I spend days looking for a hotel with a one bedroom. Pre paid and booked a 1 bedroom. When I checked in and went to my room it was just a regular room. The morning of my trip they apparently changed my room without my consent. It took over an hour to fix due to their computers going down and trying to find us a room. But the lady at the front desk was super nice and fixed the issue. I also wanted to stay at this hotel because of their hot tub and of course that were shut down the whole time

Pool was not open the whole time we was there. No Kitchen Light, Very cold in the bedroom.. Beds are comfortable!! Very clean!! Room!! .. Breakfast was good as well!! I like that the hotel was surrounded near a Pharmacy and takeout!!

Door keys did NOT work first time every time... the back door near the EV Charging/Parking worked sometimes but not always. Our room door took 2-7 tries before we could get the key to work.... and this is AFTER we took the first set of keys back to the front desk for not working.

The property was conveniently located near numerous stores for shopping and food. Overall the room was nice. There were some concerns with the toilet lid being secure, the water quickly draining down the sink and the ice machine that didn’t have a switch. I did like that they had a basketball court but the pool was freezing even on a warm day. Also, there was a receptionist that was often eating at the desk. Although she was very nice, it’s a bit unprofessional to have guests walk in seeing that.

I love the hotel. Just wish they had 2 Elevators. Better pillows and bed they were too hard. Need softer pillows and bed. Felt like I was sleeping on cardboard. Also they need to let the 3rd party know you have to pay for parking. Didn’t know we had to pay for parking until I got there. It’s 12.00 a day for parking and if they are going to charge for parking they need bigger parking lot. Hard trying to find parking if you come in anfter 10 or 11:00. Other than that the hotel was great. Loved the room. Didn’t try the breakfast because we didn’t have time.

The room looked and smelled clean, but the floor of my room was very sticky and unpleasant to walk on. This made me feel like the cleanliness of the room was superficial. We stayed for two nights and our room received no housekeeping attention during our stay. The AC unit was extremely loud and made it very hard to get a restful sleep. We choose this place because of the pet-friendly policy. We decided not to travel with our cats but the hotel didn't smell like a veterinary office.

Smoking marijuana in the hotel rooms should be prohibited. We could smell marijuana in the evening in the hallway and inside our room. The couch in the suites are very run down and soiled. Had to ssk for another room due to cleanliness and was still disappointed.

The person washing the floor in the lobby and elevator did not use clean water. Floor was VERY sticky. Rugs in the hallways are worn. Room was great. Breakfast was good.

Location was good for eatey and shopping, my overview: Poor decor, shabby, dirty and smelly hall ways and elevator, only one elevator which was shared by residents and maintenance workers, black-out shades were torn with lots of holes, extremely noisy ac unit, unconfortable bed and pillows, noisy neighbors next and above unit seems to be long term/permanent residents who were loud.

I have stayed at many hotels including This one on several occasions this time room does not appear to be clean there is a stain on the couch like someone Was eating something and wiped hands on couch dust is present and tv area and bathroom light area does not appear to have been cleaned/dusted.

Paid extra for a room with a fireplace and was told when checking in it hasn’t worked for a while and it’s the only one. Not a big thing but they put pics of it on the site front page and charge extra for it. Was still charged a higher cost.

This hotel is nice but furniture and appliances needs to be updated. Refrigerator was dented up, several furniture legs were extremely loose, and the bed made noise because the mattress is worn out.

Our trip was almost ruined because of a Two day long wedding party with extremely loud music into the wee hours for two nights just down the hallway from us.

For the most part the stay was everything we expected. Full breakfast was decent and room was nice. Had concerns with the comfort of sofa as it was very hard, pillows sunken and continued feeling of the sofa bed metal underneath. Because their was only two chairs at dinette we had to utilize that uncomfortable sofa. Was also disappointed that floors had not been mopped.

I was booked together with my brother who also had a room. We both experienced the same problem. There was a wedding party that lasted two days/nights that was just down the hallway. There was very loud music until the wee hours of both nights. Essentially very little sleep. There was no attempt by the front desk to quiet down this mob.

