Excellent séjour au Riad bien situé pour les visites des principaux sites. Très bon accueil de Khamissa la gérante qui prend le temps de donner des explications pour notre sejour. Tout le personnel est à la fois discret et prevenant . Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. La chambre pour 3 est assez grande et joliment décorée. Le gros plus, des espaces extérieurs bien aménagés et un double roof-top .

Riad Pachavana was an amazing riad to stay in. The rooms were well appointed, and the common areas were very clean and comfortable. The pool was a nice way to cool down after a long day, and I also enjoyed the rooftop, where I had a great view of Marrakech. The staff was exceptional, particularly Moussa, who went out of his way to make me feel welcomed every time I came in. At the end of a long day of sightseeing, Moussa made sure everything went well, and offered advice about what to see and do for the following day. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this riad, and Moussa.

Excellent séjour au Riad Pachavana. Accueil très chaleureux de toute l'équipe, avec une mention spéciale pour Rhamissa, la responsable d'équipe, beaucoup de conseils pour se promener dans Marrakech. Très joli Riad, confortable et très bien entretenu, personnel très attentionné et très efficace, sans cesse préoccupé de notre bien-être et de notre confort. Les soins prodigués (massages) excellents et à tarif très abordable pour un Français. Si nous revenons à Marrakech, c'est de toute évidence dans ce riad que nous séjournerons. Bravo à tous !

Riaden var toppen , jätte mysiga ställen att njuta på. Härligt avsvalkande pool. Och fantstisk takterras att njuta av ett glas vin på kvällarna. Personalen var mycket trevlig, speciellt Yousef o Ascharan . Bra och god mat till samms priser som i Sverige. Vi bodde på Raden 7 nätter och var mycket nöjda.

Riad Pachavana was a good distance from the airport, costing about 80D day or 120D night. Taxi will drop you at road derb lamsaubr, then its 2 minute walk down that alley and riad is on the right. Feels safe in that area at night. We had junior room on first floor and it was quite and clean. They have aircon for heat as March morning and evening are cool. We loved the big bath, as my daughter could splash in it. The outdoor pool is not heated, so no one used it. Breakfast had limited vegetarian options-bread, cheese, fruit salad, olives. sim card shop round the corner on rue gza, going right there was Good vibes coffee shop for plant based hot drinks, going further 8 mins was veg friendly resturants- Broc the Kasbah and opp is simple resturant which we loved and further 5 mins is Kui-zin buffet with veg options. Secret garden and bacha museum were 12 min walk but jemaa alfnaa is 20-25mins. Marjorelle gardens is a must see and is walkable 15mins (book few days ahead). We liked our location if you like walking and it was child friendly.

Nous avons eu la suite Améthyste, elle est spacieuse, bien aménagée, la salle d'eau est grande et fonctionnelle, la literie très bien. Le personnel est très gentil, parle bien le français. Le riad est calme et très bien aménagé et entretenu. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux, le repas du soir également. Nous avons fait hammam, gommage et massage c'était top!

We had such a fantastic time at Riad Pachvana. The staff was phenomenal and the rooms and decor were absolutely stunning. We had full body scrubs in a heated marble room followed by massages, both were unique experiences and rivaled the best body treatments I’ve ever received. The food was incredibly delicious and prepared with great care. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Bonjour à Tous ! Le Pachavana est un joli RIAD sur la partie nord de la médina (Idéal pour visiter le jardin de Majorelle). Un 360° sur la terrasse haute... c'est vraiment un plus ! Nous avons été surclassé... Merci à vous. Le personnel est agréable et très à l'écoute... Petite mention pour Achraff. Avec du recul, le repas léger réservé le soir de notre arrivée était un peu cher à mon avis, soit 30€ alors qu'à l'extérieur, par la suite, nous avons mangé la même chose pour 15€ (le maxi et voir même un peu plus copieux). 20€ aurait été très bien (à voir) ! La place Jemaa el fna est accessible par le biais de rues animées avec des visites à faire sur le long du parcours. Il ne faudrait pas grand chose pour qu'il soit encore mieux noté. Marco

En dejlig riad beliggende i yderkanten af medinaen. Store rummelige værelser og venligt personale. “Pool’en” er meget lille og uopvarmet, men kan fungere til en hurtig afkøling i varmen. Vi nød vores fire dage. Men der var et par ‘hick-ups’. Der var desværre konstant byggeri i gang i løbet af dagen, så svært at tage sig en lur midt på dagen. Og så kan jeg ikke anbefale at købe ekskursioner gennem hotellet, priserne er dyrere og alt skal af uforståelige grunde betales kontant, hvilket betyder, at der skal betales gebyr i forbindelse med hævninger. Men alt i alt ok sted til prisen.

