Hotel picked us up at airport. This is a beautiful property in the middle of the jungle. It is pricey and I assume most go to see the magnificent Iguazu Falls. I only recommend that you bring your own wine to the property from DFS at the airport. There is a triple markup on Argentinian wines. The pools are magnificent. Gym is decent. We met great people from all over. Breakfast buffet is decent. I would highly recommend. The staff were extremely accomodating.

The property is nice, in the jungle. Far from anything else, so stuck eating at the property. The food and drink prices are very high and food is mediocre at best. Service was excellent as the staff was very nice and helpful. New adult pool by the river was very nice, but limited seating.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Leute waren freundlich ubd zuvorkommend. Eine wu dervolle Poolanalge. Teilweise gibg es ein wenig lange an der Bar und das Gym ist sehr veraltet. Dies müsste man komplett neu machen. Ansonsten wundervoll.

Hotel in the middle of the jungle! Not walkable but totally worth it. Gorgeous hotel, instagramable open spaces, pleasant staff, good breakfast, great spa and beautiful pool. Rooms are large with scenic balcony but…. Bed not too comfortable and weird smell. Nevertheless, I give it 5 starts!

An interesting property with paths through the jungle and large family pool area. We especially liked the adults only pool area with views of the river and friendly bar service. Breakfast was good and this is a great place to stay before or after a visit to the falls.

O hotel é lindo e a área das piscinas foi a nossa preferida. O hotel possui piscinas grandes com vistas lindas para a paisagem e rio e uma delas é aquecida. Os colaboradores foram todos prestativos e atenciosos. Voltaremos com certeza.

O hotel é relativamente perto da cidade de Iguazu e relativamente próximo da fronteira Café da manhã é maravilhoso. As piscinas são lindas mas não são aquecidas e estavam frias Wi-fi é ótimo O café da manhã é realmente muito bom e pode-se sentar visualizando a floresta ( 09/10), com muitas variedades, produtos locais, sucos detox, etc O quarto é extremamente espaçoso e aconchegante, camas e lençóis de extrema qualidade. O banheiro tem banheira e sais de banho entre outros, além de uma varanda com uma vista de tirar o fôlego.

This resort despite its rating fell short of our expectations. We appreciated that our room was dark and quiet. The front desk was helpful in arranging taxis for our ventures to the town of Iguazu and the falls. The downside: Our room was on the ground floor overlooking the natural area. It was damp and very musty smelling. Upon departure, black mold was discovered in one of the drawers. The mini fridge did not work. We told the front desk three times. Their response was “We know”. No effort was made to fix or replace it. The servers in the restaurants, particularly the breakfast and tiki bar were very unenthusiastic and almost seemed to make an effort to avoid serving their guests. Very few looked as if they were having a good day or enjoying their work. We were disappointed that this hotel did not provide drinking water outside of the 2 small bottles a day. A resort with ratings and prices like this one should at least include sufficient drinking water instead of overcharging.

The rooms were clean with gorgeous jungle and river views. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and communicative. The food was good, the pools were clean (always had extra towels) and the entire experience was so relaxing. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay — I would highly recommend this location!

Beautiful property in a rainforest setting. The first room we were given had an intermittent sewage smell, so we requested another room. They upgraded us to what looked like a honeymoon suite. It was very large with a large balcony and nicer bathroom. The property is showing its age and is need of some maintenance. Staff was very nice and helpful. Wait staff were above average for Argentina.

What I liked: Staff were friendly and helpful, Room was very clean, Pool area was lovely, Good location for getting to the Falls and the airport. I thought the food was good and no more expensive than other parts of Argentina. What I didn't like: Rooms have no soundproofing so could hear everything for the room upstairs, Gym was not very good. Overall though we had a nice stay. Would recommend booking a top floor room.

The place is amazing, quiet the rooms are great the problem we had was the room temperature was awful and we couldn’t sleep because it was very hot, reception told us to open the windows to lower the temperature and we woke up freezing so we couldn’t sleep well… breakfast is delicious and the staff is very friendly.

Immersed in rainforest with high over the river views. After 2 weeks travel, this was just the quiet and relaxing resort property we wanted. Enjoyed spacious room with balcony and seating at the bars and restaurant around number of pools. Staff ranged from satisfactory to outstanding. Not in the 5 star luxury category, but a good choice. Convenient to the Falls and town.

This property was beautiful the pools were amazing and staff is friendly. I did contact the property 2 separate times about the airport shuttle and never got a response so that was disappointing.

