The lady at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our biggest complaint was that the jacuzzi didn't work, and that was the main reason we stayed to help with muscle strain and a recent injury. Storms came through and we lost internet service for a while. I wish they would have stated that the jacuzzi didn't work, especially after we made it known we were excited about it at the front desk and it hadn't been working for days according to other guests.

The lady at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel room prices have risen quite a bit in the last year so $100+ is typical for a mid-range property like Comfort Inns. Nothing remarkable to say but the individual toiletries are always appreciated. The room had a tub/shower for those who prefer a choice. Room was very large as it had both a king bed and a couch. Lots of electrical and USB outlets. The window blind closer was hidden behind the sheer curtain so do some searching if you want a dark room. The internet is very slow, 10mB, but they tell you that on the signin screen so you shouldn’t be surprised. Many nearby food options but the Highway is pretty busy. Free breakfast buffet was typical with hot food and a waffle maker. Would consider staying there again.

I loved the easy check in process. I also liked how easy it was to just walk to a bunch of local restaurants. I didn't like that the elevator was out and had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. I would also recommend someone checking on the pool area. The towels there each time had to go were always gone and we had to have sombody get somone to get them for us twice. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and would stay again of passing thru the area.

The room was very large and comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was friendly. The location was great for what we were doing on the area, and it had just about every restaurant you could want around it. Even though the hot tub and pool were unavailable, there were two hotels within walking distance and we were allowed to use the hotel pool and hot tub there. So we had a wonderful experience.

The room was very large and comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was friendly. The location was great for what we were doing on the area, and it had just about every restaurant you could want around it. Even though the hot tub and pool were unavailable, there were two hotels within walking distance and we were allowed to use the hotel pool and hot tub there. So we had a wonderful experience.

Ive stayed here many times and never had an issue. But this time in room 221 i found a bed bug crawling on my pillow. We were moved to room 223 but never offered a discount or an apology. Very disappointed

2 inch cockroaches in the tub, sink didn't drain, 1 ice machine for three floors and everyday (3) I had to come back down to the desk and have the card refreshed to open the door. I did not interface with the cleaning staff, but the front desk personnel did not present a caring, trained or professional presence.

We found a bug on the bed on our last day. Did not realize what it was until we realized there was bites all over my son who was in that bed. After researching it was a BED BUG!!! Beware of staying here. We were in room 403.

The hotels seems old and outdated. The carpet in the room was dirty and worn. The room had an odor. It reminded me of the smell of an old, cheap motel. The coffee pot in the bathroom was unappealing.

Decent mid-level hotel, ample parking, clean room, bed was very comfortable, all in working order. Free breakfast was fine…except the coffee—which was watery-weak both mornings. I suggest the in-room coffee to bring downstairs for your breakfast. Aside from that; stay was ok. A bit overpriced for UGA game day considering 45min drive to stadium. Good luck. Mark from NY

Excellent stay. Only issue was lots of banging noise above us from people walking and running heavily and slamming doors all night. Thought walls and ceiling would have a little more sound proofing but apparently not!

Great location, near plenty of restaurant choices and hiking. Only complaint was thin walls and children and a heavy adult pacing in room above our heads well into the night and a broken shade (no natural light unless blind was rigged) otherwise fine. For the price point this is a deal. Staff was friendly, the hallways was a bit noisy, but, inside the rooms was nice and quiet. This accommodation also had the most comfortable bedding out of anywhere I've ever stayed. Breakfast was nice and fresh while not crowded with guests. I'd stay here again.

This place is very conveniently located about half mile from the interstate. The area is surveillances 24 hours in a well-lit commercial area. The staffs for both check-ins and food area are very friendly and helpful. The only problem I have are the beds are too soft and the pillows are too small.

Accommodating for our late arrival but the hotel was mediocre for the cost. The bathroom had hair on the floor and it was very dated. Breakfast was underwhelming and they ran out of waffle mix and we asked if they had more and the lady rudely told us no. Moments later another worker was asked and brought out more as we were leaving. Most of the staff was nice though and the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect.

The ladies at the front desk were amazing and extremely helpful. If you pay with a debit or cash, no deposit!!! The breakfast was better than any we have had a a hotel, that was free, in a very long time. Everything smells and looks clean. Its out of date a little but extremely comfortable and clean which makes up for it. Better than two Hiltons we stayed at. Would recommend to everyone!!!

Just an average hotel. Nothing outstanding to mention. Breakfast was mediocre. 1 type of cereal, generic muffins, not a lot of choices. In other hotels we have stayed at the people operating the breakfast strived to keep it clean. That was not the case here.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms and close to everything in town. The pool and Jacuzzi where great. The free breakfast actually had more than donuts and coffee. There were waffles, bagels, biscuits,eggs, sausage and gravy. I was rather impressed by that as well. Overall great experience. I will be back.

This is the first time I ever had a problem here. My 5 year old son is autistic and but we had two noise complaints on use after we explained to the staff we can try to control his stomping but when he get in his emotional need that help him calm down he stops. The first time we was giving him his medicine and yes he got a little loud the front desk called we explain and we left for the day to continue are trip. When we came back from our outing we hadn’t been in our room but five minutes when the front desk came up to the room and my son was sitting on the bed. And they said they had a noise complaints and if they have another one we would have to leave so we left for another two hours. Came back went to the pool and my son had a bath night Medicine off the sleep he went. This experience was bad because the staff had no concern for what it like to deal with a child that is nonverbal and autistic. But to be threatened after I have paid for a whole weekend to just get away. Was not acceptable. We had kids making noise right across the hall from us and they was loud but we know it kids being kids to come town with family and have fun. Maybe trained your staff on how to handle guest that have special needs kids or other family members.
