Avista Resort 1025-1BR/1BA Oceanfront Condo in Ocean Drive

My stay was great. The Resort itself was very clean, you always saw staff cleaning and up keeping things daily and was very friendly as well.

The view was beautiful. Clean condo. Living room was comfortable. Bathroom has no storage very basic. Shower/tub was ok. No hairdryer and no hangers in the closet.

The view is awesome. The mattresses need to be replaced

Check in , simple , courteous, / location of property and room Very very nice / pictures of room on Internet wasn’t misleading. It was obviously dated condo. However, my biggest issue with all of it was room was filthy, the carpets weren’t swept . There was bags of half eaten munchies left. The dishes had food from previous use, stuck to them in the covered the list goes I get everything isn’t going to be spotless it’s a rental but it was just filthy, we went and bought cleaning supplies and scrub the place down, I emailed the realtor their reply was next time call them they will send a cleaning crew 👿 , I left the place spotless for next renters I’m sure they will appreciate not spending there first day cleaning
