The Leopard Beach Resort and Spa had a magnificent villa. It was large, clean, and reminded me of home. There were 3 bedrooms and each had its own bathroom. The resort had several restaurants as well as a gym, spa, and a sauna. I will be back again.

El hotel es una pasada: los monos están por todo el conplejo, las máquinas del gym muy completas, hamacas en la zona de playa, la comida del restaursnte de la playa muy rica, el buffet de desayuno y cena están geniales.

Very beautiful resort and friendly staff. We really loved it all from breakfast to dinner, the beach and pool. Just watch out for the boys at the beach, they are friendly but in the end they just wants your money, that is the same all over Diani beach. The good thing is that they are not allowed to come to your sunbed. We can absolutely recommend this place.

The grounds are well kept with lots of monkeys around and few gekos which is Something nice to wake up to. There is a gym and nice spa area. The rooms are good and the beach area is also nice. Aimed more at families, couples or travelling business people. Staff, house keeping and reception were all very nice. Down side is the food in resort, restaurants close early and food quality is poor. Also the bar area needs to be kept more hygenic apart from that lovely stay

The Hotel is good and in a super location, i have returned back to leopard beach after 15years, the rooms are amazing very very spacious and fully refurbished and clean. the beddings are goods, teh reception team and staff are good... The amenities in the hotel needs to be looked into, the pool needs to be redone as the access in to the pool and out of the pool is very difficult as the stairs and rails are old and high for the young and very difficult for the oldies also risky and one of the reason why the pool was not busy because of this..the food / catering sections through out the hotel need to be redone to latest equipment and services...the foods served in the 5 days was basically the same through out our stay with a small variation...the quality and service of the food need to be looked into...hygiene n cleanliness is low... its a beautiful property BUT needs a lot of attention. its a pity to see it going down...

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient and close to amenities. They arranged a private snorkelling tour from Wasini Island for a reasonable price when the Viator tour operators cancelled on us at the last minute. The breakfast buffet was massive and delicious. They had an impressive acrobatics display one night we were there.

Min hustru og jeg har boet på dette hotel en enkelt nat og kan med sikkerhed sige at vi aldrig vender tilbage. Hotellet er nedslidt og trænger til en større renovering. Derudover føles alt fra reception, restaurant, møbler, liggestole, pool til værelser beskidt. I sengen på vores værelse fandt vi flere hår fra formodede tidligere gæster, mens der var smurt noget der lignede snot ind i den ene sengelampe. Væggene var snavsede og interiøret meget slidt. Aircondition og køleskab larmede så meget at det var svært at sove. Vi havde generelt svært ved at sove, da sengen ikke føltes ren. Buffeten i restauranten var ikke specielt indbydende. Første gang vi besøgte den blev vi mødt af en kok, som havde det mest snavsede forklæde på jeg nogensinde har set. Toiletterne i restauranten var ulækre og snavsede. Selvom vi havde betalt for helpension valgte vi at droppe aftensmaden og tog i stedet på en asiatisk restaurant på stedet. Denne lavede til gengæld super lækker mad. Til morgenmaden blev der skænket kaffe fra kander, som lignede at de ikke var blevet vasket det sidste års tid. Maden så umiddelbart fin ud, men det faktum at fluer fik lov til at underholde sig i buffeten gjorde at vi fuldstændig mistede appetitten. Personalet på stedet er generelt super venlige og gør hvad de kan for at give en en god oplevelse. Men stedet trænger virkelig til store forbedringer og det må være ejernes ansvar! At kalde hotellet et luksushotel er en direkte joke.

I had a very nice stay. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. Being right in the beach was wonderful. There were a lot of food options at the buffet and very thing was very tasty. I had a great time with the Marcos bar staff, especially John, Jumo, and Abigail. My only complaints are that the safe in my room didn’t work and the resort did nothing to recognize my birthday. I also wasn’t allowed to book a reservation at one of the restaurants for my birthday because I wasn’t staying for 7 days. Other than that I had a great time.

Its an ok 2 night stay very average, our stay included half board, the cold food had flies over it and the water for the evening meal was charged, we feel a bottle of water for the evening meal should be F.O.C. The sea view was very nice from the apartment window. But over all was just an ok stay, but will not be returning.

