The hotel and staff are very inviting. The lobby has a great ambiance to it. Everything is clean and our room had the best closet system I've ever seen in a hotel. There's a bar and restaurant in the hotel. Well be staying again!

Hotel was nice. Lobby was warm and clean. Room was clean. Service was ok. Both times at the pool they were out of towels. Called the front desk, took about 15 minutes to get towels on our 1st pool trip. 2nd trip to the pool, called the front desk twice for towels. Never came, walked back to our room on the 4th floor dripping wet.

This hotel has been remodeled since we were the 3 years ago. It is quite spacious, inside. There are special areas set up for sitting with friends and enjoying a cocktail. There is a cocktail and small bites counter. Very clean. Quiet. Pool facilities are lovely; there is a Peloton bike in the gym! This is the only hotel we will stay in in Twin Falls.

The lobby is beautiful, front desk staff and bartenders are very friendly and attentive. We didn’t op for breakfast ($15 charge) since we are moving to the area next month and wanted to scout out local restaurants but it looked like they had good options, and there was free coffee/water in the lobby. Beds comfy, rooms clean, but bathrooms could use some updating. The hottub could also use some attention as there was mildew/limescale something yucky on the tile and there was an awful light flickering in the pool/hot-tub area which shortened our time there. Overall great stay, good location, friendly staff and would stay again/recommend to a friend!

Staff was unhelpful and unpleasant. Was informed housekeeping is there one time of the day; we had to clean our own room and take out our own trash everyday. Cockroach found in the bathroom. Wifi signal strength was spotty. Jacuzzi was broken and when reported problem, staff had to be called out twice just to come check it out. Checked out early because we wanted to leave. Roll out bed was broken and uncomfortable. Restaurant states "food may be undercooked" on menu. Very disappointed as this is my family and I's first time staying at a Hilton and we paid over $1000 to stay for a whole week. We always thought Hilton was a good hotel until we actually stayed at one for the first time this month.. honestly very sad.

It was in a very convenient area for my travels. The rooms were very clean. What I liked very much were the dispensers in the bathroom of soap, shampoo/conditioner and lotion. The hairdryer worked great. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

All the staff was wonderful. Breakfast was really good and they had a nice variety of food. The room was ok the sink was cracked, the bed wasn't very comfortable, and the seat in the shower was coming off the wall.

The bedroom window shade and curtains did not close the lights from outside shown in the room Albright. Also the shower wasn’t good, the bathtub had safety bars but the bottom was very slippery. Had to lay towels down.

This property is 20-30 years old and so are the rooms. They gave me a handicap room for $250 per night when I didn't order one. The bed was old and lumpy. The breakfast was horrible - bacon was extra, they were out of eggs, sausage and potatoes (and I mean empty), checkout was ridiculous and I prepaid, etc. The lobby area has been remodeled. There were plenty of electrical outlets, spacious handicap bathroom, but old, old, old. It is NOT worth the money!

There is a walking path next to the property and goes to a beautiful canyon view with a waterfall and a restaurant with live music.

Having a restaurant in the hotel is an amenity that is not common for the price point of the facility. Food was great, staff was accommodating.

I understood or thought that breakfast was included with my room. Was booked wed. night thru fri. night, didn't have time to eat breakfast here on thursday or friday morning. Saturday morning had the time to eat breakfast only to see a sign stating buffet was $14, asked the desk person about it and was told that had to pay for breakfast. Is that right?

This is a nice clean hotel and is my choice when I'm staying in Twin Falls. My only criticism is the limited dining in the area and somewhat small bar in the hotel.

This property is 20-30 years old and so are the rooms. They gave me a handicap room for $250 per night when I didn't order one. The bed was old and lumpy. The breakfast was horrible - bacon was extra, they were out of eggs, sausage and potatoes (and I mean empty), checkout was ridiculous and I prepaid, etc. The lobby area has been remodeled. There were plenty of electrical outlets, spacious handicap bathroom, but old, old, old. It is NOT worth the money!

I just wish we were able to stay longer because this hotel is very nice. We were just passing through but appreciated that we could purchase a light dinner from the "store" when we arrived late in the evening too tired to find a place to eat.

Friendly staff. Room was clean but basic. Restaurant wasn’t available. Cook shortage. Understandable but would have been nice to know ahead of time.

The room was very clean, roomy and fit the bill. Price was fair. Hilton Gardens we have stayed at have all been very clean and well kept.

This Hotel is nice for a Hilton but Train YOUR Staff about the Breafast you charge Extra for (what a Joke!) Seriously $30 for a Waffle thatis standard food at all other Hotels I have stayed at across the USA. Come on Hilton do you really need to charge me extra for this attempt of a breakfast. I don't know the staff person working the breakfast shift approx (8:30am on June 15 2026) but inform her that if a guest paid full amount for a meal. They can have a Waffle and not have to ask for it as a EXTRA ugh Will be staying AWAY From this HOTEL! When you say check out is at 11am honor that and keep your housekeeprs away.