Je commence tout d'abord pour vous dire que le personnel est au top très aimable et gentille KAMISSA ET ABDELRAHIM. J'ai pas aimé la salle de bain l'eau stagne dans le receveur

It’s lovely riad and we enjoyed our stay very much thanks to Kameesa and her team. The room is very clean the breakfast was sufficient and the location was walkable. The hotel is located at the edge of the old Medina so it wasn’t far to walk to Jamaa al fina and was easy to get a taxi to hit the city center.

Ashraf and Khamisa took such great care of us. The property is ideally located so we were able to walk to most landmarks. The riad went above and beyond when helping us to arrange excursions and reservations, and even helped us to haggle with a taxi driver! They were always helpful and trying to make our stay and trips around the city as easy and comfortable as possible. At one point my shower head fell off the wall and it was fixed instantly. Because of the hospitality we received we had a truly memorable time in marrakesh. The riad is home to a few rooms but not too many so we got to know the other guests which made the experience more pleasant and intimate. Highly rate this riad.

The place was beautiful and in a really good spot. Bit hard to find in the beginning. The swimming pool was a paradise while it was boling outside. Room cosy and clean. The biggest part of this stay was the exceptional service of Mussa. He went beyo d the extra mile to a comodate our needs and very friendly. He is rhe diamond of this place. The only downside is the lack of fridge in the rooms esp when is 36 degrees and you want to keep cool your water and staff.

My stay at Riad Pachavana was fantastic. The Riad is beautiful, both the rooms and the common spaces. The service was fantastic (thank you Yousef). The location is very good for getting a taxi drop off. It’s in a quiet location but still close to the bustling souks. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Riad Pachavana was a mini paradise in the exotic northern Medina. The setting was spectacular, the room was spacious and atmospheric, while the staff could not have been more helpful. It’s a gem of a place.

Riad Pachavana was an amazing riad to stay in. The rooms were well appointed, and the common areas were very clean and comfortable. The pool was a nice way to cool down after a long day, and I also enjoyed the rooftop, where I had a great view of Marrakech. The staff was exceptional, particularly Moussa, who went out of his way to make me feel welcomed every time I came in. At the end of a long day of sightseeing, Moussa made sure everything went well, and offered advice about what to see and do for the following day. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this riad, and Moussa.

Riad Pachavana was a good distance from the airport, costing about 80D day or 120D night. Taxi will drop you at road derb lamsaubr, then its 2 minute walk down that alley and riad is on the right. Feels safe in that area at night. We had junior room on first floor and it was quite and clean. They have aircon for heat as March morning and evening are cool. We loved the big bath, as my daughter could splash in it. The outdoor pool is not heated, so no one used it. Breakfast had limited vegetarian options-bread, cheese, fruit salad, olives. sim card shop round the corner on rue gza, going right there was Good vibes coffee shop for plant based hot drinks, going further 8 mins was veg friendly resturants- Broc the Kasbah and opp is simple resturant which we loved and further 5 mins is Kui-zin buffet with veg options. Secret garden and bacha museum were 12 min walk but jemaa alfnaa is 20-25mins. Marjorelle gardens is a must see and is walkable 15mins (book few days ahead). We liked our location if you like walking and it was child friendly.

Le riad est proche des activités dans la médina, 15min du souk a pied et 15min du jardin Majorelle. Nous avons eu la suite Améthyste, elle est spacieuse, bien aménagée, la salle d'eau est grande et fonctionnelle, la literie très bien. Le personnel est très gentil, parle bien le français. Le riad est calme et très bien aménagé et entretenu. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux, le repas du soir également. Nous avons fait hammam, gommage et massage c'était top!

