Our stay was good. Howevet the POOL WAS NOT WORKING. under maintenance issues. We shouldve been notified about this prior to check- in. Orhers were also disappointed. Discount shouve been issued. Good breakfast. Clean rooms and servive each day.

Had to drive thru homeless area to get to the hotel. Parking lot dark. Property clean but tired. Worn out electric outlets (plugs kept falling out). Cracks in shower walls. Breakfast buffet nice. Just not what i would expect with Radisson brand

The swimming pool was hotter than a hot tub and you couldn’t breath in the room, so the kids couldn’t even a swim. The swimming was a big plus when choosing a place to stay. When we ask the front desk they could have cared less and couldn’t give us a reason or say they were working on it. Then we ask for a blanket for the sofa bed you would of thought that we ask for a million dollars.😢 The girl that checked us in on the 24th was very nice and helpful and the kitchen help was nice too and did a great job keeping up..but that was about it..

Stayed one night. The evening front desk employee was very curt; like I was bothering her by checking in. Probably had to get back to her Tik Tok. My second floor room was very clean but had a dehumidifier on the desk and the room smelled very musty. Breakfast was good, and the attendant was attentive and polite.

Bed was terrible, the room wasn’t dirty but didn’t feel clean either. Bathroom seemed like they just stuck a sink, toilet and shower in an empty closet or something. Not a welcoming feeling in the room and bathroom.

1) refrigerator door would not shut due to ice buildup. We had to chip ice off in order for the door to close. Proper cleaning would have detected this problem. 2) shower had a LOT of hair all over the shower walls. It obviously had not been cleaned at all. 3) there was a greasy fast food container left under the nightstand. The rom was obviously only made up, but not at all cleaned. Other than the refrigerator, this issues were not noticed until the morning when I was wanting to shower and pack up our belongings. When I mentioned these issues to the front desk clerk, the only words out of her mouth were “okay” a few times. She never once apologized. She never once even pretended to be surprised. She never offered any type of compensation. I at least expected an apology. Wish I had thought to take pictures.

The hotel was not as represented by other reviews. Immediately upon walking in, there was a strong odor that seemed like a mix of mildew and chemicals. There was an unacceptable amount of dust and pet hair, mold in window seal and room corners, and black mold growing in the shower on the handle and shower head. My daughter with asthma, coughed and wheezed throughout the night, likely due to chemical irritants in the room. I reported my experience to the front desk clerk who offered me another room that after viewing was no better.

Check in person acted as if we were bothering her by checking in Property looked nice and clean in lobby but when we got to room had a damp feel and musty smell so turned down air conditioner thinking that would help but didn’t. Went down to front desk and check in lady comes to room and said she didn’t think it smelled musty and dampness would go away after air conditioner temp was turned down Woke up to wet carpet and standing water on what was apparently a bad AC Told check out lady that morning (was different person) and she did apologize and said we should have been moved to a different room

Comfortable bed, great pillows. Very clean. Friendly staff, very helpful. Great breakfast. The only things negative would be I could hear the people above our room running back and forth, and the water pressure in the shower was very weak. But overall nice comfortable, clean, friendly place.

The room set up was nice, however the bathroom door swung open and would hinder getting to the bedroom, which also had a door. The tv service was poor, lots of snow. Breakfast was good. Check in was okay, although the person was not very welcoming. I felt as if I was bothering her.

Check-in was smooth and the woman who checked us in was very nice and extremely professional. The young lady who checked us out was just the same. Breakfast was delicious too! And everything was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Definitely will stay here again when we’re out this way!

The check in staff was amazing!! They were very accommodating. They went and found the cart for us to get our luggage. The cleaning staff were very nice also!! Anytime we needed anything that got it for us in no time!! We would definitely return when in town again!!

The woman at the front desk didn't say Hello, how are you, didn't introduce herself and acted like she was mad at the world. I asked what was her problem and why she had that terrible attitude, she didn't even say welcome to the hotel, she replied saying she didn't have an attitude. It was unreal!

I asked what was her problem and why she had that terrible attitude, she didn't even say welcome to the hotel, she replied saying she didn't have an attitude. The hotel is quiet and clean with convenient parking. The room was spacious and had ample storage and seating for a comfortable few day stay. It is an easy drive from most Nashville attractions. The breakfast is good with the usual selection of foods and a large seating area. Overall, it is a clean, adequate quiet hotel with a decent price point for the area. The only drawback of this hotel is the staff. We encountered two different front desk associates throughout our stay and found them both to be inconsiderate and rude. I had read the reviews and found several others had the same experience. We didn't let it impact our stay, but it is disappointing that it has been mentioned multiple times and is apparently not being addressed. In spite of the staff, I would stay here again.

Had to drive thru homeless area to get to the hotel. Parking lot dark. Property clean but tired. Worn out electric outlets (plugs kept falling out). Cracks in shower walls. Breakfast buffet nice. Just not what i would expect with Radisson brand

10/10 stay. Was very surprised to see a little living room section. The price was amazing. Breakfast was one of the best breakfast I've had at a hotel. The bed was comfy and everything was clean. Will definitely recommend. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel. The breakfast was yummy. I like the cranberries, granola, & brown sugar to mix in the oatmeal. Yum! The eggs & sausage were fine. They had several cereal & pastry choices and 2 waffle makers. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful! We had a lovely stay.

Not sure why this place is rated so high on Hotels.com. Sure the staff are nice and it’s cleanish, but it’s at a freeway overpass by a motel 6 and a hooters…that should say enough. Beds were uncomfortable and way too bouncy…if you’re sleeping with someone else, you may get bounced off the bed if they move even slightly. Breakfast was horrible. Usual fare but tasted old and overcooked.

The hotel was very nice. The beds were comfortable, and the room was very clean. The breakfast was typical hotel fare, but everything was fresh and tasted good, and the dining area was clean. The staff was friendly. We left the "Do not disturb" sign on our door the first day we were out but removed it on the 2nd day, and the room never got cleaned or towels replaced. We requested more coffee pods for the room and were told by the front desk that they were out. Fresh coffee was available downstairs, but that's not helpful first thing in the morning. The only thing that didn't look clean was the carpet in the hallways. They could use a good cleaning. All in all it was a good stay and we would book there again if we were going to Goodlettsville.

Room was clean, the staff was eager to accommodate, heating and cooling units were cooperative. Only downside was the breakfast - it's those sugary self-serve meals you get at every hotel these days. It's fine if that's what you're into, but definitely not the healthiest of meals. I'm sure kids love it, and you don't have to go out to a restaurant so it is less expensive.
