I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency Tsim Sha Tsui for 13 nights, and I had an excellent experience. I have stayed at this hotel many times before, but this was probably the stay I enjoyed the most. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I also noticed that the hotel has added some new in-room amenities, such as a coffee machine, additional power outlets by the bedside, and a Bluetooth speaker. These small additions made the room much more convenient and enhanced the overall experience. I would also like to mention one small point from an environmental perspective. During my stay, my toothbrush was replaced every two days. I understand that the housekeeping staff were simply trying to provide thoughtful and attentive service, and I really appreciate their care and attention to detail. However, from an environmental standpoint, I feel that one toothbrush could easily be used throughout the entire stay rather than being replaced every two days, unless the guest specifically requests a new one. I believe this would be a small but meaningful way to reduce unnecessary waste. Overall, I was happy with this stay. The room, comfort, cleanliness, new amenities, and attentive housekeeping all made it a very enjoyable experience. I truly appreciate the hard work of the hotel team and look forward to staying here again.