The room I was in was a cabin with lovely sea views and was very spacious. The staff were very friendly, especially Salome. However the food was not of the required standard. Worst of all were the pizzas. They were beyond thin, half burnt, half not cooked. They put fresh mushrooms instead of dried mushrooms so the water leaked from them and made the whole pizza so wet and soggy. I couldn't eat it. Not sure I'd go back

Første gang vi besøgte den blev vi mødt af en kok, som havde det mest snavsede forklæde på jeg nogensinde har set. Toiletterne i restauranten var ulækre og snavsede. Selvom vi havde betalt for helpension valgte vi at droppe aftensmaden og tog i stedet på en asiatisk restaurant på stedet. Denne lavede til gengæld super lækker mad. Til morgenmaden blev der skænket kaffe fra kander, som lignede at de ikke var blevet vasket det sidste års tid. Maden så umiddelbart fin ud, men det faktum at fluer fik lov til at underholde sig i buffeten gjorde at vi fuldstændig mistede appetitten. Personalet på stedet er generelt super venlige og gør hvad de kan for at give en en god oplevelse. Men stedet trænger virkelig til store forbedringer og det må være ejernes ansvar! At kalde hotellet et luksushotel er en direkte joke.
Min hustru og jeg har boet på dette hotel en enkelt nat og kan med sikkerhed sige at vi aldrig vender tilbage. Hotellet er nedslidt og trænger til en større renovering. Derudover føles alt fra reception, restaurant, møbler, liggestole, pool til værelser beskidt. I sengen på vores værelse fandt vi flere hår fra formodede tidligere gæster, mens der var smurt noget der lignede snot ind i den ene sengelampe. Væggene var snavsede og interiøret meget slidt. Aircondition og køleskab larmede så meget at det var svært at sove. Vi havde generelt svært ved at sove, da sengen ikke føltes ren. Buffeten i restauranten var ikke specielt indbydende. I had a very nice stay. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. Being right in the beach was wonderful. There were a lot of food options at the buffet and very thing was very tasty. I had a great time with the Marcos bar staff, especially John, Jumo, and Abigail. My only complaints are that the safe in my room didn’t work and the resort did nothing to recognize my birthday. I also wasn’t allowed to book a reservation at one of the restaurants for my birthday because I wasn’t staying for 7 days. Other than that I had a great time.

The Hotel is good and in a super location, i have returned back to leopard beach after 15years, the rooms are amazing very very spacious and fully refurbished and clean. the beddings are goods, teh reception team and staff are good... The amenities in the hotel needs to be looked into, the pool needs to be redone as the access in to the pool and out of the pool is very difficult as the stairs and rails are old and high for the young and very difficult for the oldies also risky and one of the reason why the pool was not busy because of this..the food / catering sections through out the hotel need to be redone to latest equipment and services...the foods served in the 5 days was basically the same through out our stay with a small variation...the quality and service of the food need to be looked into...hygiene n cleanliness is low... its a beautiful property BUT needs a lot of attention. its a pity to see it going down...

Staff were fantastic, always friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean but some aspects were very tired and worn. Shower french doors didn’t work, toilet flush was hit and miss, sun loungers were broken.

The hotel was beautiful, our cottage overlooking the sea just perfect and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Agnes, the manager was especially kind and supportive when our bag was temporarily lost at the airport. She was equanimity personified, and utterly professional as she helped us navigate a path to the bag's retrieval. A wonderful ambassador for the hotel. Thank you Agnes.

Stayed in a Villa - roomy, clean, with a private wading pool. All indigenous trees and vegetation around the Villa. The kids loved the mischievous monkeys who came around the property. Housekeeping staff arrived unannounced first day we were there. We would have preferred a call from the reception desk before they came to our Villa.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient and close to amenities. They arranged a private snorkelling tour from Wasini Island for a reasonable price when the Viator tour operators cancelled on us at the last minute. The breakfast buffet was massive and delicious. They had an impressive acrobatics display one night we were there.

My family and I were not treated well. Very dissatisfied with the “all-inclusive” when the food options were limited. In addition, we experienced a difference in the level of service compared to our white counterparts. We noticed white people were getting service quicker. My brother was told to head back to the his hotel for dinner because he was wearing shorts. However, the provided legs covers for white males wearing shorts. Definitely will not be coming back.

