Very outdated. Terribly uncomfortable bed. Arrived at 1:30 am after a long drive and keys assigned to our room didn’t work. Got new room. Asked hotels.com 4 days prior to arrival (and every day up until check in) to cancel for refund and they allegedly called the property who never answered to confirm refund. I got an email less than 4 hours after I checked in (in the middle of the night) that the option was removed bc I checked in. They couldn’t get a hold of the hotel over a 4 day span, but did *in the middle of the night* less than 4 hours after I checked in.