We had such a fantastic time at Riad Pachvana. The staff was phenomenal and the rooms and decor were absolutely stunning. We had full body scrubs in a heated marble room followed by massages, both were unique experiences and rivaled the best body treatments I’ve ever received. The food was incredibly delicious and prepared with great care. I wish we could have stayed longer!

This Riad is beautiful and the staff extremely friendly. They are honest and well versed as far as the type of activities you want to do in Marrakesh. The AC could be set a bit lower but at 115F outside I understand it can be hard and expensive to cool the space down.

Excellent séjour au Riad bien situé pour les visites des principaux sites. Très bon accueil de Khamissa la gérante qui prend le temps de donner des explications pour notre sejour. Tout le personnel est à la fois discret et prevenant . Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. La chambre pour 3 est assez grande et joliment décorée. Le gros plus, des espaces extérieurs bien aménagés et un double roof-top .

Great Hospitality! Riad arranged airport pick up(a must), because within the Medina a car can’t get everywhere but someone met us to walk us right to the front entrance. Easy. Khamissa and staff were wonderful ! Great suggestions for rooftop dinners, 2 amazing meals.. breakfast included was a great assortment of choices(omelette made to order)served on the rooftop deck.

Un grand merci et bravo à toute l'équipe qui contribue grandement au bien-être des clients avec une mention spéciale pour Achraf et Youssef pour leur disponibilité et l'accueil chaleureux dont ils ont fait preuve. Le petit déjeuner est bon et très généreux. La localisation est parfaite, tout se fait à pied tres facilement. A refaire sans hésitation. Merci

The manager (owner?) of the property really takes charge of every element, from waiting to escort us to the hotel from our arranged car service, to providing us a detailed orientation including recommendations for dining and activities, to following up on general affairs of the hotel. All the staff were super accommodating and friendly, would recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakech.

The entire staff at this beautiful riad was wonderful. Each went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We appreciated the assistance with airport transportation and other aspects of our visit. The food was excellent! Highly recommend!

Family trip to Marrakech. The location was nice, it's an 3 min walk off a busy street but on the quieter side of the Medina. A 15-20 min walk from the main square in one direction and a 15-20 min walk to the new town and Majorelle Gardens in the other. The hosts were great, they arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport and then met us in the Medina to walk us to the Riad which I'd highly recommend. We had dinner the first night at the Riad, a good chicken tagine. After a long day of travel it was nice to not have to leave to eat. We spent 4 nights so Breakfast everyday could have used some variety as it was repetitive.

Bonjour à Tous ! Le Pachavana est un joli RIAD sur la partie nord de la médina (Idéal pour visiter le jardin de Majorelle). Un 360° sur la terrasse haute... c'est vraiment un plus ! Nous avons été surclassé... Merci à vous. Le personnel est agréable et très à l'écoute... Petite mention pour Achraff. Avec du recul, le repas léger réservé le soir de notre arrivée était un peu cher à mon avis, soit 30€ alors qu'à l'extérieur, par la suite, nous avons mangé la même chose pour 15€ (le maxi et voir même un peu plus copieux). 20€ aurait été très bien (à voir) ! La place Jemaa el fna est accessible par le biais de rues animées avec des visites à faire sur le long du parcours. Il ne faudrait pas grand chose pour qu'il soit encore mieux noté. Marco

Excellent and friendly staff. Very attentive and always a smile. As soon as you close the entrance door it was relaxing and tranquil in contrast to the busyness outside Located a 15 minute short walk from the Medina which was ideal - lots of roof terrace restaurants to choose from on the way.

Excellent séjour au Riad bien situé pour les visites des principaux sites. Très bon accueil de Khamissa la gérante qui prend le temps de donner des explications pour notre sejour. Tout le personnel est à la fois discret et prevenant . Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. La chambre pour 3 est assez grande et joliment décorée. Le gros plus, des espaces extérieurs bien aménagés et un double roof-top .

