Breakfast was acceptable. When we arrived the pool was so cold neither the wife and I would in past our knees. The hot tub was almost burning our skin. The next morning the pool temperature felt great, and hot tub was bearable. I asked them to recaibrate there equipment. Overall, a very nice location. Room was almost fully equiped! Only thing missing was a kettle to boil water.

Ein schönes ruhiges Hotel… das Zimmer mit Seeblick war toll und die Betten super. Großes Highlight der Pool und die Outdoorküche mit Grill zur Selbstnutzung. Die Laundry war für uns auf der Durchreise sehr praktisch. Einziger Makel: das Einweggeschirr beim Frühstück.

Property is excellent. Views are great and location is good. Only downside is there is no on-site restaurant or bar. The gym equipment is sparse. But overall facility is nice.

Lovely resort. Had a 2 bedroom suite and it had every convenience . The pool was great but the hot tub was out of commission. Very nice breakfast in the morning. Lovely boardwalk around the lake which takes you to a steakhouse restaurant and also Boston Pizza. We were a 20 minute drive to Santa’s Village, which we were doing. All in all I would definitely stay here again.

Bed was too soft and u shaped from use. Single ply toilet paper at $500 a night? The “free” breakfast is inedible. They should not offer it and reduce the room rate. The gym is also weak. A bench and some free weights. Overall this is a very very basic hotel at a high price point because it is in Muskoka. But the value quotient is very low.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was lovely. However. What I will say is I was disappointed with the amount of stuff that wasn't working/available. The pool was closed, which I understand can happen. But the tv in our room was unplugged and both tv remotes batteries were dying. We also went downstairs for breakfast and there was quite literally nowhere to sit, didn't complain and went to eat in our room thinking I could make coffee there. The coffee maker was broken and wouldn't turn on? Then the elevator broke as we needed to leave, walking down 5 flights of stairs with luggage is a task. It seems given the price point and how beautiful it was - more things were broken than not? I was truly disappointed.

Front desk staff very helpful and great breakfast Surprised that they do not service rooms everyday only ever second which for the price they charge is not really acceptable and certainly not made clear when you book property. Rooms have excellent facilities but no bar or dining room at property. Nice location, pool adequate but spa tub not available at moment.

Everything was great during our stay — the only complaint we had was that the bathroom wasn’t very clean (there was hair on the floor and the toilet hadn’t been cleaned), and there was no body wash provided. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience overall!

Two bed unit with kitchen is good as we travelled with another couple with an infant. Marriott hotels used to have complimentary coffee in the lobby. Not anymore and closest coffee shop (Tim’s or McD) is a 2k drive. Carpets in the elevator were filthy. Steam cleaning required.

The location and view is terrific however the kitchen has two burners that do not accommodate cooking in two pots at the same time, the grout and overall bathroom was rundown and not very clean.

There were cleanliness issues upon check in. Staff addressed immediately and offered a room change or additional cleaning. It was a long weekend so I imagine prices were inflated but felt value for price was not good. Overall nice 3 star hotel.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The grounds had a lovely charm—especially the courtyard, which we really enjoyed. That said, the hotel would benefit from some upgrades: the carpet felt dated, and the bathrooms could use a modern touch. Unfortunately, our balcony was neglected, with weeds, dirt, and a discarded cigarette butt, making it impossible to enjoy the outdoor space. The Muskoka chairs on the balcony were peeling and could really use a fresh coat of paint to restore their appeal. For the premium price point, the experience didn’t measure up.

The hotel was once an annual family favourite, but was overpriced, unclean (carpets, rooms, showers), rooms are dated, several areas where the roof was leaking, mattresses are old, and pull out couch mattress was terrible, unclean, and very old.

Me gustó mucho la propiedad, el area es muy tranquila y queda frente al lago, lo que le da un ambiente de mucha paz. Mi única queja sería el tema de la limpieza, en el baño encontré un vello ajeno y en el sofa cama una media usada y enrollada dentro del colchon.

An overall nice stay but our room’s air conditioning compressor? was so loud. There was a low but loud hum that kept turning on periodically that kept waking me up at night. If I were staying more than one night I definitely would have asked to change rooms. Rooms were good for families as they are large and compartmentalized, and the adjacent short trail was very nice.

I’m satisfied, however it’s still complicated to enter Wi-Fi. I don’t have any problem to enter Wi-Fi wherever I go, but it’s too many rules and too many questions is the hotel says that include Wi-Fi just offer without complication and without thousand questionnaires..

Big room as is expected of the residence inn hotels. Comfortable bed. Good kitchenette with mostly everything one would need. Breakfast is only till 9:30 am so if you arrive late and wake up late the next morning, it’s gone. Ordinary to below average breakfast options though for the price one pays. There is a super large air conditioner unit outside the building which is extremely noisy. So one can’t sit in the balconies enjoying the view. Ofcourse they have strong window glasses which block most of the noise inside.

