Siendo honestos, nos encanto el lugar (limpio, cómodo, buen desayuno), sin embargo, en una ocasión le preguntamos a la persona recepcionista (una mujer mayor de 50 años) como realizar el "Check out" y se porto muy grosera y déspota, su actitud no nos gusto para nada. Al siguiente día cuando hicimos el Check out, estaba la misma persona con un caballero muy amable (quien nos ayudo a realizar el Check out) y la actitud de la recepcionista fue completamente diferente, incluso fue muy amable, lo cual deja a relucir que frente al personal que trabaja allí (quizás su jefe) tiene una actitud diferente a lo que realmente es.

Es un hotel grande, por lo que percibí es tradicional. El servicio del personal es muy amable. Tuvimos un inconveniente en la cena y actuaron de inmediato, incluso no cobraron el platillo aunque lo repusieron. Las habitaciones son amplias (suites) el estacionamiento es amplio y accesible. Solo me hospedé una noche pero estoy segura que lo hubiera disfrutado más. Seguro lo escogería si tuviera la oportunidad de volver.

Stayed here numerous times as I visit at least twice a year for the last 6 or so years, never had a problem until this time. TV channels didn’t work, they came to fix twice and still only got BBC 1 and 2, so not good. Cleaners turned up to room at 5.30pm so wouldn’t clean, I said could you come tomorrow and they agreed but didnt, had to complain and they finally cleaned room two days late. Room was a little tatty with hole in wall and worn fittings. Shame really as I’ve always had positive thoughts from here, the price I paid I’d expect a bit more.

It's a great hotel, very good location right near the edge of the city. Only a few small problems with it, the hairdryer didn't work, the windows hadn't been cleaned in what seemed to be a very long time and had bird dort on the windows, the sofa is stained quite a bit and the carpet made our little boys clothes very dirty as he's in his crawling stage, unfortunately we needed to change him twice while staying due to dirt. The washer and drier were right next to our room and we're supposed to be closed at 8pm each night but we had to ring reception one night at 9.30 to see when it was going to be closed due to something loud being in the dryer and banging for over an hour. We paid for a terrace room and we got a small concrete court yard with a picnic table we couldn't use as it was all warped. In saying all this! The room was very big, it had air con, was lovely and quite away from the main hotel, we could park right outside, the staff were lovely, we had a fully kitted kitenette and a beautiful bath. The beds were so comfortable also. Just thought it was slightly expensive for what it was.
