The room was clean, beautiful firepit area overlooking the beach and ocean. Staff was helpful and kind. Pool , hot tun and sauna were clean. I added the romance package to our room and it was hit. My husband loved feeling special.

You’re getting outstanding location and a view to match with this property. Beautiful sunset view and a quick and easy walk down to the expansive beach. These are basically the perks and they are both significant. Beyond that it’s basically ordinary. Lobby and other shared spaces feel a bit dated, but so what? You’re probably not there to hang out in those places.There’s a fire pit area, but there’s only like three of them and it’s first come first serve, so get grab one and hold on if there’s availability. If there’s a downside, it’s the gym—very small and backs up to their sauna, so it’s completely overheated. Also, they have a dumbbell tree, but rather comically, they have one dumbbell for each of the few weights that they carry. I don’t think anyone that actually works out came up with this concept. Plan on long walks, yoga, or jogs along the beach for your exercise if you stay here. Overall, we got what we came for. My wife loved the ocean view, and I could see us coming back again.

Staff were super nice. All Kinds of amenities...French press for coffee,purchase Wine. Free cookies, cocoa. Excellent Full breakfast!. Indoor heated pool, with Jacuzzi, Sauna...walk down to beach, gorgeous view!!

Clean room and property, friendly staff, pool, hot tub, and gym. Ocean view with fireplace was very cozy, and dog friendly was a great bonus. Great location close to food and shopping, but just off the main road enough to be peaceful and quiet. Felt very safe as well. Lovely selection of wine and snacks and breakfast included as well. Parking can be iffy.

Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. View was perfect, fire pits were nice to use. Breakfast was great! Walls are thin, a little noisy. Surrounding area was not as I had hoped, run down, not great dining options. Sauna was closed.

Staff was so friendly! We enjoyed renting movies for free in the lobby and the breakfast was yummy. The fire pits are the selling point for us, and we enjoyed them thoroughly! Pool and hot tub were well maintained (didn’t use the sauna as I had a kiddo with me) and great temperatures. This was my 4th stay at the Coho and I look forward to it every year. Again… the staff really make the stay so pleasant.

Although there was no beach access they had a sand terrace with open fire pits. It was awesome and we were able to watch the sunset over an open fire.

This hotel is one of my favorites. They have a lot of extra amenities (fresh ground coffee, baked cookies in the afternoon, etc.). View is great, rooms are always nice and clean. It’s my go to place to stay when I come to Lincoln City.

The room had an odd odor. Stains on furniture. Mould around tub (caulking). Breakfast was pretty bad. Lots of options but didn't taste very good.

First the good. Property owners seem to have pride in their hotel. It has been remodeled. The views of the ocean are beautiful. They give you free cookies and breakfast. The cookies might be why people gave this a 5 star review. But I would not stay there again because the room had a urine smell. We had an air purifier with us and this did not even eliminate the smell. We had to sleep with the windows open but the smell was still there. The shower nozzle was the wrong choice for that shower. It was impossible to avoid getting water all over the bathroom floor. This in itself was not the reason for us not staying there again, but the urine smell made our experience very unpleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay at Coho. The room overlooked the ocean and it was just beautiful! The whole town was very quiet and the beach was easy to access. I felt like Coho was much better quality and cleanliness than other hotel nearby. However the shower did have a bit of mold and the breakfast was not great.

The room smells like wet dog plus the bathroom is so very very dark it is hard to see when you close the door. The front desk staff was wonderful plus the outside fire pit is a nice touch.

The property was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The ocean view was beautiful and the fire pit was a nice touch. Breakfast was also very good and the staff was very friendly. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great view of the ocean from my room. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom was small but clean. Parking is not always available if you come back late. However, there is street parking.

This place. My husband and I went on an 8-night road trip down the Pacific Coast Highway (both 101 and 1) and stayed at a different hotel every night, as we were not in the same city/town for more than a day. This was most definitely my favorite pick out of any of the places we stayed! The staff was very friendly when we checked in. The hotel was very clean and updated. Our room was great, from the bed to the soaker tub, to the shower. But what really sealed this as my top pick for the trip was the view. We had a sliding door with a small patio and the most incredible view of the ocean. It was just lovely. The area was very nice and the hotel was in proximity to a lot of great beach areas that we explored. The complimentary breakfast had a large selection and was good. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back in the future!

Great view! Staff was amazing! Everything from the room to the pool area, to the breakfast area was clean. Breakfast had great options. The only downfall...and its not the hitels fault, people above us were like a herd of cattle. So id recommend getting a third floor room if possible. We were on floor 2.

Wendy at the Front Desk was awesome! When I went to check-in she found that the reservation had been cancelled for some unknown reason. She was very helpful in re-enabling the reservation and then giving an upgraded room for the inconvenience. The property is typical of a hotel right on the ocean and being sprayed constantly with salt air. It appeared to be well maintained with no glaring repairs needed. The only issue I had was with the Wi-Fi being extremely slow and weak in the room. The included breakfast buffet is great! So many choices and so much fresh food.

