Ein super schönes Hotel. Es liegt zwar etwas abgelegen doch mit Mietwagen ist es kein Problem. Super nettes Personal das im sehr hilfsbereit war. Sehr leckers Essen sowohl beim Buffet als auch in den Restaurants. Eine absolute Empfehlung das Smigo! Auch Tennis und Paddleanlage sowie die Pools sehr gepflegt. Würde direkt wieder hinreisen!

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. Even the booking experience was disappointing: I booked a non-refundable rate because free cancellation cost €300+ extra, yet only 1–2 days later the same stay was offered at essentially the same price with free cancellation. I understand the terms I accepted, but the hotel showed no flexibility when I contacted them, which felt unfair. The biggest issue is that the hotel seems to have far too little capacity for the number of guests. Check-in was understaffed and rushed. Most specialty restaurants were already fully booked when we tried to reserve immediately after arrival. We only managed one reservation near the end of our stay, and the food was worse than the buffet with very slow service. Activities such as yoga and stretching were also almost impossible to book, with too few sessions and spaces. Entertainment was limited. The spa costs €35 just for sauna and steam room, with no jacuzzi, and the pools were unheated and very cold in October. The shower design is also poor, with water splashing all over the bathroom floor. The staff, especially in the restaurants, were friendly and hardworking. Unfortunately, the hotel offers a lot on paper, but much of it is difficult to actually enjoy. For the price, we expected much better.

This hotel was amazing, we had a 1 bedroom room with a pool which was great for the kids to use. The food and drink was great and above standards for an all inclusive, you have buffet, restaurants included and street food at the pool areas. The kids club and entertainment was good. We never struggled to get sunbeds whatever time we visited in our 6 day stay! The staff are great and we loved the added extras like the pottery class and the private beach. We’d recommend and also visit again. Loved it
