We enjoyed our one night's stay. Its a convenient location and everything was clean and neat. I'd stay there again. I was disappointed they did not offer some sort of breakfast offered for the price of the room. They did have a "restaurant" on site you could order food. It was small but sufficient. ($32.00 for two people) The food was good though! There are lots of places around the area to eat if you have a car available, some places you could even walk to if desired. Another surprise was the $5.00 per night parking fee. I didnt expect to pay for parking! Over all a nice place to stay, I'd recommend this place!

Great spot with great staff. Had to evacuate my home from the forest fires and this spot fit the bill. Delicious breakfast options. Nice bar-style dinner options too. Highly recommend.

We were greeted by a kind gentleman at check in. Check in was very quick and easy. Our room was a king sized bed for just a one night stay. The room was very clean as well as the restroom. The bedroom offers lots of storage if needed and also includes a mini fridge. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast was not included but not a big deal. The hotel is in the center of multiple shopping centers. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

I ordered a King room and I was notified I was moved to the handicap accessible room. Although it was a King the bed was extremely lumpy. I had to try and prop pillows behind my back and didnt really sleep the entire evening. In addition the hot water wasnt working and I couldnt shower. The air conditioning was stuck on high and the room was freezing upon entering. The AC options didnt work so I had to unplug it. Hours later I wok up sweating because then it became too hot. Just a nightmare of an experience.

This was our 3rd time staying at this property. We always choose this place for a few reasons: it is close to where my family lives and we visit quite often from San Francisco, it is close to good dining, it's in a safe area, and it is pet friendly. The staff makes all of us --- including our fur baby --- feel welcome. The room is always clean and well appointed. Our only complaint during this current stay was the air conditioning unit in our room was very loud - So loud that we cannot hear the television. We had to turn on closed captioning, otherwise we'd have to put the TV on full volume and risk disturbing our neighbors late a night. This won't prevent us from booking at this hotel in the future. The pros definitely outweigh this one small con.

There was no mirror above the desk making it hard to do makeup and hair - the bathroom vanity area was tiny and no makeup mirror either. Disappointed since we had a venue to attend and I couldn’t even see to do my makeup and hair.

The lady came up to us with an attitude to check in. The price and fees that expedia showed and gave me for a receipt was less than what we were being charged for. The incidental deposit was supposed to be $50 according to Expedia and my confirmation email but the lady said it’s “typically” $100 or more for their hotel. She just kept saying “idk but that’s with a third party so i can’t change it”

Our stay here was horrible. Bar area had vulgar drunks, offering themselves to guests, that bartender stated were regulars, wow. One bar patron had a large dog that approached us. Upon arriving to our room, gentleman laying in hallway just hanging out, near our room door. Advised front desk and were nonchalant about it. One night there was a party with loud music underneath our room that didn’t stop until 11pm. Next morning woken up with loud music at 8am, another uninformed event. Front desk didn’t care and didn’t bother to let any rooms know of these events. Placed a family with kids right above event area we didn’t know they had. Front desk on cell phones or in back room hanging out. Would Never Stay Here Again.

When we arrived I was told there was an plumbing issues and they couldn’t give me my king size bedroom. The tried to give me a double then said oh wait they have a handicap king size so they gave me that one. Then the second we use the restroom it floods. We call them at night to ask for assistance and they said they can’t help and to just use the bathroom down stairs. Very upsetting especially since I chose to pay a higher price for a nicer hotel.

We were greeted by a kind gentleman at check in. Check in was very quick and easy. Our room was a king sized bed for just a one night stay. The room was very clean as well as the restroom. The bedroom offers lots of storage if needed and also includes a mini fridge. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast was not included but not a big deal. The hotel is in the center of multiple shopping centers. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

The place is adequate. Basically just a room. The hotel has nothing to offer. The check in staff was terrible. They couldn't process my card because there machine was broken and keep wanting me to try new cards. When I called the credit card company, they said the process never went through. I would never go there again.

Filthy rooms. We found tobacco pouches on the floor, hair and dirt on the bathtubs and surfaces, horrible check in experience with multiple errors and argumentative staff. The breakfast service was great though with a friendly and fast server

We'd stayed occasionally at the property before the COVID pandemic, and this is our first time back since then! It's very conveniently located near the Victoria Gardens outdoor mall and many other shopping and dining places along Foothill Blvd--such a great option, highly recommend!

We enjoyed our one night's stay. Its a convenient location and everything was clean and neat. I'd stay there again. I was disappointed they did not offer some sort of breakfast offered for the price of the room. They did have a "restaurant" on site you could order food. It was small but sufficient. ($32.00 for two people) The food was good though! There are lots of places around the area to eat if you have a car available, some places you could even walk to if desired. Another surprise was the $5.00 per night parking fee. I didnt expect to pay for parking! Over all a nice place to stay, I'd recommend this place!

Great spot with great staff. Had to evacuate my home from the forest fires and this spot fit the bill. Delicious breakfast options. Nice bar-style dinner options too. Highly recommend.

We were very happy with the hotel. I was disappointed that the restaurant was not open due to staffing issues. However there were plenty of restaurants in the area. The bed was a little hard for me but overall, this was a very nice hotel in a great location for my needs.

The room and property were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly. The only issues we had were the barn door to the bathroom, about as useful as a curtain, and the sound of traffic from the street. Neither was a deal breaker.

After checking in we were told that there was no hot water available due to replacing the water heater. We were told it would be resolved that evening...it wasnt fixed until the next morning. I asked if they would be willing to comp our breakfast as a way of "making up for it", we were then given 2 vouchers. The next morning we learned that those vouchers were only good for a few items, not a full breakfast. When we turned on the water the next morning it came out brown but eventually cleared up. When we talked to management about our experience we were told that we could have canceled our stay without penalty, an option that wasn't offered to us. They then said that they would give us "Marriot points", which we never received. They also offered to give us a breakfast but at that point we were already checked out and wanting to leave. Horrible experience and waste of money.
