I have stayed at many Motel 6s, this is the best so far. Well lit parking lot, clean entrance, hallways clean, room clean. Only thing lacking was the towel quality.

Overall the public spaces were clean. The hallway leading to our ground floor room had a dirty broom head & dirt laying outside a room. Our TV & phone didnt work without staff help. There were no tissues at all available from housekeeping. The phone & tv remote were reallly grimey & there were cobwebs along ceiling. Tub & sink were ok. But there was unpleasant grime on the tile behind the bathroom door. We just needed a one night stay to sleep & move on. Beds were clean. Cost of one night stay was very low. You get what you pay for.

Room was dirty, tub was full of water upon arrival. We were moved to another room where the toilet was broken and constantly running. We pulled the lid off the back of the toilet to "fix the chain" and the entire back of the toilet(on the drywall) was covered in black mold. No one was on site to make any repairs, it was middle of the day. We recieved a refund and went somehwere else. Oh and the furniture was shredded in both rooms.

The motel was extremely clean! Staff is very helpful, too. Mostly well taken care of motel. But...the bed was well past it's prime. Extremely uncomfortable! I felt like I slept on a billiard table. Breakfast? The guy said they only serve coffee & tea; I went through the lobby at 0600, NOTHING! Don't expect to eat at Burger King, not open.

My review might seem contradictory but— we stayed here for one night after a long day of driving. The room was clean and spacious. The staff member who checked us in was super helpful and recommended the Mexican restaurant in the hotel for our supper. It was amazing. But… we did find two baby roaches in our bathroom. There are worse critters to find so we were fine, but it was a bit of a jump scare and unfortunately negatively impacts the otherwise great stay.

Beds were as hard as sleeping on the floor. Staff refused to tell other guests to be quiet when they were banging on walls and making noise all night despite several calls to the front desk. Toilet didn't flush properly. Overall disappointing won't be staying again.

The room was nice. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The chair in the room was horrible. Ripped and peeling. Other reviews had said the same thing. The maids/cleaning people did not touch our room on our fourth day after the third night. No clean linens were given. We had to go to the front desk and ask for them. Trash was not emptied on this day.

Good size room, large counter in the bathroom, air unit worked well, microwave and refrigerator. Drawbacks-no shampoo/condtioner, no coffee maker, mold in the bathroom, beds were springy and too hard.

I’ve seen older properties that were kept in better condition… in my room I had towel rack pulled off the wall, chairs patched with duct tape, the sheets felt wet, no shampoo or conditioner… this place is greatly in need of an overhaul … yucky… I occasionally try to give Motel 6 a chance … but I can’t stand this!

This is a nice Motel 6, but the staff here is not very polite. This is my second time to stay here, and both times check-in staff at the front desk were curt and very unfriendly. Also, as always with Motel 6, bring your own shampoo.

Room had no hot water. I tried multiple times in the evening and morning. I told the front desk but they didn’t seem concerned that it was an issue. The rest of the stay was fine, but paying for a bed and hot shower only to get an ice cold shower is enough to skew a review

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The first room that I was given, already had a guest sleeping in it. That was quite a surprise! When I was assigned a different room, I had trouble sleeping. Wondering if the same thing might happen to me.

When we walked in we were greeted by awesome Forrest at the front desk. So professional and friendly. A young man of integrity. The foyer and entrance was Spotless. Our room was so clean and smelled so good. We rated for 2 days and nights. And wow the price. Will definitely be back. P S the entire staff was awesome.

Pet friendly! Room was comfortable and they accommodated us on short notice for an early check in. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and made us feel very welcomed upon arrival. The motel is surrounded by places to eat and I noticed you can order room service. If you are going to see the Ark Encounter and don't mind a little drive or you're just in the area I highly recommend this motel.

Pet friendly! Room was comfortable and they accommodated us on short notice for an early check in. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and made us feel very welcomed upon arrival. The motel is surrounded by places to eat and I noticed you can order room service. We were out to visit the Ark Encounter and Creations Museums, so this property was very conveniently located halfway between each very desirable. Unfortunately, it is also located right next to a busy truck stop and train tracks as well. And even better, the section of track is where they blow the whistle every time they pass by…throughout all hours of the night. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Mattresses were pretty beat up and uncomfortable. One of the bathroom towel racks was detached from the wall on one side and drooping. There were no facial tissues in the bathroom, but when I asked the friendly gentleman at the counter, he couldn’t find any in the supplies either. Also, they did not provide shampoo and conditioner, just the small bars of hand soap. The lobby did smell nice as well as the whole property being relatively clean. You get what you pay for I guess. It was one of the more affordable options I could find to suit our needs, but I’d probably not stay again, mainly being of the train and lousy mattress.

The motel was extremely clean! Staff is very helpful, too. Mostly well taken care of motel. But...the bed was well past it's prime. Extremely uncomfortable! I felt like I slept on a billiard table. Breakfast? The guy said they only serve coffee & tea; I went through the lobby at 0600, NOTHING! Don't expect to eat at Burger King, not open.

As with other reviews nice gem for the price.clean well lot well appointed. Quitk: as for shampoo and conditioner at check in as the are on request only. Soaps are in room. Nice food service menu. No breakfast but coffee and tea bar in lobby. Ask for 115 if you want a very firm mattress!

It was pet friendly. Clean. Price was good. Hotel didnt have things like shampoo or anything. And not available at the desk either. They had coffee in the morning. There were a few fast food places you could walk to. Was a busy area off the interstate. But ok for the price and a one night stay.

Staff is rude & not helpful at all. Property & hotel as well as the rooms are/were clean so I rate it okay. The coffee in the morning is always empty during the time they offer it. However, there is the gas stations & fast food around to purchase however they shouldn't offer something if they aren't to be attenuative & provide it.

Overall clean room, very slow elevator and no breakfast. Also there is no do not disturb cards to place on door so housekeeping will try to come into room at 8am. Always use extra bar on door. Convenient to racetrack and would stay there again.
