This is a beautiful property with an exceptional staff. There are multiple pools that provide you with different experiences. The beach is accessible and beautiful. You will need a car but you can also spend your time at the hotel as the restaurant was amazing. Highly recommend staying as you will be treated exceptionally well.

Terrific location! Enjoy the quiet Ferradura Beach, and you can just stay in the hotel enjoying the two pools and the various spots at the place. Great service, and breakfasts are wonderful.

Great stay - wonderful staff and beautiful views! Pools and private beach were A . Daily breakfast was also amazing — location is stunning, and short Uber ride to the center. Only thing I disliked was that it was next to a beach club - which blasted music until midnight daily. Besides that it was a perfect 10! Thanks Robson and Team for being awesome

Principal: Funcionários atenciosos. Equipe muito bem treinada. Comida e café da manhã muito bons. Quarto muito velho, mesmo sendo bucólico e com banheira na varanda tem muito cheiro de mofo e o banheiro tem um cheiro de esgoto que o exaustor é o ar condicionado resolvem ao ficarem ligados 24h. Produto incrível mas manutenção muito ruim. No check in tinha xixi no meu banheiro. Fico em tantos hotéis que os erros e problemas mesmo nos 5 estrelas se repetem. Ter uma equipe resolutiva deve ser muito difícil. Minha opinião aqui é construtiva e no geral minha estadia foi 4 de 5. O sorriso do pessoal da recepção, José no café da manhã com Monique e Thiago e Carlos no Jantar fazem qq destes problemas da limpeza e manutenção ficarem muito pequenos. Parabéns ao hotel.

This is one hotel where I would give more stars if I had the option. Made a reservation based on reviews and pictures…you know how that works out sometimes. Wow!!! Is the word that came out when we walked on to the property. The warm welcome from Robson, Marco and Rafael upon arrival. The feeling of Wow! was exemplified through our stay. The manager is an asset to the property, the staff is friendly, the property is clean, the breakfast is Fantastic, the pools and the area around the pool is well kept, soothing music plays all day. The hotel feels like an intimate resort. Massage room looked great although we did not use it. The view from the hotel is incredible. Walks on the beach late at night felt safe. We came for two nights and stayed for three. Buzios is lovely and our stay at this hotel took up the whole experience several notches. You all are doing a great job at the hotel…keep it up.

Foi incrível desde a recepção, sendo que as funcionárias Vitória e Daniela nos proporcionaram um excelente atendimento e serviços de alta qualidade. Tivemos até alguns mimos únicos. O apartamento é sensacional, em frente à praia da ferradura, o restaurante tem uma chef top também, e o café da manhã sensacional. Uma das melhores experiências que já vivemos. Obrigado à equipe do hotel Insólito, estão de parabéns.

O hotel como um todo é bem localizado e o atendimento da equipe é bom, no entanto, a claridade do nosso quarto era muito grande, o blackout era de pessima qualidade. Outro ponto que nos incomodou foi a presença de pets dentro da parte fechada do restaurante.

Amei a minha estadia no insólito. O quarto era maravilhoso, mas muito barulhento. A janela não era anti ruído e se escutava um funk insuportável na praia. A comida do restaurante não achei boa, apesar de ser cara. O café da manhã era maravilhoso e muito bem servido. Achei que como a minha reserva tinha sido feito por aqui me deram um quarto não muito satisfatório. Pois eles deveriam ter falado do barulho.

Tivemos um unico problema com a Recpção no Check out, solicitamos no domingo pós feriado um later check out para 13:00 horas, o horario normal seria 12:00 horas. nos foi ofertado uma taxa de R$600,00 para ficarmos até ás 18:00 horas , porem não me responderam a solicitação feita ao funcionário Gabriel e não nos respondeu, o que ocasionou a nossa saida ás 12:00 horas, o que estranhamos é uq etinham mais de 15 quartos em check out , pois exitsia as sacolas de boma viagem prontas e fomos desconsiderados na nossa solicitação. Se seria possivel ficarmos com taxa até ás 18:00 horas, porque não seria flexivel permitir a siada ás 13:00 horas. Já ficamos hospedados mais de 20 vezes adoramos o hotel, incluisve a irmã gemea de minha esposa passou a frentar inumeras vezes por nossa indicação Everton Rech seu marido ficou chocado com essa nova atitude e postura deste atendente , que poderia pelo menos ter respondido rapidamente que não seria possivel e até hoje nada respondeu.

L’endroit est splendide, calme et apaisant. L’accueil et le personnel sont au petit soins et ce service rend le séjour agréable ! This is a beautiful property with an exceptional staff. There are multiple pools that provide you with different experiences. The beach is accessible and beautiful. You will need a car but you can also spend your time at the hotel as the restaurant was amazing. Highly recommend staying as you will be treated exceptionally well.

Great stay - wonderful staff and beautiful views! Pools and private beach were A . Daily breakfast was also amazing — location is stunning, and short Uber ride to the center. Only thing I disliked was that it was next to a beach club - which blasted music until midnight daily. Besides that it was a perfect 10! Thanks Robson and Team for being awesome

Excepcional hotel! Too notch facilities, location and staff. Very well impressed. One comment. There is a dish in menu “Ancho defumado” that definitely needs to be taken out of their great menu. This one, although meat is of good quality, lacks taste, harmonization so not satisfied at all. I voiced this to hotel staff and really hope they take out of the menu. I do want and will be back the hotel that is 5 star. My feedback is indeed as an opportunity for improvement

Amei a minha estadia no insólito. O quarto era maravilhoso, mas muito barulhento. A janela não era anti ruído e se escutava um funk insuportável na praia. A comida do restaurante não achei boa, apesar de ser cara. O café da manhã era maravilhoso e muito bem servido. Achei que como a minha reserva tinha sido feito por aqui me deram um quarto não muito satisfatório. Pois eles deveriam ter falado do barulho.

Amazing experience in Búzios. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. We stayed at the Master Suite and the view was amazing! We had dinner at aGaleria and it was by far the best food we ate in Búzios. All employees were very attentive but Evison really made our trip special. Everytime he passed by us he greeted us with smile and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we will certainly be back. Thank you!
