I can't say enough good things about the staff at Noom. Djindra and the rest of the team at Noom are some of the kindest I've ever met. After arriving frazzled, I depart filled with appreciation. 100% will gladly return.

The rooms are spacious, but the furniture is old and lacks any real personality. The staff is efficient, yet not particularly attentive to guests, and the information provided was minimal — for example, I was not told that the hotel is connected to a shopping mall. The food was also disappointing. I ordered a rare filet, but it was served completely overcooked and extremely tough. On the positive side, the location is very good, the hotel has a nice pool with bar service, and I was able to book a very pleasant tour through the hotel at a fair price.

The spa was very relaxing, rooms where clean and neat but the WiFi was terrible.