The lobby and other common areas of this hotel are well maintained,we arrived after 8 pm and the front desk staff member was great and made some recommendations for a nearby restaurant where we could get dinner. the room itself, listed as a deluxe king,was so so, the room had a bad odor and was very small, I’m not sure what made it deluxe, when we opened the window to allow fresh air in it would only open a couple inches, my guess is because it was in the second floor, the windows are so dirty you can hardly see out of them which was disappointing as this hotel is right on the beach and has a beautiful view . The air conditioner did not work which made the room stifling hot, one of the electrical outlets is just hanging out of the wall. We had to leave early due to a family illness but honesty we probably would have left early anyway

Noisy rooms, and the staff is supposed to enforce the no children in the pool between 9pm and 11pm, but when I went to go swimming with my fiancé at 10:15pm. A Russian family of eight people were being terribly loud and the kids were jumping and diving in the pool and splashing everywhere. So when I went to the front desk to complain the guy told me that nobody was in the pool so he didn’t enforce the rules but he will go say something to them. He did eventually come tell them the kids had to get out of the pool. So we sat in the hot tub until that family left. Only problem was they didn’t leave, they took a good 20 minutes to get out. Then when they were still there I told them it’s after nine and you need to take your kids out of here it’s for adults only. They started to threaten my life and if I knew what was good for me I would shut up. So I went and complained to the front desk guy about how I was being treated. And his reply was if you have a problem maybe you should call the cops and he couldn’t help me. Worst ran place ever. If the employees just followed the rules none of that would have happened. Plus you can hear very loudly people walking around in the room above you. This is an overpriced worst experience place. Only positive is everything was clean and updated and good view on most rooms I think.

So when I went to the front desk to complain the guy told me that nobody was in the pool so he didn’t enforce the rules but he will go say something to them. He did eventually come tell them the kids had to get out of the pool. So we sat in the hot tub until that family left. Only problem was they didn’t leave, they took a good 20 minutes to get out. Then when they were still there I told them it’s after nine and you need to take your kids out of here it’s for adults only. They started to threaten my life and if I knew what was good for me I would shut up. So I went and complained to the front desk guy about how I was being treated. And his reply was if you have a problem maybe you should call the cops and he couldn’t help me. Worst ran place ever. If the employees just followed the rules none of that would have happened. Plus you can hear very loudly people walking around in the room above you. This is an overpriced worst experience place. Only positive is everything was clean and updated and good view on most rooms I think.

I got swept off my feet in the ocean and was soaking wet. We went to the hotel to see if we could check in early at 1pm so I could get warm. Tiffany was warm and welcoming and got us checked in right away. She sold me quarters for their onsite laundry room so I could take care of my drenched clothes. We had a wonderful experience there!

Unfortunately room wasn't ready - which is fine / they worked on it but we had to wait almost an hour for them to finish. We are pretty easygoing so we just hung around and chilled out until it was ready Front desk staff was really nice but the cleaning manager was super rude and when we saw the cleaners leave, we went to the front desk and inquired - they called the cleaning manager lady who was angry and said she would let them know when it was done (it clearly was). I think she was on a break = we overheard her complaining and it was really unpleasant. I feel very sorry for the front desk team they shouldn't have to put up with that.... Property was decent, views were great, parking easy, food was good and staff in the breakfast area were very kind and helpful

My husband and I went on an 8-night road trip down the Pacific Coast Highway (both 101 and 1) and stayed at a different hotel every night, as we were not in the same city/town for more than a day. We had a sliding door with a small patio and the most incredible view of the ocean. It was just lovely. The area was very nice and the hotel was in proximity to a lot of great beach areas that we explored. The complimentary breakfast had a large selection and was good. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back in the future!

We waited until 4pm to check-in but it was delayed because our room was stil not ready. Another customer ahead of us tried to check-in but her room wasnt ready either. The staffs in the lobby were super nice and friendly. Great recommendations for dinner from one of the front desk receptionist. The ocean view from my room was gorgeous. The only thing I didn’t care for was the breakfast provided in the morning. The eggs and hash browns were disgusting. Other than that I was very pleased with my stay!

Love that there is an elevator. All of the staff are friendly and professional. Our room was clean and comfortable and our ocean view was amazing. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. They have a very family friendly breakfast buffet.

We really enjoyed our stay at Coho. The room overlooked the ocean and it was just beautiful! The whole town was very quiet and the beach was easy to access. I felt like Coho was much better quality and cleanliness than other hotel nearby. However the shower did have a bit of mold and the breakfast was not great.

Stayed two nights in a deluxe queen, but it was more of a full size bed. Only had three pillows. Bed was very stiff and uncomfortable. Bird poop everywhere! Breakfast was nice, nothing exciting but typical continental. They never came to throw our trash or refresh our towels. Views were amazing though!

The breakfast was very good. Best part about the stay. The room was severely outdated and you could here every step from the room above you. The carpet was very old and worn. Me and my wife stayed in a suite with a kitchenette. It had a very little stove and a microwave and a small fridge that we even held a little trouble little 16 ounce water bottles in at first. The view was nice from the room overlooking the ocean. The staff was good. The brochure said their was to be room cleaning and towel replacements and the likes daily ... we were there 3 nights and had to ask for towels and toiletries. They had a firepit that was lit at night but very small area with 3 or so pits pretty close in vicinity and like 10 chairs around it, so it filled up very fast. Didn't use the pool or the exercise room so can't comment on that. Another issue was the parking. The overflow parking is pretty full and hard to find parks. The front main lot was always full.
