Modern Lake Retreat | Winnipesaukee | Ski & Swim

Home was nice and spacious. Everything we needed for a great stay. Close to all the things we like to do. Beach, Weirs Beach, restaurants and more. Plenty of room, large deck, quiet neighborhood, and fire pit was fun for the kids.

We stayed in the winter season and the place was cozy, comfortable spacious and serene. The view of the lake and surrounding trees was calming and beautiful. Thank you so much!

Arrived at the property late at night. The temperature of the house was 62° when we arrived. There are multiple thermostats that are difficult to understand. I tried to reach out to the homeowners, but they did not respond until the next morning. After some messing around that evening, we were able to get thermostats working. Overall, the property was OK. Whatever cleaning service they are using did not go above and beyond. It looks like they do a very quick wipe time before the next people arrive. We stayed in a lot of other places, and I would write this in the middle for the cost.

Overall property and experience was great. A suggestion would be to provide dressers in the upstairs bedrooms. The location was perfect for all of the sightseeing we did.
