DESAYUNO HORRIBLE , CAFETERA DESCOMPUESTA, NO HABIA TOALLAS,NO TENIA CONTROL REMOTO LA TV,

Not good, we stayed 4 nights and 5 days and did not receive any room service and me and my two children were expected to use hand towels as bath mats and two towels for the entire stay. The floors were disgusting as if no one swept or mopped. So when we got in the shower the bottom of it turned black from our feet. When we wiped up water from the floor the towels turned black. We did manage to get a housekeeper to give us a couple more after tracking her down. Was told we only get two per every three days. We had a half a roll of toilet paper when we got in the room and by day 2 we were out and I had gone to the front desk and asked for more toilet paper and was told it was on it’s way on a truck that there was no more in the hotel. I told them great well you need to figure it out because I have a 6 year old taking a s*** right now and needs to wipe her a**. They went and found me another half a roll. On day three I saw they had left a full roll on the back of the toilet but failed to notice the dirty towels or sheets that needed to be housekept. When we left I got a credit back to my account that my bank blocked and when u called them like every time I tried to call them on our stay I got ahold of no one and still have yet to have the “credit” tried to be done again. I messaged the line through the hotel app and haven’t gotten a response. I do not recommend this hotel even for the price it is not as nice as it looks in the pics and I promise you will be disappointed.

It was Quite and Secure stay.

There was still food in the fridge, no bath towels and no bath mat. The air conditioner did not work. Had a miserable stay.

they just don't care about customers at all, I have pictures hut I cant upload them here, worst experience
