I checked into a handicap room that wasn't suitable for anyone handicap or non handicap single bed and the mattress was set up high in the middle and low/broken on the sides as if there were buckets holding up the mattress the faucet at the hand bowl wasn't secure to the hand bowl the water pressure was very weak and it's said that you get what you pay for and so I did...stay at your own descresion

Rooms were ok for the price but customer service could use a revamp. Came across very rude to me and my family for no reason other than being mad I paid online instead of at the hotel in cash and were upset over the deal I received as a result.
