The property was good and conveniently located close to the main attractions. Although it’s an older building, it had all the necessary amenities. One of the highlights was the beautiful view. We especially enjoyed having breakfast while overlooking the lakeside, which made for a lovely start to the day. The breakfast was decent—not extraordinary, but satisfactory. The property was also quiet and comfortable. However, there were a few drawbacks. The room had spider webs in several places, and we even noticed a few spiders, which made it feel less clean. The kettle was also in poor condition, with heavy stains and residue inside, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it. The complimentary biscuits were a nice touch, though. Overall, it was an okay stay—not extraordinary, but acceptable. The location, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful lake views were definite positives, but the cleanliness could certainly be improved.

Awesome hotel, fabulous location right on the bank of the lake, very tranquil would definitely recommend for a chilled break away. Staff are very friendly and attentive and breakfast is wonderful.

bath tub drain was badly clogged. the liquid soaps in bathroom didnt work, had to open the top to access the soap. cups and cutleries at breakfast werent washed properly. friendly people.
