The hotel now has a cash deposit of 1000 baht. Unknown why. Hotel is ok but there are weird sewage smells around or near the hotel. Hotel itself is average and they have no breakfast or restaurant.

Location is key for me when in Bangkok so great place, room is nice big bathroom, clean, I like bathrooms with the toiletries etc which is the one thing you dont gwt here as shampoo is on the wall and no free toothbrush or razors. But its a good place

Very nice staff, helped me w everything I needed… room was very clean, a/c worked very nicely, water in bath and shower were hot… laundry and barber shop right next door… Overall great stay A+++

Der Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen. Mir wurde ein gemütliches, geräumiges Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon und sehr großem Bad (Dusche & Wanne) zugeteilt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte tadellos. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert. Das WLAN ist stabil. Die Lage könnte zentraler nicht sein um direkt ins Nachtleben einzutauchen. Die Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten sind weniger als 10km entfernt und man kann mit dem Skytrain (direkt vor der Tür) die Hälfte des Weges zurücklegen bevor man auf Taxi, Grab oder Tuk Tuk umsteigt. Street Food, Bargeldautomaten,Kiosks und Shops sind fußläufig erreichbar. Alles lief äußerst unkompliziert und ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

장점 매일 새 수건, 물 제공 (다만 청소하시는 분 인원이 적은가 봐요. 청소 시간이 늦은 편이었습니다) 직원분들이 친절해요 방이 엄청엄청 넓어서 좋았어요. 특히 짐 올려놓기 좋은 긴 의자가 있어 좋았습니다. 테이블이 커서 편리함. 침대가 편안함 화장실 짱큼(샤워기+욕조 둘다 있음) 단점 동네가 성매매 업소로 가득한 지 모르고 숙소를 예약해 첫날 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 최대한 그 쪽으로 안 다니고+밤에 안다니려고 노력했습니다. 주변에 갈만한 식당과 카페가 거의 없다는 점이 단점이었습니다. 와이파이가 방마다 있었는데, 제 방 와이파이는 연결만 되고 인터넷 연결은 안되서 옆옆방 와이파이를 사용하였습니다.

Pros - The room was large, the bed was big and comfortable, the wifi was good, the staff were helpful, the location was excellent (walk 1-3 mins to access Soi 4, Soi 8 and Sukhumvit Rd), close to BTS station, close access to numerous restaurants, bars, massages, street food. Cons - Fridge was small with no freezer (annoyance to me as I stayed there for 2 weeks and like to fill fridge with fruits and ice creams), air-con stopped working several times requiring external resets - and when it did work it was very cold, the TV had very limited channels (again I was there for 2 weeks and like to chill out watching TV between explorations), not a lot of storage area for clothes. Overall a good hotel that felt fresh and modern, however the cons were significant to me (probably not so significant to many others).

Der Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen. Mir wurde ein gemütliches, geräumiges Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon und sehr großem Bad (Dusche & Wanne) zugeteilt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte tadellos. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und serviceorientiert. Das WLAN ist stabil. Die Lage könnte zentraler nicht sein um direkt ins Nachtleben einzutauchen. Die Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten sind weniger als 10km entfernt und man kann mit dem Skytrain (direkt vor der Tür) die Hälfte des Weges zurücklegen bevor man auf Taxi, Grab oder Tuk Tuk umsteigt. Street Food, Bargeldautomaten,Kiosks und Shops sind fußläufig erreichbar. Alles lief äußerst unkompliziert und ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

繁華街ですがホテル周辺は静かです。バーなどが多く落ち着いて食事が出来る店は少ない気がします。でも斜め前のホテル並びに素敵なレストランとセブンイレブンを見つけ大満足です。Nana駅にも近く便利です。スタッフは皆親切です。

We love this hotel, we have stayed many times in the past, the rooms are spacious, clean and up to date. The staff are very helpful. The location is great but at night it is peaceful. Great pool.

The hotel now has a cash deposit of 1000 baht. Unknown why. Hotel is ok but there are weird sewage smells around or near the hotel. Hotel itself is average and they have no breakfast or restaurant.

Pros - The room was large, the bed was big and comfortable, the wifi was good, the staff were helpful, the location was excellent (walk 1-3 mins to access Soi 4, Soi 8 and Sukhumvit Rd), close to BTS station, close access to numerous restaurants, bars, massages, street food. Cons - Fridge was small with no freezer (annoyance to me as I stayed there for 2 weeks and like to fill fridge with fruits and ice creams), air-con stopped working several times requiring external resets - and when it did work it was very cold, the TV had very limited channels (again I was there for 2 weeks and like to chill out watching TV between explorations), not a lot of storage area for clothes. Overall a good hotel that felt fresh and modern, however the cons were significant to me (probably not so significant to many others).

I stayed at the Dynasty Grand Hotel in Sukhumvit for 2 nights. First impression was good with a pool, gym and a games room to use too. The hotel rooms were good but some of the balconies were quite small. I used the gym which was big and roomy for a hotel one, the problem was that I drank water from a water cooler in the gym was a big suspicious, the A/C wasn’t running so this water was definitely was contaminated. I got waterborne food illnesses because of that dodgy water cooler, not the street food. When in Thailand always drink sealed bottle water, many gyms in Thailand don’t use water coolers because of problems like this. Anyway if you like stay at a hotel close to the nightlife in Sukhumvit, this hotel would be great for you, I know there’s some rumors you can drink the tap water in Bangkok, don’t risk it, drink bottled water and you will be fine.

Plenty of shopping areas nearby, along with food places to eat. Nok and Min who worked the reception desk were very helpful, courteous and professional. My friend who travelled with me was sick. Min called a travel doctor who came to our room within 45 minutes, diagnosed him and provided the medications he needed to get better. I definitely staying at the Dynasty Grande Hotel again.
