This place is terrible, it has been neglected and looks nothing like the pictures on this app. The furniture is very old and worn and the bedding was so used and had blood marks and other stains on it. I booked the executive room for my family and I and it was everything but an executive suite... the pillows were dirty, there wasn't even clean bedding put on, the kitchen lacked basic necessities, it was just a nightmare. You can see that the hotel is having financial hardship because the place looks like it hasn't been taken care of. I wpuld not recommend this place to anyone. To crown matters off the hotel would not even refund us because we left the property because we could not stay there...very disappointing for sure.

The room was clean. The staff was helpful. There was no kitchen. Air conditioning was okay. There was no coffee, bath soap and face wash.

This hotel had just changed ownership a week or so before we stayed. Property was gated, and we felt safe as it was located in an upscale neighborhood. Staff was helpful to an extent, but still very new due to the recent ownership change.. You’ll need to bring your own bath rug, face towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, etc., as nothing was provided except for one large bath towel in each bathroom. The unit we stayed in was very large and had two bedrooms, both with king size beds,and an en suite. There is alsoa powder room off the kitchen/living room and a smaller bedroom/office with a twin bed. For the Johannesburg area, this is probably one of the nicer places to stay. Please note that there is no breakfast or restaurant although both were advertised. The amenities shown listed in the hotel write-up were nonexistent. Proceed with caution.
