If it was advertised that you had to walk up that hill (we called it cardiac Hill!) we probably would have booked elsewhere. Luckily we stayed for 4 nights then moved to a hotel without the hill trek. All in all good value for money we had a cosy pool room veiw which was a nice clean room and newer than the older looking rooms. Breakfast was the same every day and on the 2md day the coffee machine didn't taste right.... This was not rectified during our stay for some reason. Great swimming pools which our 10 year old liked.

Der var kun få liggestole og de fleste var ødelagte. Poolen var slidt og ikke indbydende. Poolbaren var lukket. Personalet var snot forvirrede og ikke særlig imødekommende. Vi havde booket 6 overnatninger til 5 mennesker inkl. morgenmad men kun 3 af os kunne få morgenmad. Vores store børn skulle der betales ekstra for. Hotellet var meget slidt og beskidt. Vi blev kun 2 nødvendige dage og så måtte vi booke os ind et andet sted. De 2 dage vi var der blev der ikke fjernet affald fra gangene. Der stod mad rester rundt omkring.

子ども２人づれ親子で宿泊。 パトンビーチの繁華街からは、少し離れているので、宿泊者（外国人）も多くなく、静かで、リゾート感があります。 施設は多少老朽化は感じますが、レストランで食事したり、プールで泳いだり、お部屋でゆっくりできます。ビーチとショッピングセンターに行くホテルのシャトルバスがあり、大変便利でした。タクシーやトゥクトゥクだと片道1000円位かかるとこを往復無料で利用できリピートしていました。 スタッフは、英語で会話できたら、色々教えてくれたり、楽しくおしゃべりできました。 ただ、目当てのキッズクラブはやっておらず、イベントも全くなかったのが残念でした。 総合的にお得なホテルです！

Hotellet er meget nyt og poolen trænger meget til at blive vedligeholdt det er slet ikke det som man ser på billederne meget skuffende . Fik de lavet deres ting og opdateret hotellet så det bare levet op til billederne havde jeg kommet igen men det tror jeg ikke de gør.

Die Unterkunft an sich war ganz ok. Allerdings war im Zimmer einiges verschimmelt. Abends waren Mäuse in der Decke und den Wänden die umhergesprungen sind. Das Bad war ziemlich verschimmelt. Der Decken Ventilator war ziemlich wacklig - gefühlt steht er kurz vorm Abflug. Das Fitnessstudio war eine absolute Katastrophe - ein absolutes Loch, alles dreckig, rund um die Klimaanlage an der Decke 3 qm schwarzer Schimmel. Der Pool war sehr sehr trüb, überall lagen gelöste Fliesen mit scharfen Kanten im Pool. Der Schuttle Service vom Hotel war irgendwie nie verfügbar, immer war’s zu früh oder zu spät. Die Lage ist eher supoptimal, es geht einen wirklich steilen Berg ca 200-300 Meter hoch. Alles in allem sieht die Anlage schön aus, aber sie wird nicht in Schuss gehalten. Schade.

確かに皆さんが書いてるように坂は急ですが、無料の送迎サービスもあるのでそこは便利です。 坂の一番下にはコンビニがあるので買い物も便利です。 周りは静かで鳥の鳴き声も聞こえてきてリゾート感、満載です。 バスルームもタイには珍しく？シャワールームが一段下がっているのでバスルーム全体がびしゃびしゃになりにくいです。 書き込みに掃除が汚いなど書いてる人いましたが、清潔に保ってくれました。 ドリンクバーも利用できて良かったです。 プールも綺麗でした。 セーフティボックスだけあれば言うこと無しです。

The staff are friendly & helpful. Rooms and reception area clean & welcoming. Free shuttle into town - it is up quite a steep hill. Pool & surrounding areas in need of some TLC, swim up bar is half empty of water, pool and water do not look clean, water in pool is cloudy. Cocktails are more like mocktails - the alcohol appears left out or v watered down.

Nice clean resort. a little out of the way but has shuttle service into town. would definitely stay there again. we had booked somewhere else but when arrived the place was a dump so we booked rooms at Baan Yuree

The property was mislead by showing the photos on the website looks nice but the room was outdated, bathroom was leaked and dirty, the room smell mole, we felt sicked after just one night there. We booked for 5 nights but we had to checked after one night because of sanitary and sickness after just one night there.

Har säkert varit ett jättefint hotell men nu verkar inte underhållet av byggnaden vara så bra. Luktar mögel i rummet, poolen är inte omhändertagen & personalen är väldigt ung & oengagerad

Hôtel qui vend du rêve sur photos et dans la description mais grosse déception je ne le recommande pas. Accueil qui a durée longtemps, chambre non propre (surtout salle de bain) même après les différents jours et le ménage, piscine verte qui a été nettoyée au bout de 3j Lumieres impossible à éteindre dans 1 chambre, intervention réalisée qu’après une nuit passée avec la lumière allumée alors que précisée dès le début Sinon bien placée car loin des bruits de Patong mais mauvaise insonorisation des chambres Petit dej correct

Terrible. When we arrived, the room was dirty, the TV didn't work and there were no hot water available. We left already after two nights even though there was no refund for a whole week booked. The whole place need a renovation. Pictures during booking are not up to date.

Nice hotel, check in fast. Drain problem in the bathroom and very bad smell. After we complain the housekeeping spraying the bathroom and later it flooded so the smell became worse, have to wear our slipper inside the bathroom. Came back later at night, water subside but the smell still there. Request to change room but it was full. B/fast ok and basic but have to go next door hotel as Baan Yuree cafe closed for renovation. Not advice for elderly or disable people as lots of steps to walk up and down. Simon Caberat and restaurants just down the road but down side is walking up the step hill from the main road to the hotel.

