OYO Tudor Lodge - Redcar Beach

One shared bathroom to cover 15 rooms. There is a reason it’s this cheap! Only stayed here due to no other rooms available last minute.

This is an old-fashioned, sixties-style B&B that's a bit dated but that did not affect our stay because everything was really clean. The bedding smelled lovely and the bed was very comfortable. It was incredibly quiet with no road noise. The decor and carpets are a bit old but well maintained and the carpets were well vacuumed. The bathroom is shared but there is an extra toilet in case it's occupied (it was always free when we needed it) and bathroom was kept really clean. Janet was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely book again. There's no hairdryers in the rooms but there is a kettle and chips, but you need to bring tea and coffee, which is perfectly reasonable when the rooms are so competitively priced. Overall, I would recommend it

The place isn't clean,the doors aren't functional,the service,no access to clean water,had to use water from toilet,which are not very clean,the Lady is very old,fogetful,spent standing in the cold cos she didn't me the access code,terrible place.
