The house was a good fit for us! The location was amazing, beautiful outside spot, and lots of space inside. I will say the couch in the living room was broken, but I assume you all are aware of that. Other than that we had such an amazing time ! And would definitely recommend to others:)

One of the upstairs bathrooms had a dirty bathtub. Also the garage disposal didn’t work which caused one side of the sink to drain extremely slowly. Other than those couple of things, the house was perfect for my grandson’s birthday surprise!

This place was Awesome!! My family enjoyed the stay. We have everything we needed. It was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Colorado 10/10.

I didn't get to meet out host. Everything was wonderful n plenty of room for everyone. Great location for us.The only thing was one of the bedroom fire alarm kept going off n we had to keep turning it off. Bedroom upstairs that is to the left of the bathroom.
