- Cancellation policy: 48hrs before arrival free cancellation for regular rate. After 2 days before arrival the full amount has to be paid. - non-refundable reservation: no change possible after booking - Male who book female only dorms are not allowed to stay in the hostel and will not get a refund for the booking. - In case of a late cancellation the whole stay will be charged and if you don't check-in, the booking will be cancelled for the following nights, if we don't hear of you that you come next day It's not allowed to bring in guests to the hostel. Pets are not allowed in the hostel Age restriction in dorms: 16 to 60 years Check-in: after 15:00, you can drop the luggage after 8:30 am, early check-in might be possible after around 11 am, if the beds are done and we are at the reception. Reception is open only few hours 8.30 - 10:00, You can check-out any time in the morning before 10 am, just drop the key in the keybox on the 1st floor. For any questions about write us an e-mail!
