Overnattet 1 natt

We were charged $221 for a triple room, ie 2 beds got 1 bed only.There were other rooms available; we asked to be moved to one of these,but the staff couldn't get in touch with the boss and needed his permission .He lived in Sydney .Other guests only paid $120 for their room.A clear case of being totally taken advantage of and ripped off! The floor was unpainted cement and was freezing.The air conditioner was so old and loud we couldn't leave it on .There were no extra blankets,so we had to drape our jumpers and coats on top to try to warm up. A complete disgrace!

For $197 per night per room it was definitely a rating at best 1 out of 5 It is old, stale and just very ordinary $100 per night per room would be max we would pay - We definitely will not be back

The room we were first allocated the aircon did not work. We then moved to another room which was just as dated as the first room. The drinking utensils were badly stained the air conditioner was noisy and also needed to be replaced. I would not recommend to waste your money here

It's an amazing place to holiday with dogs...so much to do and the community loves them! Don't miss the Botanic Gardens...beautiful story to it's set up.