Nice suite. Terribly noisy. It’s 2:21 am and doors are shutting loudly. It’s a nice room, but not much sleep.

We were super pleased by the front desk service. When we checked in we found that our room had not been cleaned very well. Before we were able to report it, Sheree from the front desk called to check to see if everything was okay with the room. My wife told her about the issues and Sheree got to work right away and put us into another room. She followed up on everything and made it right in a pleasant and professional manner. The cleaning staff dropped the ball but the front desk picked it up and ran it back all the way. We have encountered dirty rooms in other places but they never dealt with as well as the front desk staff did here.

Propery was clean and nice location to everything. But the problem was i booked a room with a fireplace. The plan was to have a romantic evening for my husband and myself after our nephews funeral. The hotel overbooked the property and did not notified expedia of their overbooking. So I received a smaller room. Then i had to call expedia who then had to notify the hotel about the change. I was charged $23 dollars less for a smaller room. And it was an inconvenience for me. I understand they have a business but it was not my fault or my problem that they overbooked. And they didn't even that liberties to call or notify me before i got there. Provided i drove 300 miles to be inconvenienced. An then the front desk staff gave me a take it or leave it attitude. If i would have left and went any where else, I would have been charged for a night and i was inconvenienced. Very unprofessional.

I had a booking for this hotel traveled 5 and a half hours to get here and they couldn’t even find my reservation. Waste of time and had to drive to another hotel. Will not ever be reserving this brand name hotel.

Check in was great! Sheree at the front desk was outstanding. We had an issue with stains on the sheets. We told Sheree and she immediately got the problem fixed. This prompt action from her made our stay more at ease for the rest of our trip.

The property is in a great location near food and shopping. The gentleman that checked me in was very nice and helpful. I was very satisfied with the room and will definitely be staying there again.

Thanks room was ok and had a full kitchen, staff was friendly and helpful. Includes breakfast which looked good (we didn't go) we were a bit uneasy about the area and weren't sure it was very safe but the hotel itself was fine

I loved the cleanliness, the friendly staff and the room itself. We had a 1 bedroom suite. I did not like that the food ran out quickly at breakfast and only 2 of the days we were there did they have the waffle station available. I did not like the group of people partying with loud music (with nasty lyrics) and smoking pot at the pool in the evenings but I figure that is just that group. The firepit also was not working but I was told it was broken by that group of patrons and an order to fix it had been placed. I would definitely stay there again though.

Our room was ok. Tub didn’t have a stopper in it or enough towels had to call down for those. Breakfast area was a complete disaster local kids were taking all the food and making noise. Trash was everywhere

The WiFi was not good at all not many channel options besides sports channels and Cinemax movies.. Dennis at the front desk was very kind and nice very welcoming smile. The place was clean and quiet food options in the morning was not good . I would stay again it’s a lot of food choices outside the hotel everything is very close

Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Mrs Sheere King was very attentive to our needs when we arrived for the evening. The only thing that wasn't up to par was the coffee. the container went empty and when they bought out a new one the coffee was Lukewarm.....not pleasant at all.

The person washing the floor in the lobby and elevator did not use clean water. Floor was VERY sticky. Rugs in the hallways are worn. Room was great. Breakfast was good.

Front Desk / Reception Clerks very pleasant, knowledgeable and informative. Breakfast food not so great. Oatmeal was awful. Turkey was not giid. But was gkad that it wasxat least an option. The breasfast area was very clean abd staff also very pleasant. Oruce oer night was expensive.

Well, I was ready to use it instead of my normal Holiday Inn Express. Then I received their email detailing the property. In the email was "Parking is $12.00 per vehicle, per day." I received the email the day I was planning to check in. I decided that it wasn't worth paying $12 a day on top of the overall charge. Their website indicated that there would be a penalty of 1 day's stay if I canceled my 2 night stay. So I called the front desk and talked to a really nice representative. I explained my thinking and he said there was no problem with canceling without any penalty. Yeah!

The main and only complaint would be the AC unit in the room was very noisy. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Also keep in mind they charge $12/day for parking.
