The properties views were definitely priceless. The roaring of the river It’s so peaceful to hear. And it’s literally 2 miles to the entrance of the national park. The house is a little outdated, not enough living room space as far as seating. And the fireplace mantle on the floor is definitely a trip hazard. Almost broke a toe on it. And the driveway is a little steep, hope your tires have traction. Other than that the property had everything you would need extra blankets, pillows towels, etc. seamless check in and check out.

Amazing location..driveway is extremely steep. There is no cell service, so be prepared. Home was stocked with necessities, except shampoo, conditioner and soap for shower. We experienced issue with losing power to part of home and internet… which was very inconvenient.

Drive way could have better lighting. Coffee pot still had grains from previous user. Outlet where Internet and cable was connected lost power. I did not appreciate a note next to the a/c settings stating not to adjust air conditioner. Host requested they be notified when I arrived, but there was no internet service. Main bed room does not have sun blocking curtains. Cheap toilet paper in bathrooms. There were many dvd movies but no DVD player was found.

Cute little place definitely good views. The description of the birdhouse is definitely incorrect. The driveway was very steep and very hard to park on little warning would’ve been nice.

This is a nice vacation home. The deck wraps around three sides of the house which is great for sights and sounds of the river. Good size property in elevated lot far enough from neighbors. House is older but clean and has all basic amenities. WiFi was good. The master bedroom shower drain was slow. Overall, we had a good stay. Thank you!

Beautiful house with a big terrace only a few miles from Sequoia NP entrance. You can see Moro Mountain from the terrace and different birds. Absolutely recommendable!

The house was exactly as pictured and the view was amazing and very close to Sequoia which was convenient. The house was neat and tidy BUT it could have been cleaner. The floor was dusty/dirty in places but not horrible. But the one thing that was bad was spider webs all over the windows - inside and out. I did not like that part. There was also an ash tray with used cigarettes in it outside on the deck…However, it’s a nice space and close to the park with a big deck to enjoy the view.

This home has beautiful views from large windows in the common areas and outside deck. Check in was super easy and when I messaged questions before our stay I always received prompt and thorough responses. Our dogs could safely enjoy the deck. Indoors was comfortable and cozy. Plenty of extra blankets and towels if needed and all this is only 2 miles from Sequoia! It was great!

The house is in great need of a deep cleaning. Paint peeling on the deck. Clothes left in the dryer. No kitchen towels for drying dishes. Dirty bath mat. We stayed only two of the four nights we paid for. Just not comfortable staying there.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and the view was spectacular! Close proximity to entrance of Sequoia National Park was great. We ate dinner at the Totem and at Sierra subs. Both our meals were delicious. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Loved the location, which does indeed have great views, and the sound of the rushing river in the valley below was great. Also the birds and wildlife were lovely. Close to Sequoia National Park, which was very convenient. Not close to a market or shops though, but we came prepared for that. The kitchen was quite well equipped and we were able to make a decent meal there. (Otherwise there are a few decent dining options in Three Rivers if you are prepared to drive.) We appreciated the owner’s attention to detail overall in terms of amenities.

Stayed here 3 nights for a mini family reunion. Perfect location to get to sequoia national park and close to three rivers. Nice and quiet. Clean and had everything we needed. We loved grilling on the deck and enjoying the views. Would stay here again!

My mom had never visited Sequoia and after turning 80, we decided to make sure she made the trip. This place was truly magical and in a great location.. stunning views and comfortable accommodations. Frankly, I wish I had a house like this.. I hope to come back soon. I highly recommend it..

They say location matters. It does! This house begins with incredible views from the porch balconies. This continues only 2 miles from the National Park. But in all our stays around the country we've never found a more responsive host. He answered our questions and he solved our problems. Thanks Tim!

It has everything we needed. The view of the mountains is lovely. The host and and manager are responsive. The drive to NP is really close. There are a couple of restaurants and groceries nearby.

They say location matters. It does! This house begins with incredible views from the porch balconies. This continues only 2 miles from the National Park. But in all our stays around the country we've never found a more responsive host. He answered our questions and he solved our problems. Thanks Tim!

It has everything we needed. The view of the mountains is lovely. The host and and manager are responsive. The drive to NP is really close. There are a couple of restaurants and groceries nearby.

Beautiful view of Moro Rock and Three Rivers valley. Immediate access to Sequoia National Park. Sequoia Trees were absolutely stunning.

My mom had never visited Sequoia and after turning 80, we decided to make sure she made the trip. This place was truly magical and in a great location.. stunning views and comfortable accommodations. Frankly, I wish I had a house like this.. I hope to come back soon. I highly recommend it..

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and the view was spectacular! Close proximity to entrance of Sequoia National Park was great. We ate dinner at the Totem and at Sierra subs. Both our meals were delicious. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

We really enjoyed stay. The house was clean and comfortable and the view was spectacular. The location was within a couple of miles of the park, which made getting into the park easy.

Beautiful house with a big terrace only a few miles from Sequoia NP entrance. You can see Moro Mountain from the terrace and different birds. Absolutely recommendable!

Loved the location, which does indeed have great views, and the sound of the rushing river in the valley below was great. Also the birds and wildlife were lovely. Close to Sequoia National Park, which was very convenient. Not close to a market or shops though, but we came prepared for that. The kitchen was quite well equipped and we were able to make a decent meal there. (Otherwise there are a few decent dining options in Three Rivers if you are prepared to drive.) We appreciated the owner’s attention to detail overall in terms of amenities.

Stayed here 3 nights for a mini family reunion. Perfect location to get to sequoia national park and close to three rivers. Nice and quiet. Clean and had everything we needed. We loved grilling on the deck and enjoying the views. Would stay here again!

Beautiful views, well kept property, convenient location to park and restaurants. Grounds are lovely. I have just one small suggestion for the owner - a mat for the tub. Stepping on tile with wet feet could cause a fall. Otherwise everything was great.

Drive way could have better lighting. Coffee pot still had grains from previous user. Outlet where Internet and cable was connected lost power. I did not appreciate a note next to the a/c settings stating not to adjust air conditioner. Host requested they be notified when I arrived, but there was no internet service. Main bed room does not have sun blocking curtains. Cheap toilet paper in bathrooms. There were many dvd movies but no DVD player was found.

Wir waren leider nur einen Tag hier und können uns schwer von der Terrasse losreißen, jetzt nach dem alle Koffer in Fahrzeug. Das hier Objekt bietet aus praktisch allen Zimmern eine fantastische Aussicht, ist originell und charmant möbliert. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Einzig eine neue Kaffeemaschine, die mit Tabs funktioniert wäre vielleicht noch eine Option. Wir würden gerne bleiben!

Very efficient setup. Apartment was as described. As mentioned in the listing, cell coverage is spotty so make sure to save all the instructions and directions ahead of time. Can't beat the location to the Foothills entrance to Sequoia National Park!

The house is in great need of a deep cleaning. Paint peeling on the deck. Clothes left in the dryer. No kitchen towels for drying dishes. Dirty bath mat. We stayed only two of the four nights we paid for. Just not comfortable staying there.

Amazing location..driveway is extremely steep. There is no cell service, so be prepared. Home was stocked with necessities, except shampoo, conditioner and soap for shower. We experienced issue with losing power to part of home and internet… which was very inconvenient.