I rarely write reviews and normally just put in the rating I think is fitting and deserved. But this stay was horrible. The condition of the hotel was bad, cleaning was none existing. We received dirty towels, even one with a big hole down the middle. The hotel also charged us 1200 BAHT because I had a cut on my elbow from some rocks that had bled a little on the sheet during the night. They claimed it was unwashable. Un top of this they followed me 3 people to the lobby, when they saw this and exposed it to all the other hotel guests. From all the pictures in general online, the hotel looks nothing like this. The rooms are in poor condition. We also didn't have any cold water for a few days in the shower. It was only burning hot. Overall this was just very disappointing. We will not return to this hotel again.

The tv would either not turn on or would turn its self off after one minute as it would not stay on. There was no Hot Water in the evening or in the morning which was frustrating as I was getting ready for a 13 hour flight. The WiFi would not connect to my phone. The Wind makes the windows rattle and shake which makes a lot of noise which was keeping me awake. The bed was on wheels and kept sliding away from the wall and the pillows would fall down the back. Only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the reception is nicely decorated and it has friendly staff.

I was not impressed with being put in an upstairs room when I had booked a pool access room. The reason I was given was I was a long term stay and it was convenient for them that I was in the last room away from reception. I have a disability and have trouble with climbing up and down stairs, it made my access difficult.

Terrible. When we arrived, the room was dirty, the TV didn't work and there were no hot water available. We left already after two nights even though there was no refund for a whole week booked. The whole place need a renovation. Pictures during booking are not up to date.

Det er som at bo midt i junglen. Massere af dyr og flot natur, og tilmed kun et stenkast fra indkøb og ret så billig taxa som afhenter direkte foran hotellet. Jeg vil kun anbefale dette da det har god værdi til prisen. Alle hotellets ansatte er vidunderlige indenfor service og det at lære en at kende. Til sidst var kaffen allerede serveret på min "faste plads" 13 minutter over 2. Fantastisk ud over alt forventning.

チェックインしたら部屋の冷蔵庫が壊れたままで水がこぼれて床がべたべたでした。修理とお掃除をお願いしましたが、観光を終えて部屋に戻ってきたら修理も掃除もされてなく。。。次の日になって直してももらいました。 坂の上にありますのでとても静かで、周りにショーやナイトマーケット、レストランやマッサージなどありアクセスはとても便利でした。

Der var kun få liggestole og de fleste var ødelagte. Poolen var slidt og ikke indbydende. Poolbaren var lukket. Personalet var snot forvirrede og ikke særlig imødekommende. Vi havde booket 6 overnatninger til 5 mennesker inkl. morgenmad men kun 3 af os kunne få morgenmad. Vores store børn skulle der betales ekstra for. Hotellet var meget slidt og beskidt. Vi blev kun 2 nødvendige dage og så måtte vi booke os ind et andet sted. De 2 dage vi var der blev der ikke fjernet affald fra gangene. Der stod mad rester rundt omkring.

Es war ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig. Allerdings sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants nur sehr umständlich zu erreichen. Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Poolanlage in einem schönen Garten. Im Bezug auf die Zimmer kann Ich nur von meinen ausgehen. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und relativ groß, aber doch schon etwas verwohnt. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The staff were nice. The room was okay until you went to the bathroom and it smelt mouldy. We booked a ground floor but got one upstairs. The buffet breakfast wasn’t much at all and the location is not very good and the hill you have to climb to get to the hotel is really bad

If you are up for being creeped on then this is your place, dont bring your family its for groups of guys running a muck , unpleasant, couldnt sunbake without being stared at. Theres also the giant hill you will either want to conquier on some fitness challenge or it will break u.. the steepness is wild... u have to walk up to get to the hotel... not safe at night, its pretty much next to a hard rubbish tip area & jungle. As for room service, there is none. Byo toilet paper they dont want to give it out daily... the buffet was 2/10 omlette nice only egg option 220 baht but better off walking down the hill and getting a nice breakky for 120 baht, coffee fresh baked toast and omlette... shower was crap, hanging shower head, asian tv only and over run by single males who are obviously there for one thing. Toiletries poor, overall a poor choice, not a resort... id say it could be your last resort and ok.. lol

Nice hotel, check in fast. Drain problem in the bathroom and very bad smell. After we complain the housekeeping spraying the bathroom and later it flooded so the smell became worse, have to wear our slipper inside the bathroom. Came back later at night, water subside but the smell still there. Request to change room but it was full. B/fast ok and basic but have to go next door hotel as Baan Yuree cafe closed for renovation. Not advice for elderly or disable people as lots of steps to walk up and down. Simon Caberat and restaurants just down the road but down side is walking up the step hill from the main road to the hotel.

Sødt og flink personale - intet at udsætte! De var tydeligvis underlagt meget klare restriktioner, men der er jo ikke deres skyld. Super dejlig balkon! Fint værelse, omend lettere bedaget. Pictures online are definitely old. Quite run down. Not a bad location as in distance to town but up a huge hill which is difficult to walk and will cost more to get a taxi or took took up. Room wasn’t great with not much of a view. Mattress was hard. Staff were lovely and changed to a different room with no bother or charge. New room was lovely and much more updated. Comfy bed but kept slipping between the two beds pushed together. No lift and had to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to room. Nice pool but chemically out of whack with the colour changing from Clear and blue to green over the course of the week. Overall was a bit disappointed with higher and different expectations but was clean enough and staff were lovely and welcoming. Could not fault the service.
Pictures online are definitely old. Quite run down. Not a bad location as in distance to town but up a huge hill which is difficult to walk and will cost more to get a taxi or took took up.
