We didnt have a problem with parking. If possible, try to back into the parking lot because it is a narrow, angle park lot with only one driveway. Its a short walk to all the restaurants and bars on Clement St.

Room old was clean but decor was 80s Pillows cheap uncomfortable beds uncomfortable Walls paper thin could hear next store conversation clear and loud they talked until 2am Not worth $180 was close to UCSF medical center where I had surgery the next day at 8am so was exhausted by neighbors Parking was first come first served. Some guest with no handicap plates or placard parked in only handicap spot No rom available down stairs has one only handicap room. So I had a room upstairs As I have handicap parking plates and use a cane that don’t allow service animal so had to have alternative place for my service dog to stay the night luckily I had a friend who could help me

We were there for the SF Marathon. We should have requested first floor but we didn't. They only have stairs to get to the second floor and there is no business center but it all worked out for what we needed. It was great location for us. 2.5 mile walk to get to the starting line which was a perfect warm up for the run. We ran the 1st half marathon so it was perfect. We were close to the buses and took the bus to a lot of our other travels due to knee issues with friend (yes she ran anyway) LOL. The room could have used a little bit of repairs but all in all it was a good room.

This motel is ideal for what it is. It is right in the middle of the Richmond District and is right on Geary Bd. There is off-street parking, which is labelled as "first come, first served." I did not have a problem, but I went on a weeknight in January. There are clearly fewer spots than rooms. If you need a place to stay in that part of San Francisco, this place is just right. That said, it is not luxurious or fancy. It is a motel with clean rooms and well located for that part of the City.

Positive: Comfortable bed, no bed bugs, parking at hotel provided, very quiet. Very good maid service - maid does good job cleaning room except for mold in shower. Negative: mold in shower, hole fist size (!) in bathroom wall, property definitely run down and not maintained except for good maid service.

English language was a problem, could not properly understand & communicate. When advised that the room door was wide open, and there were no towels in the bathroom, kept asking why want more towels…because there are ‘t any! Rude & non apologetic for their lack of complying. Bathroom had one bulb missing. & one burnt out. Lots of visible mold on peeling walls & ceiling…yuck! Ceiling fan dropping chunks of dirt, electrical tape used for drywall repair?

A lot of dust in the rooms. Carpet is old and dirty no matter how much they clean…it must be changed. Shower corners have mold…try to use bleach to get rid of it. Place must be improved…otherwise the risk losing people. Stuff is very nice and kind

Location is incredibly convenient but the motel has seen way better days — rips in the carpet, holes in the wall, no breakfast or fresh coffee, but linens were immaculate, and the bathroom fairly well updated. But it’s all about the location on Geary near Park Presidio Bledsoe.

The traffic on Geary Street could be heard all night. The bedding was uncomfortable. The top sheet was scratchy and the sheets would not stay tucked.

It's a neighborhood I'm very familiar with. There are many good restaurants and public transportation is easy and quick. The check-in was difficult. It took 3 tries for the clerk to create a key that would open the door. The wifi was so weak it was impossible to download any information. I had to go to the library to get anything done. When I complained, the clerk kept saying "my wifi is working." That was no help. Finally she said "my husband will be back later and he will fix it." No, he didn't.

I cannot give this property a good review, because we arrived at the property to check in and they told us that we canceled the reservation. I chatted with Expedia.com and they said that the property cancelled the reservation the very same day around the same time we arrived. Mind you we were almost 3,000 miles from home with no place to stay luckily, we found another hotel to stay at with better parking, so we did not have to stay in the car.

I am a repeat customer of Geary Parkway, which is convenient and generally good, although the rates have increased 25%+ over the past 18 months. One weakness is their toilets, which flush poorly and are often very noisy. During this stay, I had to pore a bucket of water into the toilet when flushing it to make it completely flush. I reported the problem to the management on leaving, and I expect the problem got fixed for the next visitor. Service is excellent and friendly always. Nisha was particularly helpful.

I stayed here while my husband had lung transplant surgery until we could get into extended stay accommodations. It was great for crashing after spending the day at the hospital. Staff was accommodating when I had to extend my stay.

We arrived around midnight hoping to check into our room due to a late flight from SFO. Unfortunately, we were informed by the male staff that there weren’t anymore rooms available and the one we booked got cancelled and refunded. I DID NOT receive any notification about a refund nor cancellation from the hotel at all. I wish they would’ve call or inform us so that we could’ve at least make some other arrangements. Luckily, another hotel happily took us in for the night. This hotel is a no-no.

The price was very good for San Francisco and the location is great! I was able to walk to Golden Gate Park, Presidion, Inner and Outer Richmond shops and restaurants. And the bus stop is right outside to go anywhere in the city.

Perfect location. Bus directly to Fisherman’s wharf and Golden Gate Bridge and downtown, nice restaurants nearby. Great value for the price. Very nice staff. Parking was not a problem. Absolutely recommend

Clean place in a safe, nice neighborhood; walking distance to the Golden gate park, we also walked to the Golden gate itself and to the ocean. From Golden gate park, take the Big Bus to the major tourist attractions.

The location was great, but the quality of the property was poor; clean but tired and repairs and replacements were needed. The door's hotel security latch was broken (see photo). There was mold in the shower and the floors were spongy from rot. We were disappointed about the promise of "grab and go" breakfast; it was coffee and packaged muffins. In theory not bad, but the office was always locked and we never got to have breakfast (for 4 nights). Sometimes the staff member would answer the office doorbell, but mostly she was unavailable. When she did interact, she seemed tired and disoriented. Housekeeping was friendly and did a great job.

Very inexpensive, clean, good location. The listing clearly said "Breakfast Included" and when I showed up at the office the next morning asking about breakfast, the guy at the desk said that breakfast is the juice machine and the coffeemaker in my room. I can't make that up, it's too crazy. I would still stay again now that I know about the fictitious "breakfast" because it's a very good deal.

Location is incredibly convenient but the motel has seen way better days — rips in the carpet, holes in the wall, no breakfast or fresh coffee, but linens were immaculate, and the bathroom fairly well updated. But it’s all about the location on Geary near Park Presidio Bledsoe.

3 of the four drawers were missing their handles, the desk chair broke when I pulled it out - luckily I didn’t sit on it. The wiFi was intermittent and awful. The breakfast was old coffee and cellophane wrapped “pastries”. No one answered at the office when I tried to call to inquire about the Wi-Fi. Price was listed as $88, but by the time the fees/taxes were added, it was $200/night. So not worth it.

Decent place that is newer with convenient parking right there. A bit disappointed though because we got in later, ready to wash up and go sleep and there was no bath soap at all. We enjoyed the rest of everything though.

The hotel staff knocked on my door at 7am and accused me of smoking. I was not. Then proceeded to tell me to ‘hurry up’ after I said I needed a moment to get dressed. The smoke alarm wasn’t working. He was very rude I asked him to please not stand touching the bed and by the door after checking the smoke alarm that was hung directly above my head in bed. He kicked me out of the hotel for raising my voice to him.

Foi ótima a estadia, não tenha nada a reclamar, foi tudo muito bom. Único ponto é que talvez para longas estadias poderia ter pelo menos um dia de serviço de quarto. O restante muito bom, a cama, tv, chuveiro, banheiro
