My husband and I talked about what a pleasant stay we had about four times since leaving. We only stayed overnight, but the whole hotel was a great vibe. All staff were very friendly and receptive, the building was very clean throughout, our room and bed were extremely comfortable, and we had everything we needed and then some. When we got to our room, a cute welcome message was showing on the TV. About 20 minutes after check-in, I received a text message asking how check-in went, and providing me a contact name and number in case we needed everything. We stay in a lot of hotels, and the hospitality at this Hampton Inn was superior to any other places we’ve been, and that includes places that were 5-10 times as much in price. I really can’t say enough about our stay. It was really top notch and pleasing.

Great trip. Had two bookings and was easily able to merge them with the help of Jordan at check in. Spacious and clean room. Breakfast was top notch- the only complaint was too soft pillows! The overall stay was great and we will be back!

We reserved a room with a river view which was more expensive as you would expect. When we checked in they said it was double booked and as a result we didn’t get the room we paid for. We asked the hotel if they could reimburse us and she said no, we would have to speak with hotels.com. Unfortunately hotels.com only offered us a discount for a future booking, which seemed a little lame to me.
