Huge disappointment. I chose this hotel because it advertised a pool and hot tub. Booked it and paid online. When I arrived, there was a note on the door that said pool and hot tub were closed. Lighting in the bathroom was very poor and they had limited TV channels. Breakfast offering was decent.

Pool was closed and that’s the entire reason we booked. Unfortunate. Room was not very clean. Smelled bad enough we had to go buy air fresheners. Stained linen, and hair on the floors/tubs from previous users. Walls dirty etc. Ac worked but was loud.

This location needs a bit of renovation and maintenance but was fine for a short stay. The pool water was green and looked suspicious but the kids were dying to ride the slide which was fast and fun on a rainy day. Everyone is still healthy so the water was probably fine. I had to run the shower a few minutes to clear some brown water but eventually ran clear, so no worries. I think some people forget how blessed we are to get hot water just by turning a tap. Staff were kind and friendly and the room was quiet and cool.

Friendly and helpful staff, but the hotel itself was very old and run down. The property is in need of significant updates and maintenance. The hot tub was also out of service during our stay, and it was unclear how long it had been under maintenance. Great service from the staff, but the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing.