Great hotel, Pools are beautiful, Food is excellent and service very professional. The hotel concierge Nahuel was very helpful in arranging for airport to hotel transportation along with other needs we had during our stay. Vicente the taxi driver that was arranged for us was also amazing and we arranged all of our transfers with him. Both are very knowledgeable and go out of their to help the guests!

O serviço e a comida do Hotel, não condiz com o preço pago pela estadia. O Hotel é lindo, está em boas condições. Mas o serviço de atendimento nos restaurantes, e piscinas, foi péssimo.O pior possível, atendentes que não dão a minima pros hospedes, ficam extressados, pois temos que pedir 10 vezes a mesma coisa, etc.

Usansynlig sløv betjening i restauranterne. 5 tjenere stor og snakkede og var ikke til, komme i kontakt med. 5 borde flød men brugt service, ingen gjorde noget. Ingen kunne tale engelsk, selv ikke i reseptionen. Ringede du til receptionen og talte engelsk, smed de røret på. Henvendte du dig i receptionen gemte medarbejderne sig ude bagved!

Poor reception and unprofessional service. They require at least a $100 deposit, and communication is difficult due to limited English. The only positive is the natural setting, but many nature hotels offer much better quality. This hotel is overpriced and poorly managed. I recommend going to Foz do Iguaçu instead—there are far better hotels for up to 70% less.

Hotel picked us up at airport. This is a beautiful property in the middle of the jungle. It is pricey and I assume most go to see the magnificent Iguazu Falls. I only recommend that you bring your own wine to the property from DFS at the airport. There is a triple markup on Argentinian wines. The pools are magnificent. Gym is decent. We met great people from all over. Breakfast buffet is decent. I would highly recommend. The staff were extremely accomodating.

The property is nice, in the jungle. Far from anything else, so stuck eating at the property. The food and drink prices are very high and food is mediocre at best. Service was excellent as the staff was very nice and helpful. New adult pool by the river was very nice, but limited seating.

Hotel in the middle of the jungle! Not walkable but totally worth it. Gorgeous hotel, instagramable open spaces, pleasant staff, good breakfast, great spa and beautiful pool. Rooms are large with scenic balcony but…. Bed not too comfortable and weird smell. Nevertheless, I give it 5 starts!

O hotel é relativamente perto da cidade de Iguazu e relativamente próximo da fronteira Café da manhã é maravilhoso. As piscinas são lindas mas não são aquecidas e estavam frias Wi-fi é ótimo O café da manhã é realmente muito bom e pode-se sentar visualizando a floresta ( 09/10), com muitas variedades, produtos locais, sucos detox, etc O quarto é extremamente espaçoso e aconchegante, camas e lençóis de extrema qualidade. O banheiro tem banheira e sais de banho entre outros, além de uma varanda com uma vista de tirar o fôlego.

Really nice how they integrated the hotel within its natural habitat. Beautiful pool and comfortable, with a friendly staff. Would strongly recommend if it wasnt for the food. Really subpar and disappointing for a higher end hotel. Luckily we found a very good restaurant in town called La Rueda..

The property was magnificent and the hotel and hospitality were fabulous! The restaurant, unfortunately, was not up to par with the rest of the experience: the food was OK but not great, there were multiple errors with the orders and also pricey. The daily breakfast buffet was free and delicious, but also as you'd expect at this category in Argentina.

I don’t think this should be a five star resort I enjoyed my visit to Puerto Iguazú but I didn’t love my stay at Loi. I found as a whole the staff were very inattentive particularly in the restaurants and bars. There was no one greeting or taking room numbers at breakfast, and the dinner service wasn’t great. The food I had at dinner was nice, I can’t fault the quality or price. I think the breakfast was very low quality offering however, given the price of this hotel I would have expected a wider offering, cooked-to-order omelettes etc. The hotel will organise you taxis but beware they are more expensive than Ubers which sometimes operate. As an example, Uber is about 10,000ARS each way to go into town, with the hotel it’s 30,000ARS return (plus surcharge so 36,000 if paying by card). I stayed in a Junior Studio and the room felt tired, especially the cupboards which are looking worn and need to be replaced. It was nice to have the glass door open and hear the jungle. I had a 4pm flight so requested a later check out. Usually hotels are happy to offer an hour or two extra if they aren’t full occupancy. I was told they charge 25 USD per extra hour. Given the place was far from full, it wouldn’t have hurt them to upgrade me to a nicer room, but that’s life! In early September it’s still too cool for using the pools, even the heated pools weren’t “warm” enough to enjoy. This isn’t a big deal but just something to be aware of.
