L’hôtel est propre et agréable. Mais il m’était impossible de dormir parce qu’il y avait une gouttière métallique juste au-dessus de la fenêtre de ma chambre (109) et le bruit fait par la pluie était très fort et insupportable. Et le pire, c’est quand je me plains le matin à la réception, j’ai eu un comportement très hostile/désagréable, ils ne semblent pas me croire. Même réaction très désagréable au petit déjeuner quand j’ai demandé de l’aide et du thé noir pur (qu’ils n’avaient pas).

Det var kort vei til hovedbanen med T-bane til flyplassen. Rommene var store og rene. Gode senger.

Was able to check in about half hour early which was welcome. The guy at reception was very friendly and helpful. LOVED that they had Backstreet Boys' cut-outs around the foyer area and the main doors had vinyls on too - very cool!! Our room was directly on the main stairwell - no doors separating the lift/stairs, lobby, front doors or bar area other than our room door - this led to a LOT of noise, even after midnight as people were still very loud in the bar area and coming up/down the stairs. Despite being on the front of the building, there was very little outside traffic noise which was good. The bathroom was well furnished and the shower was great - there was an odd "popcorn popping" type noise constantly in when in the bathroom, only heard when on the loo/not running water etc - weird more than annoying. Bed was comfy and plenty of space in the room for 2 adults. Breakfast was ok, only found the pastries/croissant by accident as we were leaving as they weren't with the rest of the food. Coffee machine wasn't working for over half the time we were sat there, so not hot drink with breakfast available - this was however working when several staff members came through to start their shift - whether the machine had just not been switched on correctly or what, I was a bit annoyed it wasn't there for us. Happily stay here again in future, but would request a room not on the main stairway for sure!
