This is a historic hotel so there are significant crowds of tourists on the weekends and some weekdays due to the heritage of the property and facilities. The hotel is amazing and dining options are robust. You should try afternoon tea for historical significance as well as take some time to relax at the pool.

どうしてもペニンシュラに泊まりたいという家族の希望で1泊させていただきました。当日はシグナル10の台風が来てしまい、エントランスも閉じられており、裏口から入りましたが、スタッフの方がスムーズに案内してくださいました。受付では日本語を話せるスタッフがおり、何かと気遣ってくれて、助かりました。室内は格式が感じられる雰囲気でとても素敵でした。アメニティはペニンシュラだけではないですが、エコを意識してか、最低限のものしか置かれておりません。その点は日本のホテルの方が質が高いです。ですが、滞在には問題ありません。主人はサウナを利用してましたがとても良かったとのことでした。次回は連泊で利用したいと思います。お値段に見合う価値はあります。

The Peninsular continues to offer the style and comfort expected. It is located conveniently near, shops, transport, restaurants, tourist attractions and the harbour. The staff were friendly and always tentative to our needs. The gym and pool facilities were exceptional.

Glenn - the night manager - was very prompt in changing to another room, that was very comfortable. After that the service - impeccable. The housekeeping staff were so nice getting me ice every few hours and always smiling. I never thought any hotel could match Mandarin but this one does the job and better. The hot and cold plunge pools at gym were handy to soothe my knees sprained after a bad fall. Overall I would recommend staying here just for the luxury!!

The hotel is probably one of the nicest hotels I stayed in. I stayed in my room on the 22nd floor overlooking the river and the views were sensational. Unfortunately, the price is really high so I don’t think it’s any value for money at all, but it’s a fantastic way to spoil yourself.

While the check in process was good, the initial room did not have air-conditioning working and that put me off after a long flight. Glenn - the night manager - was very prompt in changing to another room, that was very comfortable. After that the service - impeccable. The housekeeping staff were so nice getting me ice every few hours and always smiling. I never thought any hotel could match Mandarin but this one does the job and better. The hot and cold plunge pools at gym were handy to soothe my knees sprained after a bad fall. Overall I would recommend staying here just for the luxury!!

Having stayed in over 200 hotels worldwide, I can confidently say the customer support at this hotel was exceptionally different. We received unexpected assistance throughout our stay. Even at the airport, after our travel was complete, staff were present to help us with luggage, check-in, and any other needs. Truly an amazing hotel.

All were good except the check in. We had the reservation done online, paid in full but still took us 20 minutes to do the paper work arriving at midnight, that needs to improve.

The hotel is amazing. The staff are attentive and English is spoken widely across the hotel. The room was very spacious considered against other hotels. The breakfast is considerable and all options are included. Service is very prompt. At check in I was taken to the room and all of the various equipment was explained. Great couple of days

The Peninsular continues to offer the style and comfort expected. It is located conveniently near, shops, transport, restaurants, tourist attractions and the harbour. The staff were friendly and always tentative to our needs. The gym and pool facilities were exceptional.

This is a historic hotel so there are significant crowds of tourists on the weekends and some weekdays due to the heritage of the property and facilities. The hotel is amazing and dining options are robust. You should try afternoon tea for historical significance as well as take some time to relax at the pool.

今回で香港旅行は12回目です。過去に家族とペニンシュラにはコーヒーを飲みに何度か行きましたが、宿泊するのは今回が初めてでした。新館の２３階のハーバービューの部屋でとても清潔感があり、眺めも良かったです。朝食１回、二日目の夜に日本食レストランに行きましたが、値段の割にはごく普通の味でした。昨年１月も香港を訪れましたが、以前と違い観光客が少なく、ショッピングモールも空室が目立っており、町全体に力がないように感じました。 This is my 12th trip to Hong Kong. I have been to the Peninsula with my family several times in the past to have coffee, but this was my first time staying there. The room on the 23rd floor of the new building with a harbor view was very clean and had a great view. I had breakfast once and went to a Japanese restaurant on the second night, but the food was very average for the price. I also visited Hong Kong in January last year, but unlike before, there were fewer tourists, the shopping malls were noticeably vacant, and the whole city seemed to lack energy.

The Peninsula never fails. Truly magical stay. The room was spacious cosy beautifully decorated. Loved the spacious bathroom with jack and Jill sinks. Plenty of storage space. We were met by Cherene from front desk. Cherene was polite and friendly, very knowledgeable about our booking and had arranged everything to make our stay fantastic. We were given a complimentary breakfast in the room for our early checkin, this was lovely. Fresh fruit in the room each day. Came back after a busy day and had a birthday cake waiting in the room for us. We treated ourselves to afternoon tea in the main lobby. That was a nice experience. We also enjoyed a couple of drinks in the bar. The pianst and singer took our requests and sang beautifully. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the Peninsula Hotel. We love the in house transportation of the rolls Royce. The driver we had was very friendly and knowledgeable about Hong Kong and was able to advise us on places to visit during our time in Hong Kong. We always feel so comfortable at a peninsula hotel. Definitely a 7 star hotel for sure. Also check out the spa. It's a lovely area and we enjoyed watching the light show out on the terrace.

This hotel is an icon and the olde world charm is why we booked it. Location is excellent and the restaurants on the property are exceptional. Boasting a shopping mall with high end stores is another huge draw card. The breakfast is basic. For some reason I couldn’t add extras so we paid for breakfast at the property- $500 per person. Check out is at 12 which was really nice and allowed us to relax. The team is so efficient and respond to requests with haste.
