It was only a couple blocks from the boardwalk which was nice but the rooms weren’t very clean, everything in the room was very old, the mini fridge was full of scratches and had stickers all over it. The toilet had stains on it from what looked like bleach and the shower had no liner on the tub so the floor would get all wet. The light was dim so it looked gloomy. There was open trash bags on the floor in the hallway so that wasn’t the best but the pool was nice and clean. It was a one night thing for me I don’t think I would return.

Do not book here! It was super disappointing to travel 4 hours for a much anticipated family vacation (that we haven’t had the chance to do in years) and see this outdated and unkept motel. We had to climb stairs that were missing the steps and had wobbly wood pieces for replacements up to our rooms that were not cleaned. The toilet was dirty, the beds were dirty, the outlets didn’t work.. the list goes on. We were shown around to other rooms to switch but NONE of them were clean either. My family chose to sleep in their car rather than this hotel… save yourself the trouble

When we got to the room, our TV didn't work, the receptacles below the TV didn't work and neither did the little lamps aside of the TV. When I advised the manager at checkout that this stuff wasn't working, he just looked at me instead of offering a refund of some kind.

The staff was very nice and accomidating. The room itself had a broken doorknob, broken shower head and rusty heater. Needed paint. The parking spaces were very tiny, leaving no room to get in and out of your vehicle. Exterior of building can use a lot of work. It was clean.

Room Smells really bad. Musty and cigarettes combined smell. TV did not work. Loud AC that comes on and off all night. People hanging outside of my room smoking and drinking. Saw a cigarette butt floating in the pool. The only decent thing about my stay was the great shower pressure. Would never return.

Not like pictured on Expedia webite. Bathrooms are not new as pictured on Expedia! Filthy room. Dangerous steps made of plank wood. I couldn't sleep after I felt something crawling on me, it was a centipede. The bed was hard as a rock. The room is worth $30 night stay not $100! Also, I use a cane but was given a 3rd floor room.

Rude staff tried to change the price when I asked for a different room because it was filthy dirty! Then I asked to see the next room and they claimed they did not have any more rooms available anyway. Felt lied too and ripped off… and dirty.

I have many pictures of the rooms. They were dirty, had bare electrical wires on the heaters, air conditioner filters were nasty (we cleaned them), managers/owners were rude, no ice machine on-site. I could go on but there isn't enough time. I have pictures of the actual rooms, they look nothing like the pictures on the website!!!!

The worst motel or hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Things were falling apart coming off the wall there was mold and water damage on the ceiling and the sheets and bedspread look like they were 20 years old. You could also see daylight coming in under the door which allowed some bugs to get into the room. Some electrical outlets did not work either.

I didn’t even stay there. Took a look at 2 different rooms and they were so stinking that I didn’t even check in. Call Expedia to cancel and when Expedia call them they were nasty. That was the only motel with available rooms. I wonder why.

The staff were great which is why we would go back…. BUT one mattress was flat (no biggie I threw the kids on that one) but the first time my son used the toilet it started over flowing (he didn’t use any toilet paper so this most def wasn’t caused by us) unfortunately this was at 5am so there wasn’t much I can do but throw the towels down to clean it and go back to bed. We were only here one night so I wasn’t going to make a fuss. Only other issue was that there was long black strands of hair everywhere. Other than that… this was one of the cleaner motels. Also.. if you book call beforehand bc they let us park the car at the motel for the day before check in so we didn’t have to pay for parking

Very close to beach and boardwalk. Sanitary and smelled okay (had a tile floor, thus, no absorbed smells of a carpet). AC excellent. Hot water good. TV was slow responding and confusing. WiFi very good. I would definitely stay again.

Ugly hotel and the bed sheets had stains on it and pool was dumpy only good thing is 2 min walk to boardwalk thats about it

Cheap. This place is good to save a buck and have access to the beach and boardwalk. You get what you pay for though. Room was gross, building is falling apart. Would I stay again?...yes. Why? Cheap. Go in knowing it's just a place to sleep and you'll be fine. expect nothing else.

Location was wonderful, staff was friendly, and room was nice with ice cold AC. We will be back next year!

Staff was great and rooms are clean and it’s so nice to be so close to beach to watch sunrise.

Very close to beach and boardwalk. Sanitary and smelled okay (had a tile floor, thus, no absorbed smells of a carpet). AC excellent. Hot water good. TV was slow responding and confusing. WiFi very good. I would definitely stay again.

Comenzando con las instalaciones están en pésimo estado deteriorada las gradas la limpieza es fatal los cuartos huelen feo no hay un ambiente propicio para tener niños en ellos la seguridad del lugar está pésimo la limpieza de los cuartos es fatal baños tapados en las tinas no se va el agua cubre camas sucias en resumen pésimo tensión

The great points of this stay where the amazing air conditioner on a couple of the hottest Days in August. Pool....Crystal clear high chlorine levels. Only outdoor hang spot is around the pool. Proximity to Boardwalk 1 block, great Breakfast on the corner of our block. Off street parking was nice. But spots are tight and crowded. Forget the full size SUVs and Vans. The Terrible: Checkin was sketchy, filling out papers on a clipboard with your info. No ID taken or credit card. Booked through Expedia. While I was checking in a mother and 2 daughter's entered and demanded a refund. Room was Horriffic, 2 king beds old outdated. Expected to sleep under disgusting bed spread, cigarette holes and stained. Top sheets OK, mattress sucked. Went to a local Walmart for a bed in a bag. Made the room for ourselves, cleaned room up. We found a condom wrapper on the floor next to the bed. Random pieces of furniture with slip covers, dresser with drawers screwed shut for stability. Floor had cracked broken glued tiles. Poo stain on wall above toilet. Bathtub painted horribly and caulked to HELL and back. We walked around the room in our sandals the entire stay. Thankfully we where bug free. I know all the places to look. Only option in town on the dates we choose and made the best of the conditions. Im a 57 year old Retiree that has traveled all around the US and has stayed in some sketchy places. This was in my top 3 worst.

It’s not worth saving some money to stay here. The place is outdated, stained, feels dirty and unsafe. Mattresses are old and uncomfortable. Rooms seem like a prison cell. Just spend a little more and go somewhere better, trust me.

Our happy place! We absolutely love taking spontaneous trips down here and booking with Dry Dock! The Staff is SO friendly and we love the pool which is immaculately clean! The air conditioners are cold. So close to the beach and boardwalk! Amazing!
