Very convenient and comfortable. I was not able to utilise the leisure facilities but i will the next time. I was only there for one night, but will be back.

I recommend staying at Staverton hotel, clean, rooms are nice, friendly and welcoming staff. Food is also very nice 😋

This was our third stay at this property and this time it was to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately we left the hotel a little bit disappointed for several reasons. First impressions count and as soon as we walked into the room I noticed a moth eaten carpet, Small TV compared to other hotel chains, No working safe and a grubby looking bath. We chose this hotel to use the pool and facilities but felt these were dated and a little bit dirty and completely different to what you see in the photos. This was the reason why we didn't use it on the Sunday.. Dinner was nice in the restaurant apart from having to dine next to a group of guys being so loud and one laughing like a penguin. Not sure the desert was worth the money paid. Breakfast before having to leave our rooms by 10:30 was ok but nothing to write home about..

Difficult check in experience for all 3 of me and my friends (all had different bookings). We had to leave a wedding party for a while to "quickly" try to book in and then return to the wedding so we hoped we wouldnt be long. Receptionist kept telling us she couldn't find our booking after several attempts and spelling out names and details out. After writing my full name down on a piece of paper a lot of time was wasted and it made for a stressful experience. I eventually got booked in but the queue was massive.

The reception greeting was friendly and efficient even though the hotel was busy with at least two conferences being hosted. Parking was free and ok although some inconsiderate person had damaged my drivers door overnight. Our room - generally clean and tidy but looking tired in need of re-decoration. Lots of chipped paintwork and carpet in need of a clean. The toilet looked like someone had scraped or attempted to clean the pan with something metal. The sink tap although reasonable quality, the tap was stiff to turn on / off and the water was extensively leaking from connection between the outlet pipe and the mixer tap base. The bath / shower tap had mould between it and the wall (not easy to keep clean but equally unpleasant to look at). Otherwise there was tea / coffee making etc in the room. The bed was comfortable and sheets ok. The Bar area - we had Tea, evening meal and coffee - overall food was ok prices on the high side for portions provided and what was served (No nearby options in the area so captive audience). The bar & surroundings are all hard surfaces and can be lively / noisy with pool table etc not really ideal for a conversation.. The restaurant - evening we didn't use because it was extremely busy and noisy with conference delegates. Breakfast - still busy with conference delegates - although most breakfast items were available and buffet style once we had found a table and seat. Check-out is at 10:00am - a bit early for Sunday morning!
