This is our 3rd stay at Aqua Magic, and this time it wasn't as pleasent as it used to be. The cleanliness needs more attention - especially the main restaurant (!!), the very first 2-3 days it was simply unpleasent to have meals there. Then the stuff did a general cleaning with Clorox and desinfectants, we were okay with the smell, bc we finally could enjoy the meals, but this didn't last long. The quality of the meals has dropped too. All in all, I'd recommend the stuff and especially management pays attention to these systemic issues, otherwise our regular guests will be def looking for alternatives in Hurghada.

We had a very good experience during our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The pool was clean and enjoyable, and the hotel had a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. Overall, we were very satisfied and would happily stay here again. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Unfortunately a not so good experience due to the room that we were checked in initially. Which looked more like a cave with very worn out furniture and an awful sewage smell, with no toiletries whatsoever and with a sink that doesn’t drain compensated by a shower that floods every time you’re showering. After several complaints, and the need to repeat the issues from the beginning to 5 different persons, without any initiative to relay the message from the beginning and avoid the irritation of stating the facts 5 times 🙌, we were finally moved to another room after spending the night in the horrible room without even a working AC.
