Pet friendly and super nice staff at the check-in counter and the breakfast area. The area behind the hotel was good for my pup, and the proximity to the shops and campus and downtown was great. Not high end but perfect for an overnight.

Having been to this Quality Inn several times in the past few years, I am always pleased with the quality of service and the cleanliness of my room and the entire facility. It also provides ample parking in a very safe area.

What i didn't like was that the property claimed the pool was available when booking but once got there it was out of service.

The room was nice and comfortable but we were assigned a room on the second floor, and there is no elevator. This is like one of the cheap motels where you have to drag your luggages up and down the stairs. This is unacceptable.

This hotel was lovely and the staff were incredibly kind. Breakfast was delicious, the space for our pup was clean and well kept. The room was clean (even as a pet friendly one, thank you!!!!). The bathrooms were very clean and we felt right at home. The area was safe and convenient to where we were traveling.

The hotel was conveniently located for a visit to SUNY Geneseo. There was ample parking, the hotel was quiet, and the beds comfortable. The continental breakfast was quite lacking, however. There were very limited options, with no fruit offered at all. That being said, we would stay at this hotel again.

Hi my wife and I stayed for one night. The room it self was very nice and extremely clean. These cleaning people know how to do their job. The breakfast was excellent all kinds of different choices highly recommend anyone to stay at a quality inn.

The property was outdated with stained dirty carpets. There was a musty old smell. Check in was difficult. Computer was not working and the person checking us in wanted to complete the process on her personal phone. I was not comfortable with her putting my credit card information on her phone.

PROs : Great Stay - Great Staff - Clean - Good Price - Very Good Breakfast - Good Location Cons: Wi-Fi is extremely slow (2mb/s) and will constantly disconnect (2 devices used) . Phone Data Reception was the same (AT&T - very poor). Might want to bring your own pillows (We did) Thanks Again for the pleasant stay !!

We checked in and the staff just handed us the card without any info i.e wifi or breakfast timings. One thing I failed to notice when booking was that this hotel has no elevators. We had to carry all our luggage using the stairs to the second floor. I did request a room on main floor when checking in but was informed that nothing was available. The worst thing I would have say about the hotel is the cleanliness. After entering our room, we noticed that there was a ladies underwear wrapped around the iron. It was really disgusting. Don’t bother booking the room with the sofa bed as the sofa bed is horrible to sleep on, the springs were completely gone. The only good thing about the hotel is the location, lots of dining options and Walmart across the road.

Turndown service in the room is unavailable. When I called for service on day 2, no one came. I can appreciate no daily service. However, should I guest call and request service, I would assume the hotel would help. We didn't even want both beds remade, just 1.

Just an overnight. Asked for gluten free for breakfast, night clerk told me it probably wasn’t safe. Fortunately there is a diner very close by, could walk. It was clean except rug looked pretty gnarly. Room was good size.

The staff was nice; no complaints. Bed/pillows were reasonable, but all the pillows were square - didn't realize till the second night that the pillow cases were tucked in, they are regular rectangular pillows, ooops. The bathroom was VERY small, no ventilation, so the toilet seat was always damp, yuck. The sink water doesn't get cold, which isn't the end of the world, but I don't like brushing my teeth in warm water. And the counter is seriously low. I'm 5'2" and it came to about my hips. Now, before you say ADA, no, it wasn't. No cutout for w/c to get fit under, not that it could fit in there, one human without an assistive device barely fit. Literally, the door opens, and is stopped by the tub and misses the toilet by half an inch. Overall not much to complain about BUT when the room is $250 a night...I'd rather pay that and go to Hampton Inn next door for a room worthy of that price.

비슷한 다른호텔에 비해 작은 냉동칸이 있는 냉장고가 있었고 시트, 타월등이 깨끗했어요. 짐들고 다닐때 출입문들이 모두 자동이어서 편했어요. 계속 좋은 서비스 기대합니다.

We needed a place to crash for the night. Arrived late, the attendant maybe spoke 5 words. It was late so I get it. We booked 2 QN via hotels.com we received 2 full. Too tired to complain. But we didn’t get what we paid…or did we. The pillows are like mountains (very high), now our necks hurt. The lobby and hallways smell like major cleaning supplies but not in a good way.

Though we stayed only one night we were very pleased with the room. It was clean, modern, comfortable and the in-room coffee maker, a decent-sized refrigerator AND microwave were nice extras. If we're in the area in the future, we will definitely stay here again.