Breakfast is only till 9:30 am so if you arrive late and wake up late the next morning, it’s gone. Ordinary to below average breakfast options though for the price one pays. The area around this hotel is stunning, unfortunately our experience in the hotel was disappointing. If you are assigned room 217, opt for a change of rooms. One of the bedrooms shares a wall with the hotel generator which runs all night. It is exceptionally loud and vibrates the room making it impossible to sleep. The hotel offered us no other viable option nor did they discount us for not being able to sleep in the room. The "view" from the balcony is the lobby roof, which was also disappointing.

I stayed at this resort on March 29 and was impressed by the lady at the front desk. She was super nice, professional, and provided excellent service. I’ve been to many hotels in the area, as well as several Marriott properties in different locations, but her hospitality stood out. Unfortunately, there was a city-wide power outage during my stay. However, the resort and staff handled the situation wonderfully. Despite the inconvenience, they remained friendly and accommodating, making the experience much better.

I stayed at this resort on March 29 and was impressed by the lady at the front desk. She was super nice, professional, and provided excellent service. The location was excellent. Walking trail at the door and boardwalk to restaurants. Staff at check-in very friendly. Shared that it was my birthday and was given a pass for a cruise and was sent a piece of birthday cake later in the evening! Definitely recommend this property.

Did not like the fact i used Expedia to reserve, they instructed the hotel to provide a non view room, small room and viewless. Did not like the fact i used Expedia to reserve, they instructed the hotel to provide a non view room, small room and viewless. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating in selecting the room with the best view upon check in. The hotel has a great lakeside location with a walkable boardwalk linking restaurants, shopping and steamships. Also adjacent to 2 forested walking trails The amenities are wonderful and include a fire table and BBQ's.

We stay at this hotel for every year for two weeks in August, this must be, at a minimum, our 7th time. Since Covid I note that service is less than it was before. We were supposed to have the room refreshed every other day, we had 4 situations where we should have had a refresh but nothing was done. We called down and the response was apologetic but this happened 4 times!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here, it was very convenient to shops on the boardwalk, great view, close parking, nice amenities especially the firepit. But nothing tops the amazing staff; very very friendly especially the evening operations lady on Wed and Thursday evenings and the kitchen staff for the complimentary breakfast. NIKKI was such a pleasure to talk too and was so so kind to my 4 year old son that took a real liking to her instantly because of her friendly face and was so nice to take the time to entertain a conversation with him every morning while providing such a great breakfast. We can’t wait to be back, this is definitely my families go to place now when we need to get away from the city. Thank you

Front desk staff very helpful and great breakfast Surprised that they do not service rooms everyday only ever second which for the price they charge is not really acceptable and certainly not made clear when you book property. Rooms have excellent facilities but no bar or dining room at property. Nice location, pool adequate but spa tub not available at moment.

We were there on the Triathlon weekend June 7/8 and the hotel opened their breakfast buffet at 5:30AM to accomodate the athletes and spectators. This really made a difference. And the hotel is within 5 minutes of the Triathlon event.

The area around this hotel is stunning, unfortunately our experience in the hotel was disappointing. If you are assigned room 217, opt for a change of rooms. One of the bedrooms shares a wall with the hotel generator which runs all night. It is exceptionally loud and vibrates the room making it impossible to sleep. The hotel offered us no other viable option nor did they discount us for not being able to sleep in the room. The "view" from the balcony is the lobby roof, which was also disappointing.

Overall a nice place to stay if you are looking for quiet. It’s out of the way from everyday. Has a nearby trail and water in walking distance. However very limited food options near by. Breakfast is a nice touch; tasty and great value. Plenty of parking which is free.

Bed was too soft and u shaped from use. Single ply toilet paper at $500 a night? The “free” breakfast is inedible. They should not offer it and reduce the room rate. The gym is also weak. A bench and some free weights. Overall this is a very very basic hotel at a high price point because it is in Muskoka. But the value quotient is very low.

Our stay was comfortable and relaxing! We were able to get early check in which was great. Our room was spacious and clean. Only negative was the breakfast- it was very busy and many of the items took quite Some time to be replenished.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights for a little getaway. It was lovely. Our only regret was not using all the amenities, like the indoor pool, which looked very inviting. Breakfast was appreciated. A great way to start the day.

This was our second stay. Great location at Gravenhurst's Muskoka Wharf (itself worth visiting) with water views on two sides. Very comfortable, functional and attractive room. Superior complimentary breakfast (far from just a continental breakfast!), one of the best we've encountered, and a choice of spaces (indoor or out) to enjoy it in. Nice pool and hot tub.

Good facilities in the room, which made it easy to prepare some of our own meals. The breakfast was slightly disappointing, with limited hot options, although there was a good selection of other items available.We stayed in rooms 205 and 405, and unfortunately the air conditioning units outside were very loud, making the balconies less enjoyable to sit on and relax. The pool area was also a little untidy during our stay. On the positive side, the hotel's location provided an excellent base for exploring the Muskoka region. Muskoka is a beautiful area with plenty to see and do, and although we only had a short stay, we managed to fill our days with some fantastic adventures.
