is the only service available in the morning which is exorbitantly expensive and limits options in the morning. Great to stay for the convenience of being near Disneyland and especially if you are looking at a 2 day trip.

Good hotel for Disney theme experience. Very grand in its nature, and nice views from balcony. However, we paid a lot for buffet breakfast where the Disney characters are meant to take photos. We did this for two days in a row and on both days only Mickey and Goofey made appearances. Very disappointing for our daughter who only wanted to come to Disneyland for the princesses, and frozen characters. I appreciate there are a lot of different characters but if you are paying $80 AUD for a OK buffet breakfast at the official Disneyland Hotel, you would expect more characters at this meet and greet breakfast, or so it’s promoted to be.

Rooms are clean, room service is excellent but prices rates of food is high. Shuttle bus is great. The reason why I give a rating of good because there are not a lot of choices of food on their menu when eating in the restaurant especially during breakfast meal.

Me and my partners first stay to Hong Kong and first stay in a disney hotel. We visit Orlando a lot and the hotels over there are so expensive so this hotel was very reasonably priced for what you get. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. The staff were all amazing. The pool area with the slide was brilliant open untill 10pm. We walked to the adjacent hotel for food after the park one evening lovely walk down the sea front. Use the provided bug spray down in the lobby as I never get bitten anywhere we travel but here and on the Disney park for 2 days I got bitten on my legs bad. Will definitely be back soon thank you

Very spacious room and all the staff are very friendly across the three Disney hotels. A staff at the lodge even borrowed us umbrella in case it rained and we returned it at our hotel. However, breakfast are a bit pricy and no halal food. So you have to either eat cereal/salad/fruits/bread or skip breakfast entirely.