Riad Pachavana was a good distance from the airport, costing about 80D day or 120D night. Taxi will drop you at road derb lamsaubr, then its 2 minute walk down that alley and riad is on the right. Feels safe in that area at night. We had junior room on first floor and it was quite and clean. They have aircon for heat as March morning and evening are cool. We loved the big bath, as my daughter could splash in it. The outdoor pool is not heated, so no one used it. Breakfast had limited vegetarian options-bread, cheese, fruit salad, olives. sim card shop round the corner on rue gza, going right there was Good vibes coffee shop for plant based hot drinks, going further 8 mins was veg friendly resturants- Broc the Kasbah and opp is simple resturant which we loved and further 5 mins is Kui-zin buffet with veg options. Secret garden and bacha museum were 12 min walk but jemaa alfnaa is 20-25mins. Marjorelle gardens is a must see and is walkable 15mins (book few days ahead). We liked our location if you like walking and it was child friendly.

Le riad est proche des activités dans la médina, 15min du souk a pied et 15min du jardin Majorelle. Nous avons eu la suite Améthyste, elle est spacieuse, bien aménagée, la salle d'eau est grande et fonctionnelle, la literie très bien. Le personnel est très gentil, parle bien le français. Le riad est calme et très bien aménagé et entretenu. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux, le repas du soir également. Nous avons fait hammam, gommage et massage c'était top!

Family trip to Marrakech. The location was nice, it's an 3 min walk off a busy street but on the quieter side of the Medina. A 15-20 min walk from the main square in one direction and a 15-20 min walk to the new town and Majorelle Gardens in the other. The hosts were great, they arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport and then met us in the Medina to walk us to the Riad which I'd highly recommend. We had dinner the first night at the Riad, a good chicken tagine. After a long day of travel it was nice to not have to leave to eat. We spent 4 nights so Breakfast everyday could have used some variety as it was repetitive.

Great Hospitality! Riad arranged airport pick up(a must), because within the Medina a car can’t get everywhere but someone met us to walk us right to the front entrance. Easy. Khamissa and staff were wonderful ! Great suggestions for rooftop dinners, 2 amazing meals.. breakfast included was a great assortment of choices(omelette made to order)served on the rooftop deck.

La proximité des commerces et du centre de Marrakech. Le personnel est tres serviable et à l'écoute. Les chambres spacieuses. Très bon diner mais tarif un peu cher par rapport à la pratique locale.

Loved this Riad. Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Happy to let us have a later checkout. Lovely rooms, very quirky! Nice breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

We had such a fantastic time at Riad Pachvana. The staff was phenomenal and the rooms and decor were absolutely stunning. We had full body scrubs in a heated marble room followed by massages, both were unique experiences and rivaled the best body treatments I’ve ever received. The food was incredibly delicious and prepared with great care. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The entire staff at this beautiful riad was wonderful. Each went out of his way to make us feel welcome. We appreciated the assistance with airport transportation and other aspects of our visit. The food was excellent! Highly recommend!

Bonjour à Tous ! Le Pachavana est un joli RIAD sur la partie nord de la médina (Idéal pour visiter le jardin de Majorelle). Un 360° sur la terrasse haute... c'est vraiment un plus ! Nous avons été surclassé... Merci à vous. Le personnel est agréable et très à l'écoute... Petite mention pour Achraff. Great value riad with a lovely bedroom and staff. Really enjoyed our stay. Not luxurious but quirky fun and comfortable. About 15 min walk to the square. Breakfast was good but would benefit from some fruit and maybe slightly better coffee but l did the job. Lovely staff always happy to help and friendly.

We had a really pleasant stay overall and would happily recommend this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful throughout our visit. They kindly arranged our taxi to and from the airport, which made everything much smoother, and even came to collect us from the taxi drop-off point on arrival — a thoughtful touch that was much appreciated. The hotel itself is in a lovely location, nicely set back from the busy streets, which made it feel calm and relaxing while still being conveniently located. Our only minor criticism was that we were in a ground floor room, which could be a bit noisy at times. Guests occasionally sat out on the patio, and we could hear the hotel doorbell in the early morning. That said, we didn’t spend a huge amount of time in the room, so it didn’t impact our stay too much — but it’s something worth noting for light sleepers. Overall, a great experience with warm hospitality and a peaceful setting.

Amazing Riad in the heart of Marrakesh. It’s in a great location, within walking distance of all the Souks and the main square, and pretty much everything you would need during your stay is close by. The staff at the Riad really made this experience 10/10, making us feel like home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was simple but had everything you need and the outdoor seating area is great. I would easily stay here again.
