Worst experience ever, extremelly poor communication. I had to chase for the check in instructions, check out is at 10 bear in mind when in every place u go is noon

I am not allowed to share the unfortunate details about my stay. So I will say I just feel like they could easily provide information to make this be a wonderful experience. #LostOpportunity

Spacious but there are some cutlery and pots lacking. Also, the check in was lengthy and the level of scrutiny in questions is too much.

Our stay was very disappointing, and unfortunately, we cannot recommend this place. The apartment was not clean when we arrived. The bed sheets had hair on them, and although the towels and pillowcases appeared to have been washed, they were heavily stained, which made them feel unhygienic. The bathroom was poorly equipped. There was no holder for the shower head, making it very difficult to take a shower. There was also no shower curtain, so the entire bathroom floor became wet after every shower. The pillows and blankets provided for our children were simply left on top of the sofa, which did not seem hygienic at all. In addition, the sofa bed prepared for the children was very uncomfortable and not suitable for sleeping. There were no hand towels or paper towels in the apartment—only toilet paper was provided. The breakfast items included with the stay were far from sufficient. We had to buy additional food ourselves to have a proper breakfast. The only positive aspect was that the kitchen was well equipped. We wanted to cancel our reservation after seeing the conditions, but our request was refused. Overall, this accommodation did not meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, or hospitality. We were very dissatisfied with our stay and would not recommend it to other guests.
