Castletroy Park Hotel Suites

Siendo honestos, nos encanto el lugar (limpio, cómodo, buen desayuno), sin embargo, en una ocasión le preguntamos a la persona recepcionista (una mujer mayor de 50 años) como realizar el "Check out" y se porto muy grosera y déspota, su actitud no nos gusto para nada. Al siguiente día cuando hicimos el Check out, estaba la misma persona con un caballero muy amable (quien nos ayudo a realizar el Check out) y la actitud de la recepcionista fue completamente diferente, incluso fue muy amable, lo cual deja a relucir que frente al personal que trabaja allí (quizás su jefe) tiene una actitud diferente a lo que realmente es.

Es un hotel grande, por lo que percibí es tradicional. El servicio del personal es muy amable. Tuvimos un inconveniente en la cena y actuaron de inmediato, incluso no cobraron el platillo aunque lo repusieron. Las habitaciones son amplias (suites) el estacionamiento es amplio y accesible. Solo me hospedé una noche pero estoy segura que lo hubiera disfrutado más. Seguro lo escogería si tuviera la oportunidad de volver.

What a horrible place. I have never had such a problematic experience with a hotel before. This place is a scam. Looks nice & luxurious in the photos, but isn't. I booked in advance , requesting a wheelchair accessible room. I also messaged them to confirm a wheelchair accessible room. Upon arriving, I asked reception to confirm the room was wheelchair accessible. They told me that, "Oh, well, you requested a wheelchair accessible room, but you didn't select the one that was wheelchair accessible." What the does that even mean? And why did you not call, email, or message me to confirm sooner? They eventually booked us into a suite that was supposedly wheelchair accessible, but guess what? Not wheelchair accessible. The room was ONLY accessible via staircase (second floor) and there were no elevators. I return to the front desk and they have the audacity to tell me that they "personally checked that morning" that is was wheelchair accessible. Are you kidding me? We get moved to a different room and it is FILTHY. Blood and other stains on the beds and couches, body hair and blood in the bathtub and shower, cigarette butts on the floor. Seriously? This place is a joke. Third time at the front desk, manager finally called and intervenes. Escorts me to a third room, looks fine. We move and then find out the lights in the main bed area don't work (bathroom only). Maintenance is called, and only after 3 hours of drama do we finally settle. Ridiculous. NEVER go here

Good hotel, nice food and ambiance

We had a great stay here. We had breakfast & dinner here on both days we stayed and it very good each time. The rooms were large and the staff were friendly. Parking was easy and plentiful. We really enjoyed our stay here.
