Ein einfaches, sehr geräumiges Apartment. 2 Schlafzimmer, Wohnraum mit ausgestatteter Küche, Bad. Enge Treppen ohne Aufzug. Klimaanlage, etwas hellhörig. Für 2 Nächte völlig in Ordnung.

Excelente localización y buena limpieza

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Email communication was good. The room was not up to the description and the cost was high for what amenities were offered. Very stark rooms, cement and tile floors, very worn and dated furniture however the bed was comfortable. The room was clean but didn’t feel clean due to how worn out the floor and furniture was. We didn’t want to take our shoes off. There is no elevator for floors two and three, you do get notice of this, however the staircases are very narrow spiral stairs which makes hauling luggage up difficult. Very noisy apartment, you will hear the neighbours and community sounds including loud music. We liked the music however you could not watch TV at the same time. Good location to the buses which were very good and nice bakery next door. Old town is approximately 1.5 km away which was a nice walk. We did not for the price it was a good value.

Our room was not ready at check in time. After calling to see if an early check in was available I was told the room was not ready but someone would call when it was. Then the property management called to ask me to bring the key back assuming I had removed it from the lockbox. After explaining I didnt have the key and hadn't opened the lockbox, they told me they would call the housekeeper. I heard nothing more and finally went to the room and opened the lockbox at 4:05 only to find no keys. I called three times before tbey answered. They ultimately put us in another room. We were not happy with the condition of the room. It was not cleaned well. The floors were sticky and the bathroom shower had hair left in it from a previous guest. Overall I was very disappointed and would not stay here again. There were also several electrical enclosures in the stairway we used to access our room that had covers or parts of covers missing exposing electrical conducters.

The steps are very very steep and there are many many many steps. It was very clean
