The folk at the Fox couldn't be more helpful and they love dogs. Our two had the best time while we were there and I'm sure will want to go back as soon as possible The room was large and clean and well stocked. All in all, a great stay and a big thanks to everyone

Lovely place to stay. It's a nice pub, the food was good, the staff lovely, breakfast good too. Car park is not the biggest but there is a car park just along the street and some on street parking as well.

Very characterful room, staff were most welcoming and made a lovely fuss of our little dog , as well as giving him a sausage at breakfast time. Nice to have a bath too. Excellent value for money, will stay again.

Excellent Inn B&B - super friendly polite staf. good pub food excellent meal deal £16 for a main course and a pint pp. Double whiskey £5. Good size room. Ensuite with a bath (took a while to fill but was fine). here is a bit of boise from th pub area below but nothing too bad Breakfast was very good. Noticed locals, customers and passers by coming in to have a breakfast which is a good sign. Much Wenlock is a lovely place - plenty to see and walk around. Overall a very pleasant one night stopover - will certainly return for maybe a bt longer when in the area again.

Staff were very polite and friendly. Car park was full (had the last place) and the bar was very noisy - a lot of people and it was Friday. The meal was good “pub grub” and the local ale was wonderful - Wye Valley brewery.

Had a lovely stay at the Fox Inn, the staff were lovely and so welcoming. Our room was spacious clean and bright. Bathroom was clean but needed a little tlc to the bath seal. Breakfast was good and freshly cooked. Would definitely stay here again, very quiet location too

Had a lovely night at The Fox Much Wenlock. Not the best room we’ve stayed in but it was really clean , nice comfortable bed and nice big fluffy towels. The food was excellent and freshly cooked and nothing was too much trouble . Worth a visit just to meet the owner and her lovely daughter who made us feel very welcome. We also found the village welcoming and interesting and a good base to visit other places.

Excellent value, clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and cosy and the freshly prepared food was fabulous. We had an evening meal and breakfast, which were both excellent. We would definitely stay again.

Arrived after a 200 mile motorbike ride round Snowdonia, hot and tired, Liz welcomed us, sorted roo s which wete ready. Had cold beers on a table before we had unloaded, that's service. Atmosphere was great, all staff friendly, evening meal was really tasty with proper pies, no small portion sizes here. Rooms large, clean all ensuite. Tea and coffee in rooms best spread ever seen, tea, coffee, herbal, hot chocolate. with proper size cups Breakfast is not buffet, table service with plenty of options, full english was excellent. Lovely friendly hottel and staff

pleasant overnight stay .friendly staff. Our room was quirky (2) sloping floor plumbing instructions for hot water.but part of the charm of staying in an older property. Room facilities good.Breakfast spot on. Family stayed in 5 and had a bigger "normal"room they were happy too.

Came for a 2 night stay with husband visiting surrounding towns. Lovely little B&B. The host and staff were friendly and helpful. The bar and food area was busy with a nice atmosphere. On arrival our room was cold, however large radiator was on. Small storage heater was available in the room so this helped. Large radiator never heated up after that first night so room was cold having to use the heater. Only one hand towel in room. Lovely tea/coffee selection. First night husband went to jump in shower but couldnt quite get the temperature right so ended up running the bath. Not ideal but managed. Had drinks in the bar each evening and were made to feel welcome. Breakfast was really nice and filling. Great coffee too. Visited nearby pub and indian for food and both were great. Lovely little village, worth a visit.

This is a very old building … 400-500 years old so bound to be some creaky floorboards etc…. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating regarding our early check in … breakfast was just lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The food was excellent and freshly cooked and nothing was too much trouble . Worth a visit just to meet the owner and her lovely daughter who made us feel very welcome. We also found the village welcoming and interesting and a good base to visit other places.

This is a old inn with quirky squeaky floors, the room was clean,staff very friendly,parking at the rear of the property, on the high street so handy for a little shopping

What a wonderful mini break for my husband and I plus our two little dogs. We stayed at The Fox and were greeted warmly by staff on arrival. Everyone was so friendly. The town was absolutely stunning, gorgeous buildings, quaint shops and pubs. We ate in The Fox on our first night and the food was wonderful and great value for money! Our little dogs enjoyed their stay also and were fussed over by everyone! Highly recommend The Fox if you’re in the area

This is a very old building … 400-500 years old so bound to be some creaky floorboards etc…. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating regarding our early check in … breakfast was just lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Excellent value, clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and cosy and the freshly prepared food was fabulous. We had an evening meal and breakfast, which were both excellent. We would definitely stay again.

Arrived after a 200 mile motorbike ride round Snowdonia, hot and tired, Liz welcomed us, sorted roo s which wete ready. Had cold beers on a table before we had unloaded, that's service. Atmosphere was great, all staff friendly, evening meal was really tasty with proper pies, no small portion sizes here. Rooms large, clean all ensuite. Tea and coffee in rooms best spread ever seen, tea, coffee, herbal, hot chocolate. with proper size cups Breakfast is not buffet, table service with plenty of options, full english was excellent. Lovely friendly hottel and staff

Excellent Inn B&B - super friendly polite staf. good pub food excellent meal deal £16 for a main course and a pint pp. Double whiskey £5. Good size room. Ensuite with a bath (took a while to fill but was fine). here is a bit of boise from th pub area below but nothing too bad Breakfast was very good. Noticed locals, customers and passers by coming in to have a breakfast which is a good sign. Much Wenlock is a lovely place - plenty to see and walk around. Overall a very pleasant one night stopover - will certainly return for maybe a bt longer when in the area again.

pleasant overnight stay .friendly staff. Our room was quirky (2) sloping floor plumbing instructions for hot water.but part of the charm of staying in an older property. Room facilities good.Breakfast spot on. Family stayed in 5 and had a bigger "normal"room they were happy too.

The property is 400 yrs old so expect things to be uneven. The current owners have only been there a few years so maybe they still have work to do. The bedrooms are described on the website as "stylish "....I would say plain. The bedding was clean, bathroom ok but it was difficult to get the shower to the right temperature...it was either boiling or cold. Room 5 had a frosted window but it was hot so we had it open. The room could do with a slight update....e.g. more plug sockets and a bigger table for the tea/coffee etc. Being oblong meant the layout wasn't the best. The food served at breakfast was very good. Staff were pleasant. Car park was small and a little difficult to manoeuvre in, depending on how others parked. Hard to tell which spaces belonged to the pub. There is road parking too. It was ok for the price. Great location in Much Wenlock.
