Arena Terrace

Host is nice and helpful. All amenities were good except the lift was not working unfortunately which was difficult as flat is in 3rd floor

The appartament is ideally located; in front of the ocean. It’s on the 3th floor. The elevator was not working which meant 86 steps up- and down. Furniture is old but functional. Mattresses need to be replaced; the owner told us that they ordered new ones.

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir arriver en autonomie, une très belle vue de la terrasse, d'avoir une supérette en bas de l'immeuble et une très belle plage à 10min à pied. Ensuite, la rue est assez passante du coté salon (calme vers 22h) et l'hôtel coté chambre lits simples est bruyant jusqu'à 23h. Si toutes les fenêtres sont fermées, c'est calme mais il faudrait la climatisation. Sinon, l'appartement est grand et il y a tout ce dont on a besoin. Aussi, l'hôte nous avait prévenu d'un problème d'ébier bouché dans la cuisine, il est intervenu immédiatement. Merci encore.

This is the first time we have stayed in a built up area rather than rural. It was perfect for someone with mobility issues. The lift is opposite the door of the apartment. It is a very short walk to the supermarket and restaurants, one more casual than the other. The property is spacious, useful for someone depending on a stick, with the benefit of wide opening windows in the sunroom and a wonderful terrace, more than adequately furnished, with views all around. The pool was a little cool in February, the sea warmer. There is on street parking usually available close to the property but also a convenient place to “drop off”. This is an apartment we would very happily return to.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The roof terrace is wonderful and the huge opening windows in the sun room meant we could still enjoy the sun even when windy. The location was perfect for us as at present I have mobility issues; the supermarket and restaurant so close.We agreed we would happily return.
