Immaculate cleanliness. Excellent and courteous staff. Parking was a nightmare. If you know that over half of your clientele is driving trucks and hauling trailers, there should be ample parking. One truck and trailer occupied ten "regular parking spaces", and one RV occupied five parking spaces. Only open space was on the opposite side of the property from my room. Breakfast was extremely limited.

We were in town for nephews graduation. Hotel let our daughter's family stay across the hall from us even though we booked our rooms on different days. Our granddaughter swam in pool even though if was 60° outside (they are crazy). They loved it. This is the hotel we stay at in Nappanee. Very friendly

LOVE! This place is so cute and comfy! Breakfast was only a cold continental but with a waffke maker. Plenty of places to have breakfast. There is a cute little restaurant right on Tomahawk that has a breakfast buffet. Pool is very clean and the courtyard is so cute!

This hotel was booked since it had breakfast and a pool. Breakfast offerings were very sparse. We were in our suits, had our books and towels only to go down and find signs posted ”pool closed”. The trains going past through the night were very noisy.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. There was a sign at the front desk saying that they no longer accept pets but service animals are allowed. The room had a TV, WiFi, refrigerator, and microwave. The room didn’t have a coffee machine but coffee was available at the included continental breakfast. The breakfast also had toast, bagels, cereal, juice, yogurt and some fruit.

For the most part, everything was really good. The handicap bathroom went above and beyond what I expected. They even included a transfer chair to shower on. The only problem I had was I broke a bottle of Cologne. I cleaned up the cologne but couldn't pick up the broken glass, housekeeping came in and cleaned up the towels and everything but left the broken glass on the floor.

We had a great stay at Countryside Inn in Nappanee, Indiana! The room was clean, and every staff member we interacted with was super friendly and welcoming. Beware!!!!! So the place was clean and had minimal breakfast, the train track across the street so little noisy when hourly train came thru. I mean the stay was nice until and I regret not taking a picture of it before leaving it at front desk. Sitting on bed putting shoes on next morning a BEDBUG crawled across the comforter! front desk claims a check for bedbugs. Obviously not is there’s a BEDBUG!

In town for a wedding, so was not on the property other than to sleep. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Typical firm hotel bed. Seemed to be damage to the walls in the hallway. Not sure if they had an issue with a guest.

This was a very clean motel, and the staff was courteous and accommodating. The seating in the room wasn’t very comfortable, and the lighting left much to be desired. Low wattage bulbs were not good for us readers in the bedroom, and the lack of any light fixture above the bathroom mirror made combing your hair or putting on makeup difficult. If you didn’t want to read and didn’t care that much about how you looked when you left the room, then I’d rate it perfect. I want to add that we inadvertently left a piece of luggage when we left, and Kathy, the manager, was most helpful in helping us get it back home to St. Louis. Thank you Kathy!

The inn was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nicely decorated. We didn’t care for the breakfast selection, as it was just cereal, toast and bagels. A pancake or waffle maker would have been nice. Our only other complaint was the number of trains that went past the inn at all hours. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

The room was fine. The breakfast - if you didn't want dry cereal you were out of luck. But the main thing was - there were railroad tracks right across the street (about 100 yards) that freight trains traveled on all hours of the day and night with crossing whistles.

We traveled to Nappanee, IN to celebrate a wedding. This hotel was very close to the The Amish Barns and the Round Barn Theatre so we would have been pleased with even average accommodations but that was not the case. Amy at the front desk was friendly & knowledgeable of the area. All the staff were great. The breakfast area and pool area were nice.We liked the hotel so much we told family & they got rooms too. Yes, the trains could be noisy but this was not a deal breaker. We highly recommend.

The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The woman who checked us in was awesome, however the girl to check us out was no where to be found. The fridge and microwave were great. Wasn't enough towels and toilet paper though. Trains were going by the hotel so often, many times a day and night, that was very loud.

