Apartamento muito quente, não havia ventilador, muito menos ar-condicionado. A pia do banheiro estava com o cano de esgoto solto. Enfim, não é um apartamento confortável. Ponto positivo: perto de padaria, supermercado e ponto de bonde e ônibus.

Habitación con solo dos contactos de luz y ninguno cercano a la cama, la luz del cuarto no funcionó por un falso contacto, edificio lúgubre y con almacenamiento de muebles en los pasillos. En general Muy incómodo

Bonjour Très insuffisant au niveau de la prestation que du service J’ai réservé 3 nuits - pas de télécommande pour la tv - pas de savon ou produits nettoyage - frigo cassé - lumière couloir cassée, difficile taper le code sans téléphone portable - presque pas d’ustensiles, aucune cuillère par ex 3 j après et mes nombreuses réclamations aucun dépannage

Avoid - went to stay for 1 night, check in was online and a code sent which was fine. But as soon as I got there… WOW apartment 301 - up 3 stairs cases, with 2 kids under 4. No AC, and it was a spacious apartment split over to floors, 1 double bedroom at the door and 1 up a set of stairs, which the bathroom door opened up onto. There was a shower built into a wall next to an open hiding place that was used as storage. The cooking facilities, exposed wiring under the cabinets and a fridge that wasn't turned on or clean and when opened the smell was unbearable. So had no option but to leave within 3 hours of checking in and booking elsewhere. Fine for adults, but not for children… also the soundproof doors on the bottom floor as you walk in were strange. Such a shame as location is ideal. Tried to discuss with hotel via hotels app and just been ignored.

Overall, it was a decent place to stay, but there were definitely things that could use improvement. The floors, and especially the dishes, were not that clean. One pot even had a little water in it and it was starting to get moldy. It was nice to have a little kitchen to cook in, however, they have a very limited number of things for you to use. There were no spoons, and no salt or pepper. There were no curtains on the glass doors to the balcony, and the window was a little broken at the top so that it almost fell in on us when we opened it to get try to cool off the room. The shower completely quit working, just shut off mid-shower. Thankfully it was our last night there and not a huge deal. The bed was definitely not super soft. It's on a pretty busy street corner, so when the doors and windows are open to cool off the room, it's pretty loud, but with everything closed it's not bad.
