The posting stated that there was breakfast but there wasn’t. There wasn’t even a coffee maker in the room. There was a refrigerator that wasn’t working as well as lights near the bed that weren’t working either. The door to the room was not closing properly but at least there was a safety latch. Needless to say if my reservation wasn’t nonrefundable I would’ve left and found some place else to sleep. The only positive was that the bed was comfortable.

The ice and the water were good. The linens had rust spots on them. My room key didn’t work half the time. There was a dirty wash cloth still hanging on the shower rod and a half used shampoo still there. Things look like it’s high time to upgrade them. I did sleep comfortably enough, but I probably wouldn’t go back.

The Customer Service Front Desk Was Rude. She Tried To Say They Didn't Receive My Payment Until I Showed Proof Of Receipt. Tried To Ask Her Where A Place Was. She Didn't Answer And Walked Away. The Room Itself Was Scum. I Could See The Front Door Had Been Fixed Several Times, Paint Chipped All Through Room. Saw The Characters Hanging Around The Building When I Went To Get Ice. My Friend And I Did Not Feel Safe There At All. I Would Not Recommend This Place To Any One At All.

This was a terrible experience the room was dirty the refrig was awful there were spiders there was no tv none the room was a storage there was no shampoo or anything else soap NO the shower was usable the air condioner worked i took pics be glad to share mgr offered a refund only problem all hotels were full so either the car or this room Im a Vietnam vet L can handel about anythimg Rodeway needs to know this facility is not acceptable o Breakfast nothing not even a cup of coffee! I would appreciate a Refund