I would have given this Resort 5 stars, but sadly, here goes. I was a woman traveling on her own, unfortunately, I was a target for the wait staff as wanting "company" after hours. My husband did not make this trip, and I\'m not one to be unfaithful. I\'m a light sleeper and was woken by someone trying to come into my room. The first night I disregarded as another guest having the wrong room; however, 2 nights in a row was suspicious. I positioned my chair under the door handle as a safety precaution. My last night, I did not feel like paying full buffet price as had little appetite. There was no other option! I would suggest maybe a salad bar for those in a similar position. Otherwise, the staff were friendly. For those traveling to Kenya for the first time, may I suggest if paying in USD, have a converter app. Or change your money for local currency. My trip was unplanned and last minute. Don\'t forget to haggle.

The descriptions available online were quite limited so we were not sure what to expect. We (2 couples, 2 kids) stayed in one of the Residences which was great - 3 large ensuite bedrooms and large living/dining area, but no kitchen facilities or dinnerware which was unusual if one assumes 3 couples or other group may be sharing the space. It is a private, stand alone building just a short walk to the main hotel and the pool was deep and good size. The beach in front of the hotel feels private and small with coral reef so one must walk around the corner for safer swimming. The reef itself extends far into the ocean and is a wonderland of life. Footwear is highly recommended as you are walking along coral, rocks and past urchins. The men all along the beach can be very pushy and will want to guide you along a trail to the end of the reef - in this (only this) respect, they were valuable and great with the children and safety, and expect to be paid. Some of the men in front of the hotel are organized, not working independently, but as part of semi 'organized crime'. Sad, but be alert. We only dined at Horizons and found breakfast and dinner quite good, but dinner was definitely on the pricey side for Kenya. I ordered a couple of cocktails at the pool bar and suggest that you order your alcohol and mixer separately. They automatically charge for doubles, and whatever is in the bottle does not match the label. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Very beautiful resort and friendly staff. We really loved it all from breakfast to dinner, the beach and pool. Just watch out for the boys at the beach, they are friendly but in the end they just wants your money, that is the same all over Diani beach. The good thing is that they are not allowed to come to your sunbed. We can absolutely recommend this place.

The grounds are well kept with lots of monkeys around and few gekos which is Something nice to wake up to. There is a gym and nice spa area. The rooms are good and the beach area is also nice. Aimed more at families, couples or travelling business people. Staff, house keeping and reception were all very nice. Down side is the food in resort, restaurants close early and food quality is poor. Also the bar area needs to be kept more hygenic apart from that lovely stay

Its an ok 2 night stay very average, our stay included half board, the cold food had flies over it and the water for the evening meal was charged, we feel a bottle of water for the evening meal should be F.O.C. The sea view was very nice from the apartment window. But over all was just an ok stay, but will not be returning.

Perfect stay in this hotel! Staff everywhere in the hotel was really friendly and helpful with smile. Room was comfortable, clean and big. Pool area was also clean and pleasant. Food was good and a lot of selection.

Dejligt hotel som levede op til alle forventninger. Godt til børn og dejlig service. Badeværelser bar præg af at det er salt vand der kommer ud af hanerne, og trænger til lidt vedligehold. Liggestolene ved poolen trænger også til en kærlig hånd, men det er detaljer

Staff were exceptional and the villa was really spacious with a lovely pool. Food was OK, not as good as some other resorts of the same star rating. Lots of BBQ options and theme nights. We were AI and had breakfast at the small restaurant in the villa area, which was lovely. Lunch was better at the pool bar - suited our family needs with chips, burgers and pizzas. The villa had a few things that needed fixed and we had to ask for the fridges to be topped up. At dinner it was often a bit chaotic and they ran out of plates or cups. Or tables weren’t set. Little touches that stop it being the level expected from a 5 star resort. The entertainment team was good, with karaoke, acrobats and dancers as part of the evening offering. The main pool was good fun and not too busy. There were plenty sun loungers in the shade at the beach with access to the pool. As a single mum with 3 kids I was frequently asked where my husband was, which didn’t happen in Nairobi or the Masai Mara. The hawkers on the beach were obtrusive and we struggled with getting rid of them. There are organised beach activities with the entertainment team and it would be better to go on them rather than brave the beach yourself if you’re a single woman.
