Just a heads up, they do not tell you a check-in however, the pool and the hot tub are not working. You’re not allowed to use them. The hotel is Old. They put updated pictures on the website, but the rooms are not.

We got a good deal on the room, but we chose it for the indoor pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub were open, but the hot tub was ice cold. The pool was warm, but after we got in we noticed algae or mold in the inside of the pool. My husband rubbed some of it with his toe to see if it were just stained, but it came off of the wall! There was also all kinds of nasty things floating in the surface of the water, which we didn’t notice until after we got in. We quickly jumped out and got showers. The bed was comfortable and seemed very clean, but the pool experience ruined the stay. I would have preferred that the pool were closed rather than be open and dirty.

This is the worst Country Inn I have ever stayed in. Usually they are clean, welcoming and great. This one had multiple buckets in hallway collecting water 👀 from leaks. The pool/hottub were gross. The mirror in the "workout room" was off the wall and sitting on floor. The ice machines on 2 different levels were out of order. The shades in bedroom had holes and tears.The breakfast was less than typical, with waffles, eggs, biscut and gravy, juice, yogurt and bread/muffins. If i had no prior experience with country inn, i would never book another stay at one. This is far from typical and some money needs to be invested or shut it down for the sake of reputation.

Very friendly staff, definitely out dated and needs some up grades. We were very disappointed the hot tub was not working and from reading previous reviews it looks like it has been out of order for a while. I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone.

I rented this hotel for a contractor working on one of my projects. Even though they’d be working most of the time, I wanted a decent place for them to rest up—there was mold near the refrigerator, mold around the bathtub, and the carpet was dated a mildewy to the point I came over to check it all out and asked them if they wanted me to move them to a different hotel. They declined, politely, as the project was only over the course of three days (two nights). Even so, I feel embarrassed. This hotel is the definition of deferred maintenance. Our group had three rooms. Each had stains in the carpeting. Didn’t feel safe to walk the rooms unless wearing your shoes. Bathrooms were nasty. Tubs and tile need grout. Looked like mold in places. Our tub also had a giant rust stain in the bottom. Our room literally looked like there was a previous physical altercation: artwork and mirror had corners broken off the frames and they were hanging crooked on the wall. Wi-Fi was down while we stayed. Positives: breakfast was as it should be. Staff was sympathetic to our feedback. I think the issues are outside their control. Pay $50 more for a nicer stay somewhere else is my recommendation.

The carpets, chair, and couch were stained. The pull out sofa mattress was disgusting and flat - you could feel the metal bars digging in. The toliet seat was stained as well as the tub floor. Breakfast was limited. The wi-fi was out and door keys did not work well.

Staff was very nice. Average microwave ready breakfast. But plenty for everybody. Cereal, bagels, etc.. no Internet in the hotel when we were there and they did not give us any credit. They said the router was down. They were replacing it in a few days.

Only one of the room keys worked, so I took them to the front desk for replacements. Of these two new keys, only one worked. The walls in the room needed painting. The refrigerator motor was noisy. The blackout curtains were usable, but were not hung correctly. The mattress was okay but not great. There were not enough clothes hangers. When we checked in on Friday night we were told there would be no hot water in the hotel until Tuesday. I asked for a discount on the rate, but none was available. I will not stay in this hotel again. Clearly they are not doing necessary maintenance and don't care much about customer happiness.

BEWARE -- I was DOUBLE CHARGED for the security deposit and neither Hotels.com nor Country Inn & Suites would do anything about it. I was told I have to wait 5-7 business days to get my money back. BEWARE -- I was DOUBLE CHARGED for the security deposit and neither Hotels.com nor Country Inn & Suites would do anything about it. I was told I have to wait 5-7 business days to get my money back. There was nobody at the front desk when we arrived. I called out, I knocked on the door, I called on the house phone….i waited at least ten minutes before anyone arrived at the desk. Even then he was on the phone and talked on the phone the entire time he checked me in, I had to keep asking if he was talking to me or the person on the phone, He just pointed to our room as he continued talking.

I have absolutely nothing to say bad. It was a perfect check-in, accommodations for a disabled visitor, a delicious breakfast including scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, sausage, bacon, toast, bagels, cereal, muffins, fresh fruit, coffee, tea and cocoa, juices and milk. Check out was a breeze. Bed and pillows were comfy. Room was clean. I’d visit this property again. Thank you for a great experience

The room was great but we were very disappointed with the “Full hot complimentary breakfast “. It basically consisted of bacon and cold hash browns. No eggs. This is the second time in a row we’ve stayed here with no eggs for breakfast.

The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, the price was also reasonable, and the hotel was easily accessible from 95. This was booked as a half way point to our destination. My only concern was the yogurt that was placed in the case and available for breakfast was expired (2 weeks out). I guess this could happen anywhere. But fortunately I’m very mindful of this. Otherwise, breakfast was very good. I would stay here again.

The room was not worth the price, as the bathroom wasn’t clean - there was hair in the sink and something sticky on the vanity top - and the bedroom carpet was very stained, which was gross. Breakfast was disappointing, because all the hot food was gone when we went downstairs a few minutes before 9am, and they didn't replenish it. We won't stay here again.

The key card does not reliably unlock the door and has required approximately 3–4 attempts just to get into Room 320. The bathroom is particularly concerning. There are multiple dark/black spots across the ceiling that appear consistent with possible mold or mildew, along with bubbling, peeling, and damaged paint that appears moisture-related. There are also numerous small hairs visibly stuck to the bathroom ceiling, which raises further concerns about how thoroughly the room was cleaned before my arrival.