This is a quaint lovely inn on the highway, so access is easy but you are in the country. The town is only 2 or 3 minutes down the road. The staff were the best part of the experience. Very kind and ready to help with anything.

Wonderful front desk staff. The room and hotel were clean and comfortable. They offer a nice continental breakfast as well. I forgot a necklace with some important medallions to me personally. I contacted the hotel next day, and Charity (I believe her name was) actually went back to our room, found them, and is going to mail them to me. I was very pleased with her efforts to help me.

We stayed while attending Notre Dame football game. Short 30 minute drive to stadium! Clean rooms and very nice staff! Air conditioning ice cold! This hotel was amazing and we will be back I'm sure!

Loved this place, super cute and very clean. Everyone was very nice and breakfast was basic but good. There are traintracks across the street so that may bother some people but we were fine with it. Highly recommend.

I was expecting the area around to be farmland, however, the huge industrial parking lot was right next to the hotel. It is in countryside but not what I expected. Hotel was fine, but it seems to be understaffed. I waited for 5 min to check-out but no one was there. I found a card dropbox so I dropped my cards, but I hope everything was fine. The rail track is across from the hotel. The cargo trains go by very often during the night, and they let horn out every time. It was super noisy. Hotel is a nice hotel.

This is a quaint lovely inn on the highway, so access is easy but you are in the country. The town is only 2 or 3 minutes down the road. The staff were the best part of the experience. Very kind and ready to help with anything.

Schönes Hotel am Rande von Nappanee. Fußläufig gibt es nur wenig bis gar nichts dort. Aber mit dem Auto alles kein Problem! Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Eisenbahn auf der anderen Straßenseite. Ansonsten war ich sehr zufrieden!

Immaculate cleanliness. Excellent and courteous staff. Parking was a nightmare. If you know that over half of your clientele is driving trucks and hauling trailers, there should be ample parking. One truck and trailer occupied ten "regular parking spaces", and one RV occupied five parking spaces. Only open space was on the opposite side of the property from my room. Breakfast was extremely limited.

LOVE! This place is so cute and comfy! Breakfast was only a cold continental but with a waffke maker. Plenty of places to have breakfast. There is a cute little restaurant right on Tomahawk that has a breakfast buffet. Pool is very clean and the courtyard is so cute!

Loved this place, super cute and very clean. Everyone was very nice and breakfast was basic but good. There are traintracks across the street so that may bother some people but we were fine with it. Highly recommend.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. There was a sign at the front desk saying that they no longer accept pets but service animals are allowed. The room had a TV, WiFi, refrigerator, and microwave. The room didn’t have a coffee machine but coffee was available at the included continental breakfast. The breakfast also had toast, bagels, cereal, juice, yogurt and some fruit.

We had a great stay at Countryside Inn in Nappanee, Indiana! The room was clean, and every staff member we interacted with was super friendly and welcoming. The property was quiet and very clean. The concerns I had is the fact that I have hair that is 3 ft long. I needed extra towels for washing it. I asked if I could have a couple extra towels and they were very accommodating. The other concern was their continental breakfast. This was OJ, coffee, honey buns, toast and cereal. We have been to other motels that their breakfast included pancakes, eggs, omelets, donuts, juice, etc. We felt that at CountrySide Inn, it was sorely lacking.

Let me start with the lady at the front desk, she provided an overview of the area (Nappanee IN - Amish Country) n I had few questions. She was very pleasant and welcoming. The room was spotless, Soap, body n shampoo smelled so good. The pool was very clean and my kids used it. The Hotel is centrally located on the far west side of Nappanee located on Route 6. Breakfast was nice, it was missing the yogurt however the lady said, yogurt will arrive a little later today.

The rooms were fine and clean. Our stay was just overnight so we didn’t need much. Bfast was good the next morning and staff was friendly. If you aren’t looking for anything fancy but just need a comfortable stay, I’d say book it.
