We had a cockroach in our room. There were lots of homeless people outside and drug deals going down in the parking lot. You can tell this is a place that accepts homeless vouchers and this should be disclosed so paying guests can decide if they want to stay there still.

This place does not change there sheets! The fitted sheet had a brown/Reddish stain on it…Caleed the front desk,they sent someone up to change it…But I’m assuming this was suppose to be done PRIOR…The supervisor just referred me to her manager who is absent…Still haven’t been called back,or made right for this major inconvenience…

It seemed like there was lax maintenance and upkeep- we had a broken door handle in our bathroom, paint scratched off on the door, the shower wasn’t cleaned as good as I expected. never got to sleep. the rooms have NO soundproofing. i listened to the next room all night called n complained 3 times on both nights the bed skirt was torn, food spills in the hallway that stayed for over 24 hours i could go in but i feel i have paid to be mistreated!

We liked this hotel a lot. Spacious room, great breakfast, no noise. The pet fee seemed high, but when checking around we found other hotels that were much higher. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked it..LOOKS BEAUTIFUL!!. BUT.... BEDS ARE TO HIGH!!! ALMOST FELL OFF BED AT NIGHT WHEN I WOULD GET UP DURING THE NIGHT. THEN THE STRUGGLE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET BACK ON, I know it seems funny but.NOT FOR SHORTIES AND OLDIES. I ALWAYS SIT ON BED AND PUT ON SHOES, GET DRESSED AFTER SHOWER. HAD TO CLIMB ON BED OR USE OFFICE CHAIR THAT ROLLED BACK AS I WENT TO SIT DOWN, NOT SAFE. IT'D BE NICE TO HAVE LOW BEDS ON FIRST FLOOR. PLEADE TAKE OFF BOTTOM BOX SPRING.. WOULD BE FINE... EVEN IF TEMPORARY.. PUT THEM ASIDE IN BUILDING SOMEWHERE.. FOR 5'7 AND BELOW. A 20- INCH MAX BED HEIGHT IS GOOD. OH! We arrived at 4:30pm , had our reservations set for months. We had a concert to attend. So 4:30pm we arrive with plans to go to room change and head out for dinner and to concert. Nope rooms are not ready. No idea when they would be ready. I asked what rooms were ready can we have Two if them, as we reserved two rooms.. No because we used Expedia there’s no changes or deals to be made, we were treated like substandard because we used Expedia. Felt punishing. Ok, so we pivoted and went to dinner first. At 5:30 I called from the restaurant to make sure we had rooms and still the answer was no. I asked for a manager, was out on hold and NEVER picked up again. When we returned to the hotel we squared things up and got our rooms but now we had 19 mins to change and leave for concert. NOT happy with the situation at all. We will not stay there again.

The property was maintained well. The free breakfast was okay. My credit card was charged at 11 am before I even arrived. The agreement was I was going to pay once I arrived. I never experienced this anywhere. Then you can't get have your room until 3 pm. Also, I found out that you need to request housekeeping and towels etc. a day in advance . That was never explained to us when we checked in. Otherwise, everything was fine.

We liked this hotel a lot. Spacious room, great breakfast, no noise. The pet fee seemed high, but when checking around we found other hotels that were much higher. I would definitely stay here again.

When we check in on the 18th of August before 4pm. Those 2 guys are so unprofessional, feels like they don’t like to work! Breakfast? Same, taste old unclean area. Person just stands there and not even cleaning the tables. Very dirty! For 5 mornings of breakfast, truly yaks! Rooms smells animals, bathrooms are very old. Showers, little drop of water. We don’t like it! And most of all, smells pot and gives me migraines and my family allergies. Our money is not worth it!!!

Thank Dear Management, I am writing to share my feedback regarding our recent stay at your hotel. Overall, we had a positive experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at that time were kind, helpful, and informative regarding breakfast, parking, and other hotel details. We also found our room to be clean and comfortable, and the bed in particular was very clean and fresh-smelling, which we greatly appreciated. However, there were a few issues we encountered. In the shower, the shower head was broken, and the soap dish handle was unclean. Additionally, we experienced significant frustration with the Wi-Fi. My husband attempted to connect to the network based on the instructions provided by the front desk; however, after several attempts and multiple follow-up inquiries with staff, we were finally told on the fifth attempt that the login process differs between laptops and mobile devices. This lack of clear, comprehensive information caused unnecessary stress, especially since my husband needed the internet to work during our stay. While I would rate our stay an 8 out of 10 overall, I believe the guest experience could be greatly improved by ensuring staff provide complete Wi-Fi instructions upfront and addressing the maintenance and cleaning concerns in the bathrooms.
